A cashier by the name of Angel went above and beyond to assist me. He was about to start his shift when I pulled up beside him with my car in the parking lot and asked for assistance. He was gracious enough to let me know that he was just about to begin his shift but asked what assistance I needed. First I apologized to him because he didn't even clock in yet then I told him I needed help removing a few heavy boxes from my online order I needed to return. He told me ok sure just wait right here and I'll get someone to help me. Sure enough in about 5 minutes he was back outside by my car with another employee ready to help. The two young gentlemen unloaded 5 boxes probably weighing 80 lbs a piece, placed the boxes on a cart for me and asked if I would like for them to take it to the service desk for me. Wow I was speechless! I said that would be great and that's what they did. I parked my car and when I made it to the service desk the cart with my boxes was right there waiting for me. I had to let their manager know the amazing experience I had with these two gentlemen. Thank you for making what would have been a tedious task amazingly easy. There should be more employees like these two men and more people that are this caring and thoughtful. 👏🏽🙌🏽😀

I rarely do a pickup from this Walmart because of stuff like this … sugar was put in with noodles and a big can of chicken noodle soup so it tore the top of the sugar bag up and went all over the place.There was a small produce bag for my cucumber but the cabbage was just in a Walmart bag .Its not a HUGE deal, but it’s the principle. Why do some of these shoppers not bag like they do their own or their family’s ?! It’s not all of them , but I’ve had more than a few bad experiences with this Walmart pickup location. We were just in a rush tonight so decided to do so. Do better !

Love this store. It is super clean and organized. Pedro Trujillo has great customer service, always willing to help and very knowledgeable. He definitely makes a great difference. Highly recommended.

Preston the manager of the auto Department really cares about his customers he was understanding and he definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I got an appointment to have my tires installed, it’s people like him that makes you want to continue to spend your money with them.. The young Man in customer service was very nice in explaining, why I couldn't exchange my diapers that never been opened.( baby shower gift ). But the lady next to him seemed like she already assumed that I was gonna be rude. Or condescending, and she was rude and very disrespectful. She needs to learn how to talk to people.

6 new aisles of Valentine's Day items ready to sell on Dec. 29th. Facilities are kept clean despite the amount of foot traffic.Also, clean bathrooms so thanks for that✅️

Been doing delivery since we moved to Belleview. I’ve never seen such incompetence in all my time. We never had this many issues until we moved. Items always missing from the order and items delivered to the neighbors house. The address is on our mailbox and on the house!!! How do they screw that up? This Walmart sucks! If management reads these reviews I want a phone call!

This store is in a downward spiral. You are not going to get service at this location, and they pride themselves in that. The manager is too busy in the kool-aid aisle looking for hair products so don't bother with her.

I've shut them for groceries and displaces clean.But today I went for an oil change.Couple things that I'm not happy about.First thing is that my car takes. 0w20 synthetic oil.They put 5W30 synthetic. Second thing there was oil all over my car.All over the engine block all over my door handle and all over my car fenders. Inside of my door there's oil all over it.

For a change I found the store that I could find the help and ask questions of where something might be. Yes they always change things around. At least to help new with stuff was lol things are overall clean and tidy 😀

Waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Paid went out to my car and noticed the tires hadn’t been rotated, brought it to their attention and thru said they “forgot” and wanted me to wait another two hours. Take your vehicles literally anywhere else.

Every time I go in here there is someone in the back on the grocery side of the store obnoxiously banging on an extremely loud buzzer. It is so loud it the sound carries clear to the other end of the store. This will go on for an extended period of time and is painful to have to listen to.

Ordered online. Half our order is missing. Called store. They refuse to look into it. Say it's a online issue it's not even them. Walmart sure took the money but didn't get deliver the goods

This place has a big issue with very rude, overreacting and prejudiced employees they even argue between themselves and call others with the "N" word. It's 2024 already but I dont think that matter of prejudice will never end, but this is business at least pretend and do your job instead of not helping out the customer like it suposed to be right...! The place got a little better removing most of the expired products out of the shelf but still some products on the shelf cutting it very close to expiration.

Was rather surprised...hadn't been or even KNOWN there was Walmart all way that far...myself living other end of county but definitely a great store I'd take the drive to go to again and purposely stop when in the area. Much nicer than most Walmarts.

Every time I buy Cuban bread is mark as fresh but is not this has happened many time I have bought it for example it say’s it was made or pack on 12/01/23 but the bread feels couple days old and they keep doing this I don’t know if anyone feels the same way . Hope they pay attention to who is marketing as fresh an old bred

I love the Walmart pickup, however my in-store experience has always been scary to say the least. The last time I was in there with my children they had everyone leave the store due to a bomb threat.

Just like any other wal-mart this place is packed with customers with only three running registers and half the customer service department is rude or lazy. Currently sitting outside waiting for a pickup, been sitting here going on two hours. Was told the reason why some people get their stuff in twenty minutes and others have to wait an hour is because they put some of the stuff back and half to re-pick your items. There is a lack of empathy or care with customer service. You would be better off just going inside and dealing with the rudeness face to face rather than you paying for your stuff and having to wait for two hours or more for maybe half your order or to be told your order is canceled and waiting five days to get your money back. Cars are lined up and haven't seen a person for over forty five minutes.

Took my truck in for a tire repair and oil change. Wife picked up truck. She asked if I asked for an oil change which I did. Found out they did not do oil change but didn't tell anyone. Receipt stated the oil filter was out of stock.

Walmart+ sucks deliveries always delayed then canceled without notice. Or even a notification. When they do deliver items are missing incorrect or damaged this happens every time. Then when you go in the store the Walmart + item pickers are absolutely everywhere in your way more than customers literally clogging up the isles and in the way of all the shoppers. Such a pain.

I'm from Jacksonville Florida & I got turned around in your store ( Bahia in Ocala). I sure didn't 'feel the love' when I asked your dark haired lady worker if she could point me in the direction to food. She gave me the dumbest look & said 'Uh, over there!'

Lots of good veggies to choose from , the bread is good and the broiled chicken in a bag, HOT, and ready to take home is delicious. The potato salad is great, as well. It is wonderful if you just want to eat good food but don't want to cook and the price is reasonable.. We eat this a couple times a month.
