I selected Caring Paws Animal Hospital when Dr. Danielson was recommended to me as my aging dog's needs became more complicated. My first visit we were paired with Dr. Turner and I was impressed with his compassion for his job and animals. He cares, he encourages questions and answers with honesty and clarity. The staff is efficient in everything they do, from the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed. There is clear communication from the front desk to the team in the back. As an avid dog foster that sees many vet offices, this office is exceptional and worth the 35 minute drive.

Dr. David Danielson is the very best Veterinarian I have ever known. I am in my late 50s and have had pets my entire adult life, so I have known many vets in several states. Dr. Danielson is smart, compassionate and very well versed with a variety of treatment options. My beloved dog Misty unfortunately pasted away this year at the ripe old age of 16. She was a Black Lab and their maximum life expectancy is 12 years old. I credit Dr. Danielson with helping us get more quality years of love with her. I hardly ever write reviews of any kind, but all must know what a fantastic care giver they have in Dr. Danielson. When we get another pet, I would consider no other Veterinarian. Caring Paws will forever take care of all future Fur babies! Thank you again Dr. Danielson for making the end of Misty's life longer and with quality. I am forever grateful.

Dr Danielson and his staff are very caring and thorough during vet visits. Both of my "kids" have had dental care and returned to me with big gleaming smiles. My dog-child had a very successful hernia surgery performed by Dr Danielson. His sutures were so well done, for external aesthetics, you can't even tell he ever had surgery. Caring Paws is caring and compassionate with a mindset of excellence in veterinary care.

Dr Turner has quite literally saved my Gretta’s(11y/o) life 2times!!! The first being, she has severe arthritis in her hips and shoulder. We quickly started a PRP treatment and within the next month Gretta was acting 5 years younger running and hiking like she loves to do! The second we came in for some routine vaccines, which is mostly just done by techs… so I thought… Dr Turner came in, to my surprise, and did a Look over and discovered a lump on hind leg. Well unfortunately this turned out to be cancer… her tumor was removed and they took her tumor and made a vaccine out of it!!!! Had Dr Turner not done his once over, Gretta’s cancer could have spread leading to a much more grave outcome!!! Dr Turner is hands down the BEST vet I have ever encountered!!!!

Today I took my puppy in for a second opinion. I saw Dr.Turner and was amazing on the knowledge and compassion he had for my 18 week old puppy. I’ve went to the same vet for all my animals for the last 15 years and now I found a new home for all my dogs and cat. Thank you for making not only me but my dog feel comfortable at your office. I will be calling tomorrow to transfer all my animals to your office. You guys were awesome.

Our sweet boy, Leo had a unexpected injury this past weekend. Needless to say, he was able to get seen that same day. Amazing! Dr. David Danielson has a gift! Honestly this was the best experience I've ever had at a veterinary office. They were kind, honest, and Thorough! We will certainly be back the staff was super nice! They were great with my little Lola Bunny! Fast and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I recently took my English bulldog, Stella, to Caring Paws Animal Hospital for her routine wellness visit and I couldn't have been more pleased with the care and attention we received. Dr. Danielson was incredibly thorough in his examination and took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had.What really stood out to me was the compassion and kindness shown by Dr. Danielson and his entire staff. Stella is always nervous at the vet, but the team at Caring Paws made her feel right at home. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and it's clear that everyone there genuinely cares about the well-being of their patients.In addition to their comprehensive wellness and preventative care services, Caring Paws also offers dentistry services. We just had a consult for surgery for our community cat and we were treated with kindness and respect like any other per which we truly appreciate with all our hearts. It is so hard finding a vet that can handle community cats aka ferals and Caring Paws made us feel we are in good hands. Super excited they have dental X-rays so I know our feral fur-baby will receive the best care possible. We are coming back tomorrow for surgery and we feel good about it. I can't say enough good things about Caring Paws Veterinary. Dr. Turner, vet techs Ann, and Sophie have gone above and beyond for my boxer and I. Dr Turner has shown true empathy, honestly, and care in giving me all my options for the best of my animal rather than the best for the practice's pockets. I have been through a number of vets over the years and Caring Paws has by far been the kindest, most caring, and honest.

Dr Danielson is the absolute best. I have been to two different veterinarians since moving to Florida 7 years ago. I have not had great experiences here in FL. I heard of Dr Danielson by word of mouth, recommendation from a neighbor in my new neighborhood in Land O Lakes. My 11 year old cat has had some serious issues with what I believed was a cleft pallet issue resurfacing after 10 years of not having any problems. A previous vet in the area did not have any insight or recommendations and didn't consider having a closer look. Dr Danielson took what my concerns were seriously. He gave great recommendations and continued with trial and error. He stayed curious and eager to help over several months. Now after a minor surgery to close the cleft pallet. Just 2 weeks later my cat seems to be doing much better so far. I am very confident in Dr Danielson and his practice. I will highly recommend him to my family and friends.

The worst experience I’ve had at any animal hospitals I visited with my dogs. They push certain meds, specially formulated(by Dr. Danielson himself) allergy shampoo and dog foods. They had this sales pitch— The vet brought his assistant in the mid-conversation to hold a dog food bag in front of me to purchase. When I rejected, he gave me feel extremely uncomfortable.Ultimately, I care the most about my fur baby and want to make the right decision for my dog. They seemed to care more about how to get to my wallet.I switched after the first visit.

Caring paws has been nothing but great to us and everyone there seems to genuinely care about your little furry friend and only want the best for them without pressuring you on needing to buy all these medicines and vaccines for your pets I would whole heartedly recommend them for everything something as small as getting you pets nails trimmed to a full surgery they do everything they can to make sure you and your furry friend are comfortable

Dr. Danielson is an amazing vet, after moving to FL and having to find a new vet I for my senior dog I was incredibly nervous, and never imagined I would trust a new vet enough to do my dogs dental surgery. Dr D. got down and sat with my dog on the floor which made me feel instantly comfortable, and explained everything in detail. He knows how much fur babies mean to their owners and takes truly great care of them, and their owners to calm any fears. I did not think at the age of 10 I would ever put my senior dog under anasthesia again, but I trusted Dr. D so much after seeing that he knew how much my dog means to me. Great experience and a great vet.He is worth every cent.

The staff were able to fit me in the day that I called. I had found a kitten who needed medical help. Since it was a urgent appointment I did pay a higher price however the appt was through and the vet and other staff were very nice and knowledgeable.When the kitten had another issue a few days later they were kind enough to let us come in and showed me how to correct the issue and didn’t charge me for the appt.I will be returning for my kittens procedures and I’m glad they were able to help as soon as they did. I feel as though all her issues were properly addressed and I was educated on what to do and what to keep an eye out for.

Dr. D was so caring towards me and my 13 yr old lab /pit mix, Dolce. He is knowledgeable and kind, and his prices are fair. Also, his staff is very welcoming and helpful. I appreciate them for taking care of my fur baby, Dolce. He’s my best friend and I’m selective with who I leave him with but I would leave him with caring paws any day.

My wife and I had to say good bye to our 14 year old German shepherd last week. From the moment we walked in I could feel the sincere compassion and care that all the staff had. Dr Danielson was super friendly and talked to us about our decision and explained everything extremely well. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured by the DR or any of the staff. I cannot thank them enough for making such a hard process easy. Today I found out the team sent us flowers and words cannot describe how much that meant to my wife and myself. My two female shepherds and two cats will be going here from now on.Update: 13 Dec - after having to call multiple times to get an emergency appointment I don't recommend going here. When I have to call multiple times reiterating that it's an emergency I shouldn't be told the next day is the only option. Then after finally convincing them that my cat needs to be seen and them finally telling me they DO have an appointment they make a big stink about his Dr not being there. His Dr doesn't matter when he needs to be seen today. I thought this animal hospital was caring but they are lacking any. My wife and I are deeply upset that we need to find a new vet but we no longer feel the care here is sufficient for our two cats and two GSDs. My last vet saw my 14 year old German for 10 years of his life TO include moving 2,000 miles away for a year to come right back to that same vet. We don't like having to find a new vet but if you're looking for vet just skip this place.

We have been seeing Dr. Danielson for seventeen years and he has taken amazing care of our dogs, cats, and exotics. He truly treats each and every animal with the level of care as if they were his own, and explores every option and avenue available to make sure you get exactly the right care that would suit your furry family member.Recently, we brought a found Great Pyrenees stray to him and his staff. The Great Pyrenees was clearly in a great deal of pain, along with matted, tick infested fur, and multiple infections. They did such a wonderful job not only assessing every problem the poor pup had, but also taking care to groom his matted fur and diagnose and supply medication as well as breed specific advice on his care for the time we are fostering, all done just a day before a hurricane was to come through the area.This story, among many others, really speaks to the level of dedication and care you'll find at Caring Paws with Dr. Danielson and now Dr. Turner, with whom we have also had excellent past experience with, who has recently joined the practice, and their amazing, caring staff.

We are so incredibly happy we found Dr. Danielson! He has treated both of our cats and we feel at ease with him knowing that he truly cares and loves what he does. He is so talented in his craft, so gifted and I’ll continue coming to him for our fur-babies!Their office is clean and staff is always welcoming/friendly.They were able to see us in between appointments within the same day because our little tabby had some swelling in her eye and they diagnosed it very quickly and accurately.Very thankful for Dr. Danielson and his staff. Please take your furry family members here! In fifteen years with my baby this was the best vet we ever went to. Dr. Danielson is so kind and caring. I truly believe he was put on this earth to do this job. He was an answer to prayer for my family and my dog. I only found caring paws in my dog’s last month when they got me in for an emergency visit same day. But they offered me every solution they could to the problems he was having, they kept me in the loop, they were honest and gentle, and they worked with me when I needed it. I did eventually have to put my dog down to no fault of the vet. But before that they offered solutions to help him and tried their very best. They were transparent with me when it was in my dogs best interest to stop treatment. If I take in another animal again this is where I will be going without a doubt. I trust them completely and appreciate them so much. I would also like to mention Trish was so kind and caring and called to check up on my dog multiple times and to comfort me and my dog. My only regret is not finding them sooner, I have nothing but good things to say about this office and their staff.
