So far we have had no issues. We actually have been bringing our dogs to a different place down the street but they always have something go wrong and our dogs either eat the wrong food or skip meals after we brought enough for their entire stay. Paws & Play is very welcoming and they really show us that they love our pups. Our dogs show excitement when we walk in and they are not always excited to leave. Thank you for taking great care of our pups.

I’ve never been very trusting leaving my dog anywhere as I have had a past issue with him getting loose for almost 5 hours!! I recently moved to Florida and quickly found Paws & Play and immediately felt like my baby was in good hands. The constant pictures being sent while I’m away, the way he comes home so happy and gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot warms my heart and makes me feel so comfortable. I’ll never take my boy anywhere else!!!! If you want your babies to have the best time and love as if they were the staffs personal dogs, I highly recommend them!!!

I have been taking my fur baby to the resort for over a year now for daycare and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else! Benny gets excited to go play as soon as we get in the parking lot. I know when I leave my little guy he is living his best life playing with all his friends! Destiny and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing and they even surprised me one day by dressing him up 🤣 We love Paws & Play Resort and are so happy to be a part of this pawsome family!!!!

My doggy and I love Paws & Play. We've been regulars for over 5 years using daycare, boarding and grooming services. It's his home away from home. He's so excited when we pull up in the parking lot for a day with friends!

We had to call and board our 2 large dogs unexpectedly after our Rover person cancelled on us while we were across the country. They were understanding, helpful, and willing to help us. Our pups are skittish but they worked with them all week. We will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.

Talk about great! They took great care of our 2 dogs while we were gone. They gave us a call a couple of days into the board as one of our dogs had a small bloody spot where he pulled off a scab. I don't think anyone else would have been so conscientious and called as it was a minor thing. The dogs were happy and healthy when we picked them up.But that's not the thing that impressed us the most. We were scheduled to leave our 2 dogs with another kennel just down the street. We are not from around here so didn't really know who to call for boarding. The competitor down the street had all our information and deposit. The evening before our flight we received a call from them saying our dogs could not stay there as our vaccinations weren't all given by a vet. (We are state licensed dog breeders and take our show dogs all over the country.) We keep very good records with the labels of all vaccines on our records, but yes we do give some vaccinations to our dogs ourselves. If it hadn't ben for Paws & Play Resort we would have had to cancel our trip and loose our airfare. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH Paws & Play Resort for your great service and care of our dogs!

Our (crazy) girls go to daycare on a regular basis and board whenever needed. They both love love love Paws & Play and can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive. We trust Paws & Play and they take great care of our fur babies. We sincerely appreciate the piece of mind we have when leaving the girls in their care!

I’ve taken my three pups here and they always come back very happy and clean. two of my dogs are older, more fragile and the staff was very accommodating My one year old puppy has been groomed here twice and looks better than anywhere else i have gotten it done. If you are looking for a safe and enjoyable place for your dogs, i highly recommend paws&play pet resort!

I wish I had known to look there before trusting them with my Princess.My 5lb Yorkie, Princess, endured severe injuries during her 4-night stay at Paws & Play Resort, and their response has left me deeply concerned. Please take this into account before entrusting your pet here.In brief:- Approximately an hour before picking up Princess, I received a call about a mark on her stomach. Despite my assurance that she had no prior issues, I arrived to find bruising and scratches on her body.- Princess was visibly in pain, with blood in her urine, requiring immediate medical attention at a cost of around $2,000. When the vet shaved her, the puncture wounds became evident.- The facility declined to provide video footage or supervisor statements. They also claim they don’t know what happened or which dog may have attacked her, leaving me with unanswered questions.- What deeply troubled me was their refusal to address the situation comprehensively. They refused my request for a refund of the boarding fees, given the apparent lack of supervision. Additionally, they declined my request for the involvement of a behaviorist, despite claiming ignorance about what happened.- Their insincerity became even more apparent when I recalled that Princess's long hair was surprisingly not matted after a four-day stay. It's unusual for a long-haired Yorkie not to have some matting, so this raised some concerns for me.- They offered to cover vet bills only if I agreed to a non-disparagement agreement, effectively silencing my concerns and preventing me from leaving a review as such. Moreover, they refused my request and pressured me to decide by Friday, September 29, 2023, or they would withdraw their offer.Their refusal to provide adequate solutions and their insistence on silencing my concerns felt insincere, prompting me to take legal action.Please be cautious when considering this facility for your pet's care. Your attention to this matter could prevent another pet from enduring what Princess went through.Sincerely,Princess Mom

I've been using Paws & Play - both for boarding and for grooming - since 2016 for my dog. I always feel at peace knowing he is well cared for there; and, whenever we get there, he is so excited to get out of the car and into the facility! I appreciate the large kennels that face into the play yard, as it allows my dog to see other dogs instead of just solid walls. The people at the front desk are always very kind and helpful; additionally, it never takes long to drop off/pick up, which is super helpful!

We recently entrusted our beloved dog, Duke, to Paws & Play for an 8-day boarding experience, and we couldn't be more delighted with the outcome. Duke, our lively and unneutered dachshund, was in excellent hands throughout his stay. The caring staff at Paws & Play ensured that Duke received proper nutrition, stayed immaculately clean (with a faint hint of the kennel environment, which is perfectly normal), and, most importantly, remained happy and content.As first-time boarders, my wife and I had a few apprehensions, but Destiny, one of the exceptional staff members, quickly put our minds at ease. Her professionalism, kindness, and reassurance were truly remarkable. She understood our concerns and personally took the time to calm us, making us feel more comfortable about leaving Duke in their care. We are immensely grateful for her dedication and the entire team's commitment to our dog's well-being.Our overall experience with Paws & Play has been nothing short of outstanding, and we sincerely thank our friend for recommending this exceptional facility to us. Should the need arise to utilize boarding or daycare services again, there is no doubt that Paws & Play will be our sole choice. Paws & Play is THE BEST! We previously took our dog to another daycare in the area but after they received a lot of negative reviews we decided to switch to Paws and Play- BEST DECISION EVER! The facility is always clean and smells great. The staff is so friendly, every time we come in they smile and greet my dog by her name- to which she gets super excited and wags her tail uncontrollably! The previous daycare constantly turned over employees so there would be a new person at check-in. At Paws & Play, we see the same smiling staff members every time. It makes me feel better knowing that I am leaving my dog with someone that she is familiar with. They have the most adorable grooming shop on premises, complete with barber pole, which makes nail trims and baths super easy. My pup also enjoys the gourmet bakery that is at the resort. Paws & Play is very active and original on social media. I just love when I see photos and videos of all the dogs playing. Thanks for loving on on our pup, and most importantly, wearing her out during the day!

Our pups had their first trip away from home and they were taken care of very well at the resort. They shared a deluxe suite and received grooming on pick up day and they looked amazing and smelled wonderful. They were very happy and well behaved upon returning home and we knew they felt great about their resort stay and we are very happy we chose Paws & Play. We booked this dog care for 1 day for our 2 dogs and were unfortunately treated very arrogantly and unfriendly by the receptionist. One of our dogs had the Bordatelle vaccination 9 months ago, in the Panhandle we only vaccinate it once a year. Unfortunately, our dog doctor overlooked this and that Paw and Play requires this every 6 months. and the receptionist sent us away again and we had to find a vet who could do this vaccination in the same hour. We had tickets for the Univerlastudios and our children were very happy. and the receptionist showed no understanding and because the vaccination was “expired” for 3 months. We're also not sure whether our dogs had a good time there, they smelled like pee. We don't take our dogs there anymore

We love Paws & Play! The staff are always friendly and helpful. We have a very timid dog, and the ladies at Paws & Play have always been so calm and patient with her. Destiny and her crew have built a trusting relationship with our sweet rescued pup, which is no easy task. I am so thankful that I found this place to take my pup to! From the check in to the pictures I received while away, everything was so great! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. My little poodle was very scared at first but warmed up really well to everyone and by day 2 was smiling for the photos! thank you for everything!

My dog Mimi LOVES Paws and Play! If I say the words “wanna go to daycare?” she perks up and runs to the door immediately and comes home tired from all of the playing and fun she has. The staff treats you and your dog like family and goes above and beyond to accommodate your every need, all while being incredibly friendly and polite. The facility is great (you can see the play yard as soon as you walk in!) and it’s always clean and smells great. Nicely decorated, too! The staff there really know their stuff and always keep me updated about my pup. This is a place you can seriously trust. I’d recommend Paws and Play to any pet owner in a heartbeat!

I was lucky to find boarding here for my doodle while we were visiting Orlando. The reception area smelled a bit of urine but overall the place is great. The kennels are spacious and have an attached outdoor run. In the center of all the kennels, there's a big open play area where dogs are let out to play either by themselves or with their siblings while supervised. I boarded my dog here for 3 nights and he was barking, running and playing around when I came to pick him up. He looked like he had been well fed, rested and taken care of. I love that they offer doggy ice cream on request and can store food in refrigerator if needed.Thank you for taking care of my pup.

We usually use Best Friends at Disney but recently adopted a pup that needs a lot of play time! We selected Paws and Play because of its location but also the friendliness of staff and the set up of the kennels! The staff was easy to work with and addressed all my concerns! When my daughter picked up Sunny and Tater, they were excited and happy, which tells me they had a great time here!! We will definitely be using their services again when we are in town! Our dog, Gallagher, has been going to Paws and Play for one year and he loves it! At other dog daycares, we've had to lure him inside. Not here. He runs in each morning for drop off and sleeps for hours when he gets home. One thing I especially enjoy is they make a big deal out of every "holiday" and do photo shoots: fall, Valentine's Day, Super Bowl, birthdays. The pups even made gifts for Mother's and Father's days. I'm so happy we found Paws and Play.

First Impression Feedback: (comparing local options- see other reviews)My daughter and I took an unannounced tour today. We have 2 extremely spoiled floofers that have never stayed anywhere aside from home (we're talking toy overload, treats and ice cubes throughout day, multiple beautyrest dog beds in each room, and countless potty breaks).We are looking to start with daycare/playgroup, then an overnight, and build up to being vacation-ready. We met with one of owners and she happily explained the vaccination and interaction policy. The place was clean, did not smell, and had a large indoor playground. The kennels, which look exactly like the dog kennels at the animal shelter, overlook the playground. We were there to witness a 1:1 individual play. We felt bad for the dogs that barked and waited eagerly for their time to play, but the owner assured us "open play" (which is included, for free in daycare and boarding) is rotated approximately as 45 minutes of play, 30 minutes of rest. Not sure how exact that is because we saw a second individual play for brother dogs, while the others still, sadly looked on. They offer 4 outdoor potty breaks.We felt very comfortable with the staff, but I gave this a 4 star because the kennels look like cages, and they only offer 4 potty walks. Also there were no beds or toys for the dogs "because these were daycare dogs, not boarding." (Our dogs wrestle and snuggle with their toys/stuffed animals throughout the day and as they nap, not just at bedtime.)**We did speak to another owner that was picking up her dogs and she said "hands down love it, no hesitation."
