Fantastic animal care team here. Aquatics department looked stellar, props to whoever keeps the tanks clean. Reptiles, small animals, etc. all looked great. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I was genuinely so impressed as a former pet retail professional. Management please recognize the care this team puts into this location. I would've just complimented the tanks in person but I know this is more impactful. :)

Courtney was so helpful with showing me how to activate the rewards on my petsmart app and helped me save money on my cat food! I thanked her tremendously because I’ve never had someone take the time to show me how to navigate the reward section of the app. Such an awesome checkout experience and i’m so grateful! Shout out to Courtney and all of the team! The store was so clean and all the pets on the floor looked happy and healthy in their enclosures.

UNIQUE PETSMART EXPERIENCE FOR 1 SCARED KITTY!Stopped in to have him weighed for adoption. They were abandoned at my door 1 week ago - I have 5 already - need to help get them to a forever home. Frightened & Afraid he leaped from me and took off into the store. The staff jumped into action IMMEDIATELY & the scavenger hunt begun. They worked as a TEAM - NEVER gave up. My gratitude goes out to the entire staff, especially John, Jim, Nicholas, Courtney, Ashley & anyone else who helped find & rescue him. (in the dog food aisle of all places)purrs & purrs from an Abandonded Sweet Kitty

Always great customer service and the staff is very knowledgeable. And they will help you save. Meaning they don’t just try to push off the highest item, they give you options and sometimes they have even suggested the cheaper item. Most places don’t do that.

On 4/13/24 my doggie daughter Isabella was well taken care of by Paula. She did an amazing job with Izzy, took her time and bonded with my doggie daughter. Can I give zero stars for the most inconsiderate grooming experience? On 2/20/24 we had a 10:30 am full service appointment for our dog,after not receiving any call to pick up our pet,we became concerned.We phoned in only to find them telling us it would be another 2 and a half hours on top of the 2 hours that she'd already been there.I found out that the dog has been caged for over 2 hours and nothing was done yet.I was told that they had been taking walk ins over my appointment.You are wasting your time booking an appointment.They don't care.The manager did nothing to solve the problem.He told me to take my dog and leave. Customer service does not exist at this establishment. Nor is there any kind of consideration or empathy for my caged up dog sitting there for over 2 hours. Do not come here for grooming. What they lack in empathy and consideration they make up for in irresponsibility.

Every week I will upload pics and videos of cats for adoption 😻😻I love this location. They even have pics with Santa during Christmas! Staff is always friendly and helpful 🐶 Almost always have cats up for adoption 🐈

I used to always shop here but this is the last time. They refused to do an exchange even though I gave all my information. I always buy at Petsmart but my points and purchases are not on the app? Then manager says she looked for my receipt for 15 mins and didn't find anything? It has the brand and the barcode, brand new tank with a crack. If Petsmart doesn't wanna stand behind their costumers then I just won't shop here anymore.

Came about 2:10pm on 10/25, to get some feeders today. I stood in the area for some help for a couple of minutes, but no one was around. A couple of associates walked by and didn't offer to help, so I walked up to two associates standing at one register and asked for help. The one that seemed to be a supervisor said she'll call someone, but also seemed to be occupied with talking to someone else on her headset. I walked back to the aquarium area and noticed some associates walked by, but they only were focused on going to the office. After a few more minutes, I walked back up to the office area near the entrance where I can see the female that I first talked to, hopefully for some acknowledgement, but nothing. She glanced over quickly as a couple more associates walked by as I stood patiently. I proceeded to walk out as they don't seem to have time fore. It wasn't that busy! This place is going down and down in service each time I visit.

The associates are always super friendly and helpful. I was looking for a particular dry dog food and couldn't find it,so an associate directed me over by the cat food because they ran out of room for the dry dog food.

Jasmine was Ashton’s groomer, and she was EXCELLENT!!!! She was so welcoming to my puppy, she took very good care of Ashton. Ashton was very content, and excited to have Jasmine as his groomer. Ashton felt safe, and loved. They other ladies that were there were all also veryyy friendly to Ashton to the point he did not even want to leave. I thank everyone for the great service.

We go here as it is the closest store. Mostly a quiet store, meaning low foot traffic so we often take our dog here. Items are mostly stocked, but we do notice some things are less available like antlers for example. The times we went there, we noticed mostly one person working the register so if you're in a rush you may want to find another location or plan accordingly. Generally it's a good pet store and we do go occasionally as needed.

I needed crickets and usually have to wait a good 10 minutes to get them. Today was an exception because there was a male employee standing at the desk near the fish and he was readily available to get my crickets. The first time it didn't take forever. I did have a discrepancy when I went to pay. I have almost $3 in credit from using my phone # when I shop and the cashier was unable to figure out how to enter it and just had me go ahead and pay. So, not too happy about that.

The groomers are great. However, not the place to go to if you want your dog's nails trimmed and buffed as the only service. They will not give out appointments for that service, and when you show up like they ask, they treat you like it's an inconvenience. This is management's fault, not the groomers.
