Moving to the Prairie had my family and I wondering if we would have to travel 40+ minutes into town to get our Goldendoodle groomed. Fortunately I found Bikis' on the local Facebook page and was not disappointed. It was easy to book an appointment, the location was only 10 minutes away, and drop off/pick up was a breeze. We will definitely continue to have our baby girl taken care of by the wonderful team at Bikis'

UPDATE: this place is an absolute joke lol we loved Alyssa but the owner is nothing short of unprofessional.Alyssa is incredible! I have an older dog who LOATHES getting her nails done and Alyssa is so good with her. She’s very patient and as quick as she can be. I also have a rambunctious puppy and again, her patience with them is wonderful. She comes to my house every other Monday right on schedule and we look forward to seeing her every time!

Cleaned up my 4 month old yorkiepoo puppy. This was her 1st time getting her spa treatment. They were awesome with her and done a great job. Will definitely recommend and become a regular.

Hands down the BEST service I have ever received!! Super happy with the grooming,! They even picked up and dropped off the babies. I received updates and pics during the day (I had 3 pims being groomed). Heather was such a pleasure to deal with, even though I asked a million questions, after all can't let my fur babies go to just anyone! Jason did exactly as I wanted for the cuts and made my babies come home very happy and relaxed! I can't rave enough about how great Biko Spa is!

Took my dog, not even gonna offer a refund, and called the cops to try and get me arrested. We had a time and place where she could pick up our dog, and yet still made us go around town for an hour.

I recently boarded my dog Prince Henry at Bikis and it was my first time using a service in Okeechobee. I am from Chicago and so I was extremely nervous to leave him. Bikis is out in the prairie and not what I expected at all. I almost drove away but something told me to stay. Heather was extremely reassuring. While we stood and talked I noticed that Henry had some green discharged coming from his eye and I panicked and Heather again reassured me that she would take good care of him. There was just something about her I trusted. So I left my baby there and we went on our way.Here is my review…I received pictures and updates within 20 minutes of leaving and each day we were gone. Heather and her husband Jason cleared up his eye issues while I was gone. She cooked nice meals for my baby, gave him a medicated bath and he had his own private suite while he was there as he is older and can get stressed from other dogs. When we returned from our trip to pick him up he was a very happy well taken care of dog.The outside doesn’t look like a boarding facility but don’t judge a book by its cover. I was given a tour of the inside and I can tell you its nicer than my home!5 stars all the way!!!

If you are looking for groomers who take the time to let your dog be comfortable and relaxed, takes the time to get to know your pup and make them feel at ease this is the place to go! I brought my 9 week old Auzzy to them and they did amazing with her and was super patient❤️

Wonderful experience with great people. I left my dog for over a week. I received pictures and messages every day showing me how happy she was. She is a puppy and this was her first experience with other dogs. So was able to run free and make new friends. I highly recommend leaving a pet here

Heather and her husband are absolute dolls. My children and I were planning on taking our first family vacation together, but I was unable to find anyone to take care of our furbaby. Finding out about Heather's Biki Spa and Stay was a godsend and we are "furever" grateful! Fiona - our furbaby - stayed at the Biki for 2 weeks. While there, she made new friends, played hard all day every day, received daily massages, went on ride-alongs, and we got pics sent to us daily of her adventures. My children and I were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing she was safe, happy, and so deeply cared for. It was like a happy, summer camp for our furbaby! So a huge thank you to the Biki Spa and Stay!

Excelente service and family type boarding home. Our two dogs Millie who is handicapped and Max who is just a year old love it. They did not even want to go home. My wife and I felt and saw they were well taken care of and I will always take them back when mommy and daddy can take our babies with us. We do not have kids of our own but our babies are as if we had two. Who ever has the obligation to leave your baby or babies we would strongly recommend this place
