A simple return turns into being assaulted by a store employee “Danny” all because my wife and I did what both him and the store manager “Todd Thomas “ advised us to do regarding our return item which they told us to call tractor supply corporate due to the fact that they felt like my item I was returning did not have a valid enough reason to be returned which according to company policy is completely WRONG. I was well within my return date limit and the item was in returning condition with no damages to it other than the mechanical issues I was having with it. Well after calling corporate and being advised that I can be able to return my item without questions Both me and my wife rove back to tractor supply in Okeechobee and I arrived, letting Danny know that I would be returning the item then her with a nasty attitude saying that I was calling corporate and telling them about the attitude that they gave us. Well after I told Danny to just get the forklift and remove the item from my trailer Danny began to become severely hostile and started to begin yelling at me and making threats he than began to get in my face and start spitting in my face as he was yelling at me calling me and my wife Derogatory words Well, after I kept telling him to just remove the item from my trailer, he had his phone and called the police And caused a whole big scene in the parking lot for no reason jumping up and down having a temper tantrum like a child. I hope noyone else has to be treated like this by Danny and Todd hopefully corporate Office will see this and terminate both of them immediately! I was able to zero stars I would.

Had to return boots I bought on line & the staff was wonderful as usual. We always like going to Tractor Supply. At Christmas, I needed a handful of hay for Baby Jesus in my home manger scene decorations and they went to back and got me a shopping bag of hay that had fallen out of a bale. Awesome people work here. 👏 and 🤗 ❣️to them all !!!

This tractor supply has the worst employees by far. Refused to fill propane tank because of light rain. Which I find crazy considering their tank is under a carport. And all of this after watching me unload my 3 tanks. Thanks Okeechobee tractor supply absolutely nothing.

I wish I could give a million stars to Austin, Rene & Zeus! They went above and beyond to help me with a go kart, that was out of stock everywhere.The Sebring store manager (note different store) I originally placed a order for canceled my order due to a color difference. (I ordered red, they had blue.) Sebring store assured customer service they had it when they called for me to check, and confirmed with me on phone they had 2 before I ordered. Next day, I got a cancellation email because I ordered red, and they had blue. Same price. Same model. But the blue isn't listed online to buy and I financed online, which you can't do in store. The manager wouldn't help me figure out how to still allow me to buy the blue online, but THIS store did. She told me putting it on a gift card or store credit is illegal. What?! Every store allows even exchanges and/or store credit to purchase another. I called the main customer service number and they agreed, this could be done and they don't know what policy she is referring to.So, I called this store and they told me they would find a way to make it work. And they did. I drove 2 hours to pick up here at this store and it wasn't fitting in my truck because of the silly topper. They spent time finding the right tools to take apart the top cage, so it could fit. They weren't rude, didn't act annoyed or bothered. They were super friendly and helpful. Thank you SO much.

Usually find what I want/need to get. Usually can't find help - the teenagers/young associates - are good at 'hiding'. When did it become acceptable to use f***, s***, etc. when talking to or around customers? I hear it way too much in TSC. Good products. Staff falls short.

Always have what we are looking for. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great selection from not only dog food but also chicken fpod.and supplies and all your other livestock. Love all the farm decor, cookbooks, and clothing and shoes reasonably priced. You can get your propane tanks filled, buy gates and fencing, dog kennels, trailer tires, so many needed items in our rural area reasonably priced. Love the once a month Farmers Market too!

I went to the TSC store last night to buy an Ingersoll Rand 60 gallon compressor I haven't used it yet review but I just got to give a shout out to Kevin and Martin a couple of great young lads who helped me get it inside my jeep. Not the best vehicle to move a large compressor but these two guys were fantastic in helping me load it finished around 9.15pm the store closed at 9pm great customer service.

One of the many staff "CARL" new the store inside out. New every question and even helped me with all my heavy purchases to mu truck. The young lady at the register as always was so sweet amd knowledgeable. They even welcomed my Basset "TROOPER" with cuddles.

Service at the store is OK. Employees are nice most of the time. I’ve had an encounter or two where an employee was very rude. However it’s always hell trying to get propane from the store. I feel like the same people who make the McDonald’s ice cream machines also make their propane machine. “It’s not working” is the response I get most days when I come in for a refill.

I usually don't leave reviews good or bad, but this place has been so consistent I figured it wouldn't hurt. We asked for help at the refrigerated medicines for livestock and it was called out over the intercom. Not one of the 4 associates gathered around the one open register complaining budged to help us in the 10 minutes we waited.

My husband and I went in to purchase a Stock Prod unit and a gentleman by the name of Danny (Daniel) helped us. As soon as we walked in the door he greeted us and asked if we needed help, he walked us over to where they were located and showed us what was available. As we were leaving he checked us out, asked if we were part of the Tractor Supply rewards program (which we are) and told us to be on the look out for a 10% off coupon. By far this is the best experience we've had at this store. Keep up the good work Danny!

They always have the particular dog food that I need to feed my dog. When I cannot reach it up on the top shelf they are quick to be there to help me. Staff is always friendly and eager to assist you with any issues you have. They greet you when you come in and they thank you when you leave

We ordered a 15 foot solara sun shade on Dec 4th 2021 which was a monday we paid for it in full and where told shipments arrive on Tuesday and Thursday and probably wouldn't receive it on Tuesday but possibly on Thursday but forsure the following week ,well here we are the 28th of December still no shade no calls and they tell us we will be contacted when it comes in so still no contact and no explanations where it is or whats going on

If I had to go back to work, I'd want to work in a tractor supply. Man do they have a great selection of offerings for farmers, crafters, hobbyists, hunters, welders, ranchers and many others. Good selection and great pricing on dog food And I'm assuming on All the other types of feed. Great!

I'm not often one to leave bad reviews. I typically choose to just ignore the business going forward. However, I was very disappointed to go to Tractor Supply at 7:56 only to be told by a gentleman that came to the door that they were closed already. I asked when they closed. He replied, "8 PM." I said, "it looks like you still have a couple minutes and all I need is a chicken feeder which I know exactly where it is." He said, "I guess our clock is a little fast" and closed the door. The open sign was still on and there were other customers still in the store. This is why I always try to go to our locally owned feed stores whenever possible.

I have been to multiple TSC around FL and this store has got it together. From the past to the farm they have something for everyone.They always have items spaced out from when they are stocking to get around the pallets and the people that work there are knowledgeable and willing to help. If they dont have it they are quick to order it and get it the same week.

Rated 4 stars because I had a couple issues... bathroom not very clean and had to come back twice because of product issues. The staff is friendly and helpful and they corrected the issues ASAP!

This particular T.S. has been in Okeechobee for several years & it's the only one I've visited. They have a good selection of items needed for a ranch/farm operation or for the weekend rancher/farmer. Friendly help & reasonable prices. I went there specifically to look at their clothing. They carry some brands not normally found but we'll made. And has luck would have it, I found jeans on sale at 50 percent off! I've purchased bird seed & bird feeders there and it's an interesting place to shop for the unique outdoor related Christmas gift.

Went for dog and cat food. They have Blue Buffalo, along with treats and pet toys.I also like to shop around the hardware, tools and equipment. My wife likes to shop around the clothing area they have.

If they are out of your product always bring it up to a manager and request a raincheck. This forces them to check the quantity and when the product does come in the pull it to the back and call you. Can be difficult to get help cause they are always short handed. For the most part friendly staff sometimes not always knowledgeable on everything but they are always willing to try.
