I do not recommend Alexis, the groomer. She shaved my dog’s hair a little too deep which cause SEVERE infections. The vet said it will take weeks for her to recover fully. Had to take her to a vet and paid a lot of money for the vet visit. See the pictures. Again I do recommend Alexis or this grooming place. Will have to take her to her primary vet which means I will have to pay more money. WHAT A HORRIBLE experience!!!!! If I could I will not give any star for the grooming department and no star for Alexis either

I want to start off by saying the groomer we had was very nice and our dog seemed to like him. I got our dog groomed yesterday and showed the groomer a picture of what I was wanting, which was a haircut that has been done before with Petsmart. He seemed a little unsure of how short I wanted the hair, so I asked for him to look of our dogs profile for notes since it has been done before. He did that and went to groom our dog. This is what our poor dog looked like when I picked him up. He looks nothing like the picture I showed him. I could tell the groomer seemed concerned about my shock when I picked him up. But our dog looks terrible. All of his facial hair, which really shows that he’s a doodle, is gone. (First picture is what I showed the groomer, second picture is his last successful grooming at Petsmart, and the third is from yesterday)

I took my dog for his first haircut and i was told since it was his first time it would be best if we just clean up his face Most likely he was not getting his body touch .when i came to pick him up he was butchered i mentioned to the groomer i did not like it and she was just dissmisive and lack of empaty just said this is what we were able to do .i do understand this is not the end of the world his hair would grow back ,it is still frustrating !! .petsmart did offer for lead groomer to fix or money back but my review is base on result at the end of the day i am the one looking at my poor dog i will post pictures the one with elastics is before and the one he looks gray and sad is after

Interesting menu. Will try something different next time. Flavors were pretty good for breakfast. Portion sizes were reasonable. Definitely a late breakfast spot. Clean booths and tables.

Took our dog for a 2nd grooming because we were so happy with the 1st visit. Told them I wanted them to do exactly what they had previously done. My husband picked her up & hadn't realized they had charged us an Xtra $40. If u go make darn sure u negotiate the price. Very disappointed

I’ve always had good experiences when shopping at any PetSmart, which is why I shop here over Petco.. but I had THE BEST customer service experience today with employee, Rebecca at this particular store. SO FRIENDLY! SO HELPFUL! She needs a raise!! Thanks Rebecca!!!

Received a call day before my puppy’s grooming session that the groomer would be off and that there were no additional openings. I made the appointment a month ago with Alexis but the call I received was telling me that Melissa would be out. Strange since I didn’t schedule with Melissa and I guess Alexis didn’t want to groom him. Guess I’ll find another groomer…Looking at a previous review I’m glad we didn’t see Alexis!

Always get my cats food here as my cat is very finicky and they will take back an open bag of food as long as there is a least 75% in the bag. Me normally only a cup out. My cat Simon doesn't have any teeth. When he was young he had a rare disease that the had to remove them. He was with an older couple and they loved him so much the paid an outrageous price to have the operation. I am glad they did. I adopted him at age 5. The Petsmart I go to know his story and understand.Great employees and customer service.

Find the pricing misleading. Online prices are much lower than in store. But you have to show them the price to price match THERE OWN WEBSITE!! Don't like having to research everything for best prices.

Place is ok if you simply have just a dog or cat. We recently purchased a ferret and went in looking for toys, litter and other things for our new fur baby, however, found nothing for ferrets other than some like spray wash. Walked up and down isles without a single employee asking if we needed help, and I know my daughter and I looked totally lost. Should just be called Cat & Dog mart and maybe some fish stuff to. But definitely not a "Pets" Mart. I did find good treats for my cat though.

I stopped in this afternoon to pick up a few things. The young man that checked me out was super! We had a fun conversation about movies and music. Very impressed with his attitude and friendliness. Unfortunately, you don't often see that with the younger people these days. That kid is going places!

Just out for a joy ride with the dogs. Figured we'd stop in and grab some treats. Wound up buying dry, wet food, and treats. Nice selection of healthy food for the dogs, prices were cheaper than our local neighborhood pet store, but we've got to support our mom and pop shops too. Overall, we'll probably mix it up. The BOGO deals are pretty good too at PetSmart. Bought some treats to see if our dogs would enjoy them or not, gave us different flavors to pick from. Pretty good experience.

The quality and quantity of fish alone is reason to visit!! Add to that the reptiles, birds, and cats available for adoption, it's a no-brainer. The staff are very polite, knowledgeable, and happy to help. The store is very clean and well stocked. My kids ask to go just to see the fish. It's awesome.

I just wanted to share my great experience I just had at your store. I am a delivery driver and a cat lover so I really don't know my way around dog items and I had five items for someone's new puppy including some feeding items some food and some play toys and your employee Bri was so so helpful. We quickly found everything on the list and she was pleasant and professional and I appreciate her. I also had a nice experience at the cash register with Jennifer. Very personable and efficient. Keep up the good work at this PetSmart store! Thank you!

They are Not disability friendly at this store. They were not helpful to a customer I thought was being patient and wording their questions as quick as they could, but they treated the customer as though it was a bother to answer questions about one of their programs and offers.There were only 2 other customers in the store. It wasn't busy, yet they were condescending to that customer. There is no reason to treat someone who is being respectful and patient the way both of those employees treated her.I will go to a different location if I need to go to Petsmart in the future.

Grooming Department -I took my puppy to Melissa in the grooming department. SHE SKINNED HIM, Burned him, and had then nerve to charge me. She even shaved his tail to a twig. No one recognized him. He was scarred and did not eat for days. Horrible experience. If you take your dog here for grooming ask for Tracy she will take care of your precious pet.

The store is super clean and the employees are always open, friendly, and professional. They all - at least the ones I've met - love animals and LOVE their jobs, so they're always smiling, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Their prices are comparable, but since they have sales every week, and GOOD ones usually, I typically come out better shopping there than I do at the grocery store, and since I have 4 kitties, I spend a quarter of my grocery budget on pet supplies, so that makes a HUGE difference.I highly recommend this PetSmart over most of the others I've shipped at, simply because it's so clean, bright, and has such great employees.

The dog trainer Angela is AMAZING. Today was our first training with my brand new dog - my German shepherd puppy.I am kinda overprotective, at least that’s what my husband says. I want my dog to have the best everything. And I was worried that the trainer would be not enough professional. But the trainer Angela is super good, super professional. I was impressed how fast she finds contact with dogs, how they listen to her. I see how dedicated she is with what she was doing. Also the information Angela gives about training is super helpful. Definitely we will keep having training sessions with this super trainer.

Great place to get your dogs treats, toys, food and much more. Employees are helpful. The store is clean. They offer obedient classes, grooming and more. Tuesday’s is military discount day. They have great sales often.
