So I love this store and shop at it often. I have two bulldogs who fear baths in my walk-in shower, so I thought to give TSC a try. This is what I walked into at 8:30 am! (See pics) I cleaned the shower before i put my dog in it. The wash was terrible. The water kept turning cold, so cold my dog was whining. I would stop and run, just the hot until the water got warm again. This happened with both dogs. The water nozzels were so stiff i could barely turn the water on and off, and the sprayers must be clogged as they did not spray right. Everything was filthy!! When i went to the register to pay, she asked me how everything was. When I told her discusting and I would never use the wash again, she said, " Well, you're supposed to check with us first to make sure everything is clean." Really?? Where is the sign? So I would have to wait for you to clean the room? Maybe clean it before you close.

I have now stopped crying and almost enough to write this. This has nothing to do with the actual store but a product they sell. It's a 9 in one shot for dogs. Well it put my Dog (frenchie) in the hospital. 10 mins after given to him, he fell to the ground. His legs stopped working. He was throwing up and pooping at the same time. Thank goodness I live 6 mins from an emergency vet. They stated the shot shocked his nervous system. Canine Spectra 9 a $27 dollar shot ended up costing me $500 dollar vet bill.

Get it together.People are in there buying high Dollar items. You make more than enough money as a company to get it staffed with proper employees. I don’t have time to sit around there all day absolutely packed, which is great for you with with one person on register.Multiple people waiting around so that someone could find the feed. I’ll take my money elsewhere since you guys can’t staff your store properly. This is not the first time I’ve had experience and I am completely totally 100% over coming in your store and feeling like I’m bothering you to purchase items.

The dog wash station doors were blocked by industrial fans. Tried to go around to the garden department to get in just for the path to be blocked by pallets. I had to crawl over the garden dirt bags to get myself my dog and my grandson into the pets wash station. Just to find out the station was very very dirty! The amount of dirt and hair all over the room. You can tell it has not been cleaned in a very long time. I will wash my dogs elsewhere next time.

We were in your store today and a worker there followed us everywhere we went like we were going to steal. Something it made us feel very uncomfortable..we will not be going back to this location.

The absolute worst tractor supply we have ever seen! You can not get through the aisles! All the plants are dried out. What a mess!!! Never again!!!

The clinic here was great! The entire staff of the store has been friendly and helpful every time I shop here. But I want to commend the vet and his team with my dramatic blue healer today. Every vet visit is a struggle and takes a while, but our first time here was so great! These pros were quick, professional, and insightful. I was able to get all shots updated with no hassle even though my dog is a little terror with vets. Thabk you all so much!! We will definitely be back :)

Called before I went to the store to make sure they had propane, they said yes we do .I got there and they said they were out. This is the third time it's happened to me.

Found some belts for Mowers that are awesome, but they are always low on batteries. We always find cat litter, and all feed needed goats, chickens, and turkey, even for kitties and doggies.

I placed a pick-up order from the store today for some clothes. I received an email that one of the items had been cancelled, but decided to pick up the rest still. I called in to be sure my order was there and waiting for me, since I was on a deadline. A nice young man named Jake assisted me. Jake spent maybe 10-15 minutes on the phone with me assisting with my pick-up order, which we ultimately discovered had been completely cancelled. He found me a replacement item and handed it to me personally when I came in the store to make it as easy as possible. I’m so grateful for the friendliness and good service I received today and hope to find reasons to give them more business in the future.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were lower or comparable to Walmart, especially for dog and cat food. They have chicks and ducklings right now.

Had an amazing experience today with Angela, and also Jason in the garden department, both so knowledgeable and friendly. Also the cashier was especially friendly and helpful. Was surprised to learn they have a vet clinic and a dog wash station as well

I love shopping at this tractor supply. The staff is extremely nice and helpful! The manager Perry is wonderful, he remembers all of his customers and is knowledgeable about all of the products. He is constantly moving making sure everyone has a good experience at his store. I’m so happy to shop here!

Showed up 10 minutes before closing and the employees were standing outside chatting and the door was locked. Not to nitpick but I just needed a steel dog cable. In and out but they just looked at me for a second then carried on with their conversation

I really like this convenient location. My only concern is the items like pine stall pellets, water softener salt, cedar bedding is all sitting out in the elements. Had to move several heavy rain soaked bags of stall pellets that had puffed up from moisture to get the ones that weren't damaged. Great store and service otherwise.

First visit ever to a Tractor Supply store. Wow. Everything you need for your animals and farm, plus work clothes and shoes in one place. Staff was attentive, courteous and polite.I was aware of TS for many years, having flipped through their paper catalogs. In later years , I browsed their website to check prices. The physical store prices seemed quite reasonable to me.

I tried to get my propane tank filled this morning...after waiting around and told where to stand, I was told the person who does that isnt at work yet and to come back later. My wife came in later and guess what! shes couldnt get it filled either because they were unloading a truck and was told it could just be a few minutes or 30 and she couldnt wait around. What a great job on the customer service!

I started purchasing my dogs food here, so far I've been very satisfied. I had to go to a couple of different TSC stores to get the quantity I wanted But when you order online it'll tell you who has it and how much they have on hand. I don't mind going to a different TSC store to pick it up, it gives me a chance to browse their store. Overall, the employees are friendly, helpful and always ready to help you find what you need.

I called and asked if the had baby chicks on sale for $1.00 and he said yes. I asked him what kind, he said we only have Easter egger chicks. How many? 25. I told him I’ll buy all 25 so he put a hold on them for me. After 40 minutes driving to get there they said they were not on sale for $1.00. I told him I drove 40 minutes to get here. He asked on the earpiece radio if they can make him a deal at least, and asked who took the call on there radio earpiece and the manager came over and said there not on sale I don’t know who you spoke to but all I can say is sorry. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They new I was coming down to get the chicks. And held them for me. I had to leave EMPTY HANDED and HART BROKEN.

I simply asked for help and was greeted with a unwilling employee. Furthermore I left that conversation , as it was not getting better and was then approached by the " manager " who in my opinion looked like he needed a fix of some sort as he was not a happy guy and super aggressive. They scared my girl and we left. The wonderfull woman at the checkout, couldn't have handled it better and I applaud anyone e who puts up with that kind of co-workers.

I usually have no problem getting what I need here. They keep it stocked well, the store is clean, the prices fair, and the employees nice. Perry does a good job and jumping in to help wherever and whenever needed. Sometimes the lines are long but the checkout is never as bad as Rural King.

I love the friendly "home town" feel of this store. Always an associate nearby to answer questions or guide you to find an item. Terry and Perry helped me today to retrieve an item I had purchased online. So friendly and helpful. A few months ago, Terry helped me purchase a chicken coop at this same location. Today, Terry remembered me and my wife from the prior visit and asked how she was. What a thoughtful gesture! I love this store and it's employees!

The store was busy when I got in. An associate helped me out as I couldn’t find what I was looking for. A fuel bulb for a weed whacker. Looks like the supply chain bump is taking its toll se we couldn’t find the single part but they did have the full repair kits. I settled on that and off I went. A satisfied customer. 😃
