This is our go-to place to get our outdoor cat a cool cut for Florida's summer heat. We always go for the lion cut for her. The owner is really outgoing, friendly and goes above and beyond taking care of your baby. You can tell she really has a passion for what she does. I highly recommend Very important Pets for getting a top notch cut for your beloved pet.

Lynn the groomer is the nicest lady I've dealt with since owning dogs. She's very gentle with my puppies and loving. She does a fantastic job and she doesn't charge a whole lot of money. It takes her longer than a normal grooming appointment but I don't mind because it gives me a break to do things that I need to do. I highly recommend this place.

unfortunately, the ratings do not allow you to go click zero stars. My experience with them has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at any groomer. They did allow my sweet dog to go in as a walk-in, but then called me a few minutes later to bring her lease that they told me to take so I could put her in the tub for them. They are so unprofessional, and looks just so unclean at their location. I highly do not recommend them at all.

I came here for the first time today with my 3 dogs for a nail trim. Super sweet owners. You can tell they love their job. Very well priced as well. Definitely going to make it my permanent place for dog grooming.

Owner was very personable and friendly. It was the first time for my miniature Schnauzer to go. Lynn took very good care of my puppy and she was VERY reasonable in her prices! The only downside is I missed my puppy. There so busy I had to leave her for the day.

Lynn and Terry took on the job of giving my cat a lion hair cut. It wasn’t an easy job but they did an excellent job with handling my Maci. She looks so cute now!

Lynn and a Terry are just amazing people and wonderful groomers. My dog LOVES coming here. She starts whining and wagging her tail and going crazy when we turn into the parking lot. Their prices are half what they should be and the service is wonderful. They truly love pets and do a wonderful job grooming. They are like family to us now. I have been coming here for two years now and am never disappointed!

Our small standard poodle loves them. Lynn and her husband, and staff are not only highly skilled groomers, but also they love the animals given to them during their time with Lynn. Our Dog Chloe knows Lynn as Aunt Lynn. No other groomer has been so caring and skilled in the right type of cuts a Poodle needs.

Terry and Lynn are amazing people they are also like my second family, I highly recommend to everyone. They are so great with all my dogs and others. I have my one dog that doesn't let anyone touch his feet but Terry and Lynn have a special touch because they don't have any issues with my boy. Can't beat there prices either. Make sure you call them!!

I had the best possible experience with my kittens today. They had their nails trimmed and were flea dipped. I've never been to a pet groomer for any of my pets before but, I've never had 3 kittens at the same time either. They are great people and they took on my babies ( that aren't easy ) and made me and them as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Very Important Pets to anyone that lives here.

I have never seen so much compassion & dedication from anyone the way I have with them. The prices are even more amazing, for such hard work not to mention a job greatly done. Let me start by saying that I have a VERY strong 9 month old male AmStaff! He needed his nails cut so I called Very Important Pets around 830Am and was able to get an appointment for that afternoon. Well Mayhem (that's my baby boys name) does NOT like the Dremel, so after the wrestling match with the 2 groomers and their husband's... Mayhem had very nice nail again! Lol! The groomers are very nice and you can see that they care about your pets as much as you do! And to top it off, their very reasonably priced! I give them 5 stars & I'm Definitely recommending them

This is the place too take your pet. Very friendly staff and my man Richard who is a Chow Chow went in looking pretty rough mats in his beard and around his ears and I told them I really didn't want to cut his hair all the way down and they got every single one of his mats out no shaving needed took them 3 hours but WOW! It was well worth it he looks stunning and the price was just as great! Do not go anywhere else but here this is where you want to take your fur babies!!

I'm a combat vet that just lost the love of my life, another combat vet. Our poor dog has been dealing with my grief/Covid19 and she hasn't been pampered because of that, like she deserves and is accustomed to. WHAT A TROOPER OF LOVE SHE IS AND HAS BEEN TO ME! I am so blessed. Going to get genuine and tasty Korean food I saw this place and despite Covid19 THEY WERE OPEN. I went in and asked for an appointment. They had a last minute opening and stayed 20 to 30 minutes late to groom her all up and give her pampering and love! They are wonderful people and did such a good job. She smells great, looks great, coat feels great and seems to feel great too- a pep in her step💝. Great Americans here and diverse in cultures in the shop and shopping center, where they all seem to know each other well. Humanity counts in my book! I would highly recommend this shop! I know my GS and I will be back and I know that having such tasty snacks right next door is just extra incentive! I am thrilled to find such a place in my new home here in Florida. The Covid19 isloation and disconnect we are all experiencing was healed some for me today because of my visit to thia tiny shopping center. I am grateful and just wanted to share. Thanks ya'll!!!

By far, the best groomers in town! They are flexible, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate their customers! I always feel safe leaving my babies there.
