I have been the proud owner of two beautiful dogs that I love like my children for 9 years. So, it's fair to say I've had my share of experiences with veterinarians over the years, but none have stood out as much as my visit with Dr. Carrie Taylor. Her level of personalized care was truly exceptional. She took the time to address every single one of my concerns, ensuring that all of my questions were answered comprehensively. The depth of her explanations provided a clear understanding of every step that needed to be taken. I felt completely at ease and assured that my babies were in the best hands. I can confidently say that Dr. Taylor and her staff are the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any pet owner seeking top-notch veterinary care.

Dr Carrie Taylor is the very best. She is in no hurry. She takes her time to meet your pet and win their confidence. We have 2 sharpeis and my older one just loved her. She does not push medicine on you, she examines and gives ideas of how to care for you pet at home. She truly is caring and is giving of her time at your appointment. The only vet that we will see.

I was referred to this office by multiple family members. They spoke very highly of the services and care they had received, so I was eager to get our two basset hounds established.We recently moved to the area and I really didn't want to drive 1.5 hours back to our old vet for numerous vax updates and annual heartworm tests.But, after the phone call I received from this facility, requiring a $60 down payment, to ensure that I don't flake out on my appointment, I just may do that!I have never been asked to make a down payment prior to a veterinary appointment. I find this CORPORATE policy highly insulting and rude!I am a responsible pet owner who knows full well that taking my 2 dogs to the vet on the same day is going to cost at least $300. I was fully prepared to pay this amount at that time, given the rave reviews I received.But asking a new client to pay ahead of time for services they have not received is ludicrous!So, be forewarned. If you are looking for a veterinarian who genuinely cares about your pet's wellbeing, this is NOT the office for you!Obviously, all they are focused on is the $$.

Love that the girls answer at the desk and are super friendly. Was able to get 2 dogs in within days. Have 3 dogs and 3 cats and all have frequented here. Absolutely love it here. You are able to get in timely. I LOVE the vet that sees my girls there. She is very good with my animals ❤️ and keeps me well informed of what is going on and things I can do at home. Researched vets when I moved here and choose this vet out of several because of the way the girls up front were, awesome 👌. Stayed because my vet that I see is the best.

I'm a new client who brought their dog in for an assessment of his teeth. Dr. Taylor and the staff were awesome. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very friendly. I was early and waited a few minutes, but right at my appointment time we were escorted to an examination room. A technician promptly came to begin the appointment. She was incredibly kind and patient with my dog, as he decided to be a big 120 pound baby. He even refused to eat all offered enticements. I was most impressed with Dr. Taylor. She was very patient and thorough in answering all of my concerns and questions regarding treatment. I highly recommend Town and Country - my experience was excellent

Tender Loving Care For My Boy Shiloh a Golden Retriever who loves people. He had Surgery and is Recovering Beautifully. They called to see how Shiloh was doing, and not only is he recovering beautifully, but from start to finish, he was treated so well and I appreciate such fantastic technique

We have been coming to Town and Country for 20 years. We love the staff, very professional and knowledgeable. They have taken great care of our dogs. I only wish they did pocket peta like guinea pigs and hedgehogs so they could care for all our family pets.

Efficient office staff and wonderful veterinarian… Dr Mighion listened and expressed compassion while I voiced my concerns! Some places just seem annoyed..not at Town and Country. They truly seem genuine🐶We have a Internal Medicine Vet that we follow up with and Dr Mighion is more than happy to work together for the best care for my fur babies🐾🐾

Exceptional! My dog started to get sick two weeks before his wellness exam. Town and country moved our appointment up and got us in within 48 hours! He was contagious and they met us outside and provided wonderful care for our sick boy. Thank you for your care and support. I recommend everyone to you.

I’ll have to retract my previous review.DO NOT GO HERE!My 14 year old Aussie underwent surgery to have a mass removal surgery. Once the procedure was completed we picked her up and they gave us aftercare instructions that said we would bring her in a week to have the stitches removed. We came back, they completed it and we left. Over a month later we noticed hard wirey stitches still in her paw we brought her back in and they told us they were disposable. Over two months has passed and they are still there, she’s licking her paw and limping because they are bothering her so much. I call to say she needs to be seen, these are not disposable. The receptionist proceeds to tell me the last time we visited, the tech “did not see anything stitches.” Which how would we know they are” disposable” then?? We bring her back in, the vet and the tech finally remove the stitches and they proceed to try and make us pay a visit fee of $49?! Absolutely not. I just called and spoke to them, explaining how at the initial stitch removal no one said anything about dissolvable stitches, the second time we went back they told us they were disposable but wrote in the file that “they didn’t see anything”, and the third time they were finally removed and still trying to make us pay even after they made a mistake? Keep in mind I spend close to $1,500.00 with the surgery and extra appointments. I will not be paying them a cent more, I will be switching vets and I will be posting this on social media. My whole life I’ve always had pets and I have NEVER been treated like such an insignificant person. All they want is money.

This was the first visit for our new 5 year old Shih Tzu. We had taken our previous Shih Tzu to Town and Country for 10 years and now we will take our new joy Missy. Missy was so relaxed and comfortable with the Veterinarian and the Tech. They examined her throughly and they found a few issues that needed attention and they were taken care of and she was fine. This is the best Veterinary Facility I have ever taken our dogs to in FL. Thank you again for everything!!!

I absolutely love Town & Country!!!! The vets are all friendly, caring, and very informative! I also board my pups with them and I notice how happy they are to see the staff (which puts my mind at ease that they are well cared for and loved when I’m out of town). I have been bringing my dog to this vet since I got my pup 6 years ago. The cost to have him treated is ridiculous. It cost me $413.00 to have him boarded, his toes trimmed, sedated, and yes I understand that cost, ear looked at, drops given, and for someone to inject him with cytopoint.When my dog was brought out to me he WAS NOT wearing his harness or leash. He is a 62 pound bundle of muscle and moves fast. The only leash attached was a skimpy cloth leash used for a 10 pound laid back dog. My dog could have broke free of that leash, run out the front doors, and ended up on highway 27. It was after 4pm. Are you aware of the traffic on 27? That in itself is a huge red flag of the lack of care and concern for my animal.The second red flag was when my puppy got home and drank over 4 cups of water and only stopped because I had to refill his bowl. It is obvious that he wasn’t given anything to drink from the time he woke from sedation to when I arrived. That is sad and totally irresponsible of whoever was working the kennels. That lack of attention and care for his needs is unacceptable. For $413.00 he should at least get water.Your sign on the front desk says that your customers are your best advertisement. You are right and I will also be the person who tells others to go to other vets for pet care. It is literally highway robbery what a 6 year continuous customer is charged. I can’t afford you. Good bye!

LOVE this animal hospital! I have had 2 different vets at this facility (one yrs ago and one now) and loved both. Great in all areas! My Boo had her teeth cleaned and one pulled on this visit. She was pretty alert when I picked her up shortly after her procedure. I felt like the person who did the anesthesia did a good job because I have had pets that had to be put under (at a different facility) and they where totally out of it for hrs. After I was home for several hours, I went thru the bag of items/paperwork they gave me and found the certificate and thought that was such a special touch. I dont know if they do this at other vets but I loved it!

This practice is organized , thorough, and compassionate. Our vet , Dr Neiser, was so loving and clear with her explanation and directions for follow up care. Mary Anne, her assistant , was cheerful , kind and so sweet to our frightened puppy.

So upset and disappointed! Specifically asked for an appointment so that I could stay with my pet for her shot, apparently there was an "issue" last month. They set an appointment a little early so that I could go back with her, then I was told no, you have to stay in waiting room. I go to pay, was then told her shot was not discounted as part of a wellness plan they talked me into a few months ago-I specifically asked about her monthly injection before taking out the plan and was told yes, it would be at a discount with the plan.If you're considering this facility for your pet, don't, and if you're thinking about a wellness plan, save your money! I am unfortunately locked in for almost another year, but I will be changing providers as soon as my plan expires.

We were dog sitting. They got us in and out quickly for our injured dog. It was an easy process. The bathroom smells better than the rest of the place, though.
