I have been taking my precious pets. I have two Shih Tzu’s to The Works Grooming. They are amazing professional dog groomers, reasonably priced and they definitely care about your pet. I’ve been going to them about four years now and I would not trade them for anything. give them a try ask for Lisa, if she’s not there, anyone there can help you. You won’t be disappointed. Our pets are like our children. Trust me.

Bad experience. They really messed up my dogs hair. I went to tell them and they don’t take responsibility for the mess they make.The attitude of the staff horrible specially one of the owners she always has a bad attitude and she don’t like to listen when we ask for something she wants to do thing her way. And they charged me $55. Never going back. My advice take your fur babies somewhere else even if you have to pay a little extra.

The very first cut Ted had by Jasmine was flawless. No questions. Just asked for a summer cut and she knew what to do. After that each time, about five visits now, there have been inconsistencies with his grooming. (Jasmine was on maternity leave). Each time I had to address what needed "fixed"; I'm not unreasonable nor demanding. I'm not a drama person and simply want people to do the job promised with attention to detail. PetCo used to cut Ted's hair but distance caused us to switch. PetCo knew what to do with each dog, no questions asked. We never had to explain each detail; head, eyes, tail, paws. This LAST time I went in and started to make sure they understood and I was taken back to the owner. The last time I also spoke with her she was very defensive, but this time she grabbed my dog and her clippers and went about roughly cutting on my dog asking is this what you want and this and this....All the time speaking like I'm stupid and she knew how to cut a dog. She was belittling and has always been defensive. Not sure if it's been the owner who has been cutting Ted's hair all these times, regardless we will not be going back. Pictures to prove their attention to detail is very much lacking!!! This is my kid, not a dog off the street. Get some training and do a good job, treat the animals, and a little more people friendly. Bedside manner matters. These pictures are an example of her lack of attention to detail. The paws look like they have a crew cut....blend it...

This place is absolutely legit to take your pets to for grooming! I have two smaller dogs who need a lot of TLC and these are the people who can do it and not rake you over the coals. They are kind, compassionate and charged a very reasonable rate for their incredible service that keeps their customers returning time and time again.

I have been going here for many years with my beloved dogs, and got great service… Until this year… And the cutting was good, but they took all day… And when I complained, they got nasty. I still recommend them, but I can’t wait all day for my dogs.🐾🐶

It took a little bit for me to come back cause I fell in the parking lot. I brought my 2 new pom pups in for a bath. When I picked them up they had been brushed but they smelled bad. They needed a bath with soap and water not a can of dry shampoo. Paid 15 bux each & definitely got what I paid for. Never again 😒

Love this place. Walked in today and they took my baby right back. Bought a cute winter coat for just 12 dollars. Prices are fabulous and reasonable. Staff is great, friendly, and love my furbaby like she is their own. Will go for many years to come.

I wouldnt give them even 1 star. They ruined my grest pyrnese coat. They shaved her to the skin. Shenow has alopecia and its perminent. When i picked my dog up they told me they wont groom her again because it took 2 people to keep her from sitting down. I think for 125.oo it should take 2 people. They took no responsibility for ruining my beautiful dogs coat. Dont trust they wont ruin your dog.

First time n everyone very friendly the owner n her daughter that took care of my baby Harley very nice people answer all my question will recommend it to everybody that r looking for a grooming place reasonable price definitely will take my baby Harley every two weeks to get pamper thnx so much ladies n also excited to hear that they give an opportunity to a Puertorrican girl that came to this country to look for better quality of life do to the hurricane Maria .... This place is great. Took my Boxer boys in and an hour later had two clean dogs with clean ears and clipped nails. I will be back again and again.
