I'm not sure who the young lady is that helped us but I want to give a big thank you! She educated us on how to take care of a chicken and her babies that we found until we could find them a home. She was so informative and so nice & wanted the management to know how grateful we are.

This is a true country store! We used to visit once or twice a month to get feed, hay, and treats for all 16 of our horses, cats, and dogs! Growing up in Odessa was an incredible experience especially because it was nothing like it is today!! I am so happy and thankful to see this little country store is still open and flourishing! Thank you for all the memories!!! PS: our ranch name was Rising Star Ranch and my mom's name is Donna (not sure if you remember her, but we sure remember you guys!)💖

Good solid place to go for a lot of the basics in equine and farm animal supplies. The staff is reluctant to help and usually just stays on their phones at the register. Prices are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either. My preference would be to go to tractor supply however, this one is closer to my barn.

I called and talked to the employee, at 330, told them I was going to come get some bait and would be arriving right at 4pm when they close and that I was only going to come if they would serve me. I was assured they would as long as I paid card, I arrived at 4:02 and the guy inside wouldn’t serve me and was very rude about the situation. This is the worst customer service I have received. I drove 30 minutes out of my way because I was told they would serve me. These people do not care for their patrons and apparently are untrustworthy.

No one spoke when I came in or offered help, but I was just looking around and comparing prices with Amazon for items that I get for my dog. Some are cheaper, some are more expensive, and his treats are the same price. You have to know what you want.The store was clean and everything was organized and for stocked.

Close to my home. I try to avoid this place as much as possible. Good stock and convenient location. There are 2 girls that work the cash register that are quite rude. The ones with colored hair. I understand the bigger one is the owner's granddaughter. Shame. They are snippy and unkind. I have seen them make fun of customers behind their back. I try to order things online and even pay more rather than give them my money. Other places appreciate my business. They have a sister store farther away. The employees there told me they hear about the rude girls there all the time but don't feel it is their place to tell Mr. Vincent.

Went into the store this afternoon (08 July at 1pm) to buy a professional set of clippers for my dogs (wire hair dachsunds- they are awesome but little wooly boogers).The blonde haired girl and the black haired girl at the register would not let me open a the zip tie on box of the clippers. They stated they are "very expensive" and I "could see the picture on the box".I don't know about yall, but if I am willing to buy some clippers for 400 bucks, I want to see them first. What is the point of stocking inventory if you expect people to make a purchase on the basis of a picture.Anyway, I went online and found them 30% off. So much for supporting a local store. Very poor customer service. I am glad I don't depend on them for my animals well being :(

Great Feed store. They are ALWAYS friendly and professional. Seem to be knowledgeable and willing to provide any help and information needed. Store is well organized and they have competitive prices. The young men who load the hay are always polite and helpful. Five stars for high quality products and services and also for friendly staff.

Not the friendly customer service I've had elsewhere. They weren't horrible, just didn't acknowledge us, didn't ask if we needed help, and seemed way more interested in some micro drama going on. No eye contact or hello even at the register. Just keep talking to each other as we paid and lugged our stuff out the door. Guess I'll stick with the other feed store.

I am new to the horse world but the girls at the front are always nice to me and answer any questions I have honestly and kindly. They have guys in the back who help bring my feed and hay out to my car who go out of their way to help me. I love that this is a family owned business as my husband owns his own business and I know how hard it can be. It’s just down the road from us which makes it super convenient too.

Very rude lady at the store. I don't know if she is an employee or owner. She didn't notice I was behind her and she called customers (including myself) who asked about pets vaccines at that plaza "stupid people". Same customers who buy pet supplies at that store.Definitely not buying any thing else at that place. Other guys who work there are very nice though.

Been going here for over 6 years. Products stay pretty much the same. Decent prices on grain good for rabbits. Timothy hay is a fair price. Helped out when I found a stray puppy. Give 6 stars is I could just for that.

I love going here. They carry some of the best dog food around, none of the junk the big box pet stores sell. i also love teh country feel, while still in Tampa. Prices are actually better than most places as well.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and knows what you would want them to know at a country feed store. Usually I can find items here that are out of stock or not found at other places. Highly recommend. Only thing that is a little inconvenient is the hours since close at 6pm.

One of the most awesome feed, hardware stores, that have ever been to, on the corner of Gunn Hwy and North Mobley Road. Since I can remember, and we have been out in this area for 50 plus years. Plus they opened up a second store on Tarpon Springs Road. The personal are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the stock in the store. Thanks Fox's Feed Depot for the help I have received in the last many many years.
