Curbside pick up in Silver Springs sucks big time!!!! My daughter placed an online order and they come out and give her order to somebody else without checking. The tickets are ordered tickets whatever they need to do make sure everybody gets the order right people don’t know how to do their jobs. My daughter had to go back in the store 30 minutes later I’m still waiting do your job right people

I was just in the store to browse around the baby gear, I had seen a TikTok about there being huge discounts on certain items. Sure enough I found multiple car seats for $45 originally $149. I tried to use scan and go with my Walmart app but it was ringing up full price. At self checkout a lady tells me to go to customer service, I do. Over there the lady tells me I need to go all the way back and take a picture of the barcode. I found this absolutely ridiculous. Isn’t it the employees job to do a price check? Mind you, I have a full cart and two babies. Also, her tone was very accusatory. I will be back later to purchase the car seat without my kids on my hip. Horrible employees.Update: came back to purchase and was treated like nothing ever happened, no apology but that’s to be expected.

Compared to the Apopka location,this Walmart is by far a much better store. The staff is much friendlier and welcoming. So glad I moved out here. Even though it's a long drive to get there it's worth the drive.

I use curbside pickup it's pretty good most of the time convenient sometimes you have to wait over an hour but all in all it's pretty good

This store never has common items in stock and the items in stock are always placed in the wrong spot making it difficult to determine prices. The staff is rude the shoppers roll around with their carts ready to run you over unless you get out of the way, meanwhile they part their carts in the middle of the aisle so you can’t get past them and they won’t acknowledge you. I also heard them talking about me when I walked past the door to the stock room as though I could not hear them but I saw them look at me through the door. so unprofessional I won’t be shopping here in the future

Brianna in the Deli was awful. She didn't want to get off her phone long enough to acknowledge my presence. And then she rudly refused to help because it wasn't her area. Leave customer service if you don't like customers!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THEY SELL ROTTEN FOOD! This walmart has no quality control. Multiple times we've purchased food that has been within the sell-by date and yet rancid. Pork loin, lettuce, eggs, milk, all have been purchased and then returned due to it being rancid,spoiled,mildewey, or otherwise rotten. Most recently we purchased a dozen eggs. We came home and started cooking food and within a half a second of the egg hitting the pan, my wife and I were hit with a wall of the most foul smelling aroma i've ever had the displeasure of smelling. It was like rotting fish and dead body mixed together. This walmart leaves their food out to spoil and then they sell it to people. The people responsible need to he destroyed. **** them all.

It's a standard supercenter with grocery & curbside pickup. No TLE (Tire & Lube Express) at this location. They don't offer delivery in my area (I only live 8 miles away) but if I order something to be shipped, and they have it in stock at the store, they will deliver it the same or next day - which is weird. The checkout is set up too close to the women's department, so if there are more than 2 people ahead of you in line, your cart will block the main thoroughfare, and other shoppers have difficulty getting through the area. The lines of customers waiting to check out will wrap in either direction down the action alley back towards the main entrances in busy hours. That said, their seasonal department is unnecessarily huge, and the primary reason why the checkout layout is a disaster.

What a splendid place to spend a Friday evening. Place was cram packed with people doing their shopping. I am not sure how many people were there to just get there groceries or Christmas presents. I strolled through the store looking for a gift for the company party and let me tell you what....this place did not disappoint! I had to wait for a break in pedestrian traffic in the store to snap a picture 📸. The gift I picked out is sure to be the talk of the party though. It's wrapped in two separate boxes and the final wrapping paper is completely covered in clear packing tape haha. Inside the box you will find the leg lamp from the movie a Christmas story🎄 what a world class award at knew of my favorite places to shop at!

@ 4:30p, the store was amazingly low amount of customers for the time of day 😯Again on Tuesday low flow 😁Odd why would employees put up price tags that didn't print well? 🤔Well, thankfully, they have carts; they'd be low stock for months.

They try. But always long wait to have a check out person. I like to go early to avoid the the over crammed eisles. But then you have to navigate around people restocking. Don't know why that isn't done in the overnight. Don't like to hear cussing. From customers talking to each other. Or workers speaking loudly to each other. Not a friendly environment. But most of the customers speak other than English. So no idea what they are saying. Thank goodness

When asking for assistance to get something from the top shelf, I was sent to 4 different employees. All of which had no access to a ladder or a phone. Then one proceeded to yell at me when I decided to reach up and grab said item. That's ok. I wound up getting better quality and cheaper price elsewhere. Walmart has steadily gone down hill.

I have placed an order 3 times in the last 2 days for an inner tube for my bike. I always press the IN STORE option before selecting anything I order from Walmart. Every item I ordered said the item was in stock with the location provided. Each time AFTER MY MONEY HAS BEEN COLLECTED BY WALMART they then send me a message saying “sorry this item is not available” I haven’t been to work in the last 2 days because of the incompetence of inventory control. I really hate the customer service or lack there of and the fact that they can’t even provide an accurate assessment of what they have in store. It’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I would say do better but let’s be honest this company could care less about its customers and it shows!

I stopped in here today specifically to buy a plethora of plants and such for some much needed curb appeal…there was a gentleman in the Garden section that was beyond helpful and informative!! He took the time to point out what plants would work best for the areas I needed them. He’s not an employee of Walmart, but rather a plant consultant or something of that nature. I am so grateful he was there today to help guide me in buying plants that fit my needs!! I wish I could have remembered his name!

My husband went by the one on Silver Springs Blvd ,he wanted to get a case for his new phone an the sales person in electronics had a couple of things in her hand ,my husband ask for help an she said she was to busy that she couldn't help him. My husband is 80 ,so I bet if he had been young she wouldn't have a problem.which I think is 😢 sad .

If I could give 0 stars for the pickup area I would. My order was delayed 2hours no biggie, they said it was ready so I came and have been waiting for an hour so far and still counting! Plus they did not answered the phone to check in, I had to go to costumer service.

I was very disappointed at the size of their garden center. Ocala walmart on route 40 has a huge garden center, with lots to choose from. Their plants are amazing! Not so much at the silver springs shores store.

Walmart sucks anymore! No good sales, no products you use, cheap stuff at expensive prices, the produce goes bad after a day. I loved Walmart but here in the past couple of years their customer service has gone down hill, and they are trying to mimic target. Why? Walmart has their own unique ways they should stick to them and stop trying to be better than the next store in the next county.

Returned an item on the 15th of January. Affirm is still trying to charge me. I'm in the hospital and can't get to the store. No one answers the phone at this location. I'm not longer using Walmart. This was the last straw.

Make sure you check the weight on the meats you are buying. Especially brisket and steak. Brisket I wanted the weight stated 15.6lbs. Actually it was only 13.8 lbs. For the price we are now paying for groceries, it's not right. Always check the weight on any meats your buying there. All they have is excuses. Don't care to make it right. Shame.

It's a wild place at this wally world, the employees Litterally could care less what's going on. It's always crowded there'd no registers but maybe 1 or 2. Lines are backed up to the clothes rack. It's a mess. Store pickup is pretty descent besides wait times. Most employees are pretty nice

We get lots of stuff delivered and for the most part have no complaints. Deliveries are always on time and there was only one time we had to complain about a product. Overall we are very pleased. Thanks.

45 minutes sitting in the parking spot for a pickup.Called the store directly they let the phone ring for at least 20 rings and then finally picked up only to immediately hang up. I know it's busy but their staff showed no urgency and completely conducting themselves in unprofessional manner.

Walmart usually has just what you need and at a slightly lower cost than other stores. It once was much cheaper, but now that they have driven many competitors out of town, their prices have begun to rise. If you want fabric cut, you had better let someone up front know so they can page help for you. Otherwise you could be standing with your bolt of fabric for a long time and see no one in sight to help. I have gone to hardware and electronics and asked them to page someone to fabrics, and they have always been kind enough to do that. But usually there is still a wait until someone shows up. There is also much less of a selection than there once was and the prices are not much less that fabric stores, and the quality of the fabric is better at a fabric store. It was better before. Wonder why they changed it. Lots of women sew. They are losing a lot of customers...women customers. Guess they don't need our money.

Location change and added spots for curbside but no amp up in staff is a disaster. I waited close to an hour for my curbside. I could have gone into shop if I knew something for convenience would be such a hassle

Shelves are stocked well with lots of options. The Lego shelf seemed to be a little short but other than that there are plenty of products available.
