Male pharmacist (black curly hair) was rude and unprofessional. I actually witnessed this two other times earlier this week but it was directed at other customers. Today I was 45 mins into a "10 min wait" when I asked if I should come back as I was in severe pain. This guy rolled his eyes so I simply stated to him that he maybe surprised that those of us in here waiting are probably not feeling well. To this he replied "this isn't McDonald's" so he got the brunt end of my very colorful vocabulary as I walked out. I'd rather drive to Ft Lauderdale for an aspirin then get provoked by some punk 1/2 my age 1/3 of my size and 1/4 my intelligence. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

This store has a 2.5 rating for a reason. Came in to pick up a prescription and tech said it was too early to pick up my refill when in fact it wasn’t. So I came inside and corrected them. Then they gave me 10 hoops to jump through in attempt to deny my refill. I feel like it was retaliation. I’ll fill scripts at CVS from now on.

Steer, clear this Walgreens, the pharmacy Personnel need to be walked through every step of how to handel your rx. They went to school for this, they are getting pay over $100k to monitor and fill, but they will not call the dr or the insurance to fix an issue. I am fed up with this location.

Indian female pharmacist and long hair goth looking male tech are absolutely rude and couldn’t explain the reason for the “policies” that have never been an issue in the last 5 years I’ve filled my scripts with them. Will now fill my scripts through CVS OR PUBLIX for now on.

Photo Print has great machines but terrible service. Never have the prints ready when they say u can pick them up at the time supposed to be ready! And watch out for these: at the check out they ask you for a donation but if you click No thanks, 5 dollars will be applied anyway... And also take control of the products on sale, they charge you the original price., yesterday they tried to charge me 12 dollars more! I spend half an hour trying the inexperienced cashier to understand. Finally, the manager give me my money back. Too much time wasted and I have to come back for a print not ready at “same day pick up”. False

As a person who has worked in customer service for over 15 years when I shop I expect the same customer service that I would give. I understand that as a customer you can choose where you spend your money. I will gladly go somewhere more expensive if I feel like I'm treated better. It upsets me because I feel like employees at large companies do not have the courtesy to ask when they do not know the answer to a question or how to properly assist a customer. I was told today at this walgreens that my Chime card could not be loaded at their location. I have been loading my card at this locations for several months with no problems. After leaving I went to another location and my card loaded fine. I feel like this employee basically did not know how to load the card and instead of asking for help she simply lied to me. This is extremely unacceptable. I will no longer shop at this location and hope in the future employee are held accountable for their words and actions.

The worst Walgreens lady pharmacist I ever have dealt with , did not want to fill medicines not local and packaged medications so bad it took additional time to open. Never had such bad pharmacist service over the years in florida Wisconsin NV ect

The Walgreens Pharmacy staff here all work hard and they are friendly . I know most of them by name as I have to fill prescriptions often. So they know me as well and try to find the best price if they can. That is truly nice and they really do care about their customers.

Complete and utter garbage. Pharmacy staff is rude. Late to fill critical medications. Have zero compassion for the welfare of their pediatric patients. Would not replace a nebulizer mask for my asthmatic child. Unwilling to even look for a store that stocked it. What kind of sorry pharmacy does stock nebulizer setup up. We are talking about a life saving medication.

Staff appears to be overwhelmed, their prescription app doesn’t always get filled timely. Have had to make repeat trips. Recent mistake in quantity order vs. dispensed was not handled professionally by pharmacist when I requested an inventory audit.

The absolute worst experience ever!! Every time I have been in this pharmacy I have seen nothing but unhappy people - coming to pick up a prescription that the computer has called, only to be told it isn't actually ready, including my own. Move on to the next one - customer service in this particular store couldn't be worse. I spent two weeks of my time on an out of town prescription only to be told in the end that it couldn't be filled, that should have taken one day at the most.

A snot nose girl at the Foxwood Walgreens pharmacy who didn't bother to put in my request for Eliquis gave me that "don't bother me " look. I had all my prescriptions Transferred to Publix who had the Eliquis in stock! No more Walgreens.

16:45 Will not fill a prescription I need and am out of because they close at 17:00. I always thought close at XX meant the time you stop doing business NOT the time employees get to run out the door. So now we drive across town to get it filled at a Walgreens open until 18:00. Might be time to switch pharmacies.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The pharmacy sends texts out when medication is ready for pickup. The prescriptions are not ready when you get there and the staff is rude on top of that. Taking my business to Publix.

After going through many hoops to arrange and retrieve a medication prescribed to me, I was rudely encountered by a lead pharmacist only known as “Don.” Don was extremely rude, arrogant, and unwilling to listen to a single concern of mine regarding my prescription. He talked over me many times, refusing to retain any information I gave him regarding my script. After 15 min on the call, he stated that regardless of my doctors instructions, orders, or script; that he was refusing to do anything at all. The call ended on the note of “go elsewhere, I’m not doing anything for this.” Welcome to the world of mixed power tripping and unprofessionalism. Do not waste your time with this store as you will only be met with the upmost frustration. As the pharmacist stated himself, “take your business elsewhere.”

Ajay the pharmacist is rude and inefficient. We dropped off a script for our special needs daughter on Tuesday. We were told it would be ready Thursday after 3pm. My husband arrives at 5:30 and the med didn't come in. Ajay then say he'll have it ready Monday. Excuse me!!! He had no concerm that they had not gotten the med to fill the script and didn't offer to help find the med at another location. This is not the first time we've had a problem with this pharmacy. Such a lack of professionalism and concern. There is no need for someone like this anywhere in healthcare. Thank you to the pharmacy tech that did step up and help locate the med for us. I work in healthcare and do not recommend this pharmacy. Patients need a pharmacist that will be their advocate not part of the problem.

I want to say tonight when I went to the Photo Lab the gentleman that was working there was AMAZING!! He went over and beyond for me and I couldn't say how much I was impressed with his Customer Service. I can't remember his name but I will glady point him out to the manager the next time I see him. He truly needs to be applauded for his great service. I will be wanting him for my future photo man anytime I need pictures. Please don't let him go anywhere.

The overall staff is wonderful, however there is always that one (Makiya) that could care less if she waites on you or not, very disappointed on how she'll ignore me after picking up the phone to say hello... I've drove off twice because she's ignoring me. Only to come back the next day when she's not there and I'm treated like a human being and the life long customer that I am .. thank you

Horrible!!!!!!! What a nightmare!!!! The manager shelly sent me out in tears on Christmas eve and would not sell me the last football for U.S. Dollars or my debit card. I called the corporated number and they told me it will be 2 days before anyone gets back to me on that. I just wanted to buy a football for my son! The manager shelly assaulted me when she grabbed the flat football from me and then declined my sale. All i wanted was a football for my son for Christmas. I was kicked out in tears by Shelly's personal friend which she called up there. I just wanted the football. Needless to say I have two numbers to call and the first one doesn't count!

Came in 10 minutes before the pharmacy closed and they didn't want to fill an RX cause they were to busy burning down the last ten minutes not not doing anything to fill a script before they were to go home. Very unprofessional!
