I was feeling bad, and went to this Walgreens for a flu test. As it turned out, I was positive for covid and not the flu. The pharmacist Grabriel and staff quickly returned my results, and offered a prescription treatment. I had consulted my primary care for the treatment, but it was late in the afternoon, and once they did prescribe it, they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Gabriel went over and above to get it transfered so my wife could pick it up very patient and considerate.

This Walgreens itself is fine and MOST of the employees are very nice, except for one. She was extremely impatient and spoke very rudely to me when I wasn't able to hear what she said

Terrible drive through service. Waited 30 minutes and 15 directly in front of the window. I pushed the service button and still no help. It is like this every time I have to pick up meds for my mom.

Slowest drive through in the state of Florida I have idea what’s going on in there but the purpose of a drive through is speed and convenience get it together

The Pharmacy is the worst. Takes them multiple days to get medication that they should already have in stock. Do yourself a favor and find a real pharmacy to send your prescriptions to.

I had to take my son to the urgent are last night for a horrible asthma attack. They accidentally sent the prescription to Walgreens instead of CVS. Well long story short Walgreens doesn’t take my son’s insurance and we needed the prescription right away.. CVS takes forever to fill a prescription. So we told the pharmacist that we would just pay cash. Asthma medication’s can be quite costly. The pharmacist not only got his prescription ready ASAP and I mean we had got there right when they open they open at nine we were there at 8:58 AM. He was kind and helpful he helped us out with the price by telling us about and applying good rx coupons . I am not use to this kind of compassion from a pharmacy as CVS is always very rude and could care less.. I would highly recommend this pharmacy especially if you need something right away. I really appreciate how kind they were this morning.

They never call the patient and let you know a med is on back order! Especially dangerous as this med is one I need after my last dose tonight and doctor is out of office for the weekend. They could have called me for other options when doc sent it in Thursday

The pharmacy never answers! When they don't have the medicine, they tell you that they have issues with the prescription when you still have more than one refill. They have left me a week waiting for a medicine! customer service is a zero! other stores look for you where the medicine is they call you inform and transfer if you authorize it! I will never go back to this mediocre store!

Entered the store and expected 2b greeted and received nothing but an ambivalent stare. Went to the pharmacy window and made an inquiry. Overheard Pharmacist, Monica G, responding to the employee with sarcasm and degradation. The employee went out of her way to cover the comment and to treat us like valued customers. If "attitude reflects leadership," this may not matter to executive management and this employee was an exemplary exception to that rule. With that said, I won't return to that location. #unfortunatelyUnfriendly🙏🏽

Have had several bad experiences with one cashier in particular. He is consistently rude, his attitude is inappropriate for this type of workplace.He has been disrespectful every time I've visited. This is not acceptable. He should be coached and written up.Card readers have been down for over a week, and this cashier was sarcastic about that.Also, unable to reach the pharmacy 3 days in a row via phone system.

I only had one issue because there was a computer issue. This location always has my medication in stock every refill and the employees are very nice and professional. Thank walgreens at this location 👍👍.

DO NOT USE FOR PHARMACY!! I had an allergic reaction today, went to the ER, needed prescriptions. They were hours behind. I tried calling no answer. I go up the drive thru. They have a sign that says Prescription Closed WELL before closing. I have a life threatening condition and can’t access my medicine?!?!? I am leaving this POS PHARMACY!! No answers when you call, has a closing sign before close, and no refill is available. Beyond livid!!UPDATE: I LEFT TO PUBLIX PHARMACY!!

RUDE!!!! The young man in the pharmacy is so condescending. Unfortunately being understaffed doesn’t give anyone the right to be rude to customers. This Walgreens needs an upgrade… all the way from the building to the staff. It’s very unfortunate that this is the only place that takes our insurance.

We literally sat at the window in the drive thru for 40 mins with an appointment for a rapid Covid test. We were NOT in line at the window inside. After 40 minutes I left my wife and kids in the car at the drive thru and I went inside where, they had five people working in the pharmacy but yet it took way too long to get a test. Not to mention I had my daughter that has Covid in the car sweating and crying because she doesn’t feel good. That’s why we were forced to wait outside in the car vs. going inside originally.

I really don’t understand why this location has any lower than a four star review.For me I give them at five. The store is always clean staff is always professional and I have the best pharmacy staff and pharmacist in Ocala.I have been here in Ocala for almost 9 years .This is the first Walgreens store that I went to and I have never been treated any other way but with respect. They do change staff but for the most part the way the staff are trained to work at this Store is very professional.The leaders the pharmacy staff management and the online employees people should visit and see!Yes I want to of the wall greens not saying they’re not professional but if I miss Walgreens you feel like you’re part of the family

The drive thru pharmacy service is being misused by a lot of the patrons, which makes for long waits. But the inside service was wonderful, my in line wait was less than 5 minutes.

This review is only about the pharmacy. The drive thru wait time is always ridiculously long. Also, every time I needed a prescription refill, I've had the doctor order them, or I've ordered them online, and every single time I've had to call to see if it was ready to pick up. They also need someone to answer the phones as the wait time to speak to someone is insane. I have never had this experience with any other Walgreens store in the Ocala area. I'd recommend going to any other pharmacy when you need prescriptions

The staff really separates this Walgreen's from the rest. The pharmacy staff is the most helpful I have ever encountered and that is a lot of pharmacies. I lived in 30 places through 10 states, so I have dealt with many pharmacy based stores.

Worst customer service ever on the phone been trying to call for more than an hour and no answer just the recording your the second in line please hold. Im calling on behave of my husband he is on the line too and nothing, definitely changing pharmacy for his prescription.

Lately they have been unreliable. For example I ring to the pharmacy and they don't even ask if you can hold they just put you on hold. I have been on the phone waiting for over half an hour. Also they usually do autopilot on my family prescription and I haven't heard a single thing. No text or nothing. Very disappointing

This pharmacy is literally always understaffed! You wait to drop off prescriptions. You wait to pick up prescriptions. If there’s an issue they won’t call you. You won’t know there’s an issue until you come wait an hour to pick up your prescription. I’d suggest going somewhere else. Management doesn’t know how to create a schedule to run this place efficiently!

The ladies in photo were awesome and the photo discounts are always amazing. However this review reflects that we got charged $32 for two passport photos that you get somewhere else for $5 a piece. Convenient and easy and very helpful but could have paid less of the cost each for the same thing. Just annoying.

Don't use the drive thru for pharmacy because they will leave you waiting for 5 minutes or more even in the morning when the store just opened. The pharmacy is really bad at answering phones aldo. Someone answered and immediately put me on hold. No hello, pleas wait, just boom on hold. After waiting 10 minutes I hung up and used the pharmacy chat on their website.

Drive in pharmacy is a great place to waste a day. Stop at McDonald's first for food and drinks to hold you over. Today we packed sandwiches to eat while we wait. Earlier today they asked did I want to park and walk in to the counter. If I could walk that far I wouldn't need the medication.

Robin the pharmacy tech is amazing! One of the other techs screwed up filling my script. I went without my pain meds 6 days, all caused by the fact he didnt not listen to me when I explained the process to fill it. I will not let any one else handle my scripts. Great. job Robin!!!!!
