We came here looking for a certain breed of tortoise and although they did not have any in store (yet, will in a month) - we were not pushed to purchase any other breed - just given GREAT info for the breed we wanted and added to their waiting list. The environment is clean, open, and well organized. Nick was our associate and he was very informative and knowledgeable! We will definitely be back in the next month to purchase what we’re looking for as opposed to searching anywhere else sooner simply because of the amazing customer service and care we experienced!

Hands down the best reptile store in the Orlando area. I have been in the market for a red-tail boa for a few weeks and have been shopping around online and other reptile stores. Their variety is unmatched with all kinds of snakes and their website is very accurate for inventory. Customer service was A1. I was able to get a 75% Hypo Hog Island Boa. She will turn heads for years to come. If you are in the market for a reptile. This is your shop!!!!

I ordered a baby Australian Water Dragon. This was my first online order for a reptile. Imperial Reptiles was extremely professional, helpful, and timely. I got my lizard today, Tuesday February 2024.My new lizard seems extremely healthy. This was my first order from Imperial, and generally ordering a reptile online, and I was happy to find the entire interaction was fantastic and so easy! The care that goes into packaging, and even when they will ship, makes my heart happy. I was a bit worried waiting for our Tangerine PH Patternless African Fat Tail Gecko that it was struggling to stay warm. It is not quite winter here yet in Texas but it’s definitely cooling off. When the gecko arrived it was abundantly clear that the contents were perishable on all sides of the box and to keep it in the upright position. Upon opening the box, the gecko was secured in place and there was what appeared to be a hand warming to keep our girl warm. Fairly certain our new family member was probably happier in that box than she was when we put her in her new, unfamiliar, home! With shipping aside, she was very healthy and alert. We put her container in her new enclosure and gave her time to step out on her own. She promptly went directly to one of her hides as soon as she soaked in her environment and we were so happy!I will be ordering from Imperial again. Thank y’all so much for your attention to detail and prompt shipments!

Long overdue review but this shop is amazing! It’s definitely worth the drive, I purchased a hypo whit blit bearded dragon from them and a 40 gallon Tera tank and a custom enclosure that is absolutely massive & super high quality that I can put my kasper in when he gets bigger!would definitely recommend this shop for your reptile and many more needs!Nick helped me out and has continued to help me out to this day! Great people and I’ve expanded my knowledge on reptiles and I have developed a passion for them! Thank you

Noone not even PET Bizarre carried large PVC enclosures!! But thankfully they did and I made the hour drive one way just to go get it from them. I picked up a 4 x 2 x 2 and it is an amazing quality enclosure. Plus My monitor lizard loves it.My only gripe is that I wish the lights came with a toggle switch set up for each light. Also, for the price tag of this cage, I wish it would’ve came with a glass lock for the sliding doors and it would be nice if the top of the enclosure could have a cut out or some type of opening… so that way I could drop in crickets from the top instead of having to open the door and throw them in and hope they don’t jump out.😬😂

We only wanted the best when selecting a mate for our Crested Gecko Wiley. We have named him Ray because of his phenomenal colors. He arrived at a healthy weight. The shipping and packing were adequate in handling a delicate creature. We did have him shipped in early early October and the weather conditions were somewhat warm. They delivered around 10 a.m. all five stars won on this order. Also worth mentioning, we live in Florida and specifically were looking for a company near us that offered adult Crested Gecko.

I got a baby blue tongue skink from them shipped to me over two days, even though it was supposed to be Shipped a week after they made space for me to get it shipped that week, which was amazing. They have great customer service, which I didn’t experience at another place I tried to order from And was in conclusive And my animal came in really great And it was shipped very very well. 100% recommend will be buying from them again.

I "adopted" a baby banana calico ball python, she is the cutest thang! Within 2 weeks of having her, she has already had a FULL shed that came off beautifully, I was able to transition from feeding live to F/T with NO hesitation, and she went to the vet for a wellness check and got a clean bill of health! Very happy snake mom here! I also get all of my reptile supplies and feeders from this location, all of the staff is great! Thanks!!!

I can’t recommend this company enough! I placed my order super easily and in less than 5 days they had my red foot tortoise ready for transport and on the way to my house and she arrived in perfect health and as happy as could be they had heat packs for her and the packaging was great and kept her secure I’m so happy to have ordered my tortoise from them! Amazing!!! I had an awesome experience with this company. I ordered a Goliath Bird Eater turantula and it arrived completely healthy and unharmed. It was shipped and packaged appropriately and came extremely quickly. The turantula is absolutely gorgeous and one of the best I have owned. Definitely a bargain for the price. I enjoyed my transaction with Imperial Reptiles. The website was easy to navigate. I purchased an Amazon Tree Boa at a reasonable price. The animal arrived safely and took a pinky without hesitation.My only concern was that the transport bag was loaded with ants so I now have an infestation in my snakes habitat.

The place is clean, all reptiles, look healthy, clean, they all had water and food… what I really loved was that when I walked in staff was cleaning tanks and feeding reptiles, staff was very helpful, very friendly, and answered all my questions and help me, they also gave me some good advice for feeding my baby reptile… I fell good welcome, and when I was leaving they also said that I was welcome back and see you next time so far best reptile store that I work until… they are very professional. They keep play reptiles clean with food 10,000 times more than those name, pet stores. I will definitely come back home from now on will be my favorite store, even though I have to drive 45 minutes to the store I will be coming here for everything of my reptile

Imperial did a fantastic job shipping my Eastern box turtle, Ned Crosby. He arrived on time as promised from Florida to Colorado and was very active as soon as I opened the box.
