So convenient. I live a mile away. So Happy when Dollar General built here. I just wonder why they let the shelves go almost empty before delivery day. Especially cold items... milk, juice, cold cuts... frozen items and produce.Other than that the store is always clean and the folks are real nice. And now I can use My OTC allowance 😀😀😀

This place needs to find a way to keep help, at times you are not able walk down several isles somehow I believe that should be a safety concern and hazardous situation for the elderly community. Doesn’t seem right to me.

This used to be a good store but lately it’s a waste of time.Theres so much stuff piled up on racks waiting to be put away you can’t get to a product.They are always out of everything.Garbage in the parking lot.I won’t be going back anytime soon.!

Let me start off with that I love these stores. however most times they have too much of the truck in the isles, and not enough people to work it. Also, they are continuously out of the same items week after week, almost as if they dont carry them anymore or they are not coming in the truck. I really think Corp needs to do something about that. My favorite store is one on baseline between 92nd loop and Maricamp. That manager is onto of that truck and always seems to get it all out. That store is always clean, fronted, isles clear, no view of clutter, and stocked. I'll drive them extre 8 mins, and pass 2 other dollar generals to shop there.Big thanks to the Manager and the caring staff. You can tell they love their boss as well as their job. 😁

I have made several visits here. The staff here has always been super nice to me and it's clean. I did notice that one of the coolers does not work and the drinks inside ate not cold. The coolers are not usually stocked, and they were out of ice for a long time too. The employee said there was an issue with the trucks. The friendly customer service though will keep me coming back. I hope to see the stocking issue fixed soon.

What can you say. It is a small store. It is close to my home so it is convenient. Isles are very small and staff frequently leaves products on carts in the isles while stocking shelves. For a normal person who can squeeze around the obstacles it is fine, but I go there in my power chair which is almost 3 feet wide. This makes the experience frustrating.Since they opened, the store has gotten progressively more cluttered. Their entry looks like a stock room with pallets of products you have to maneuver around just to get in or out of the store.The store is in a convenient location, but there is another reason to travel further to any Dollar General store, cookies. Dollar General has their own line of cookies that resemble others for which people pay quite a bit of money. Those are sold by young people formally gender branded as girls (for the P.C. "woke" lunatics in the world). These cookies are a craveable delight which may cause you to seek out a Dollar General.

This is the cleanest store I’ve ever been in. When I had to use the restroom it was spotless. I asked the young lady I always see when I come in her name because everything was so clean I was impressed. Her name was Nicole and she was so appreciative of the compliment. Definitely my favorite store when traveling threw the area.

I'm impressed with ALL the work done on this store. I would SOOOO rather shop here than the Winn Dixie. The food is fresh here. I wish you had a meat department. I would most definitely buy it. Thank you Dollar General for choosing this store for an upgrade. It is so beautiful.

The nicest employees. Always willing to help customers. Management is always working so hard to keep the store clean and does a fairly good job. I believe more labor hours are needed for the store to keep up with operations. Only few staff in the store who are always working so hard and still able to give excellent customer service! I hope the girls from the store see thisas I'm sure they would appreciate the recognition.

I am a customer of this store because it is convenient. I am not satisfied with it at all. The staff are nice enough. The faces are always changing which says to me that there is high turnover. Red flag. My biggest complaints are with the wait times in line, online digital coupons, and nonavailability of fresh healthy food. Sometimes there is a really long line, and it seems as though someone is always on break during the long line wait. Not just this particular store. This seems to be the norm for all Dollar General Stores in the area. Next, I select coupons I want to use on the app, but as soon as I get in the store, my phone becomes nothing more than a calculator. It's as if they are intentionally making it impossible to use the coupons correctly. There is no wifi, and the metal building blocks my data signal. When you finally make it to the register, you cannot see if the coupons came off until after you have paid! Shady. Last but not least, please provide fresh food in our little food desert. I know this is not the local store's fault. This is a corporate issue. You have made enough money off us rural folks to bring in some onions, potatoes, tomatoes, etc.

We visit this store almost every day because there are no other stores in close proximity to our house. It seems that there is a high turn over rate with the employees and management. Quite often we meet a new employee who's "just helping out" at this store. While I'm sure staffing can be a problem for management, the problem it causes for customers is completely different. Every Dollar General manager can set their own policies on returns, discounts ect. As someone who uses coupons and occasionally has buyers remorse, and therefore needs to return an item occasionally, i dread pointing out when something didn't ring up correctly or walking in with one of their products to return even with an original receipt. I often leave there feeling frustrated, confused and generally annoyed from having to personally explain what the policy has been at this store, while they explain what their policy is at their store...It would seem to me that a cooperation of this size would want consistency throughout all stores especially when associates are working at more than one location regularly. But Hey that's just me...While I'm almost certain that this review will change little to nothing, i still wanted to address the problem. As for us, We will continue to patronize this dollar gaeneral simply because of its location but hopefully we will be able to dread it a little less and who knows maybe one day actually enjoy it.

The DG in the Forest is a great store! They have a wide variety of items in it that cover so many of our needs. The staff works hard to keep it a nice store too. We are very fortunate to have it.

I go here all the time. It's cleaner then the Family Dollar and the employees are nicer and they help you if you can't find something. Not like the rude people that work at the other place

Unstocked as usual and I had hit everyone of th them from ivala to leesburg all stores thst carried the alpo with extra gravy my dg ears plus reese BARS not puffs. Not had in over wk. They dint keep the stock put out enough to keep customers that come in sometimes every cpl days like I do. Plus, if u know them and ask them they will keep in bk waiting for u to CV one in on day they told u theyd be waiting for u. That's a great thg, we di it but I do know majes it harder on others wanting them also.

It doesn't matter what Dollar General you go to, they all turn into trash dumps after awhile. This one isn't that old and it's cluttered and trashy. I don't shop here that often because of the clutter. Aisles are almost too narrow to get down because of the junk in them

As I ame into the store a large blonde, lady was sitting on a stacked chair outside store, found out she was a store worker. She was somewhat rude, . I miss the manager , from before. She was in her late, 30s and strongly built. Busineslike but sociable, brown hair hard worker. I had confidence, in her judgements. Even when she corrected me on a price of a item. Much liked. Maybe she was just out . That day. The lady who was setting out frount, was also, later resetting, a phone display. She was in her late,50s. I love the store and the location. Well stocked, but could use more freezer items.

Today was loading day. Stock coming in and deliveries were being made. The location has very friendly staff and they keep the shelves and cold/frozen items stocked. It is conveniently located and there's plenty of parking.

Great place to shop for things you need bathroom's look, and smell very clean the employee's try to fix any needs you might have let me just say all around this is a great little store.
