AMAZING place and WONDERFUL owner!I have been taking my Persian here every 6 weeks for about 4 years now. He gets a bath and a lion’s cut. Lori and the staff here are exceptional! Edgar looks perfect every time and smells great! Lori is so awesome and has gone above and beyond for me whenever I needed something. Including keeping him for me when we had an unexpected tragedy in the family while Edgar was being groomed. She even offered to bring him home which was about 40 minutes away.Love, love, love this place. I’d never think of taking my pets anywhere else!!! 10 out of 5 stars!!! ⭐️

Would not recommend. Was quoted 50.00 for our cat and charged 60.00. Bathed before cut instead of after. Did not trim around face and neck as requested. Took 4 hours when quoted 1 hour on phone. Was double booked and other person got preference. Personable people. Did seem to care about your pets which is a plus.

Very nice folks, did an excellent job with my dogs. I had 1 full service, and they also trimmed my other dogs' nails. Both dogs are kind of scared of other people, and the owner talked to them and soothed them while she was working. I will not be going anywhere else from now on.

We had an appointment for about 3 weeks for our cat to have a lions cut and her nails cut. Well we get there and they tell us that it is going to take 2 1/2 hours to do her, why you ask because they will be doing other cats and dogs in between doing the cat. The cat never cut their nails done and they charged us for the nails. They also left patches of fur on her as well.

Made an appointment last week to get my cat trimmed here. I just moved from up North and my cat is 12 with long long hair and likes to go outside. When I called to confirm the appointment this morning, the woman who picked up, which I now know is the owner, was the nastiest person I've talked to in a looong time. She asked me what the dog's name was and when I said she is a cat she kept referring to my cat as "it"..."How old is it?" When I told her 12 she said she doesn''t like to do first time cuts at that age. I said that wasn't what I was told when I spoke with the lady last week and she snapped "that was my assistant. I wish I would've known"...yeah, me too. I was the one preparing to come in...no sorry, no nothing. Is everyone in this town this nasty and despicable to deal with?

I have been taking my Llaso here for about a year and was satisfied until my last two visits. Last time Tippy came home with a cut on her ear. I didn’t realize that groomers were considered essential and had been open during the shut down so my little dog was in bad need of a grooming so I didn’t get too upset by that. However, when I picked her up on Friday she had a significant cut on the top of her head. And this time she was not in bad shape at all. Plus she did not clip her toenails which is supposed to be standard with the overall groom. Tippy will not be going back there again!!!

Took my Newfoundland and they do a great job with her and the price is very reasonable for a 100 lb fuzzy dog. I highly recommend Reighning Cats and Dogs.

For a "dog groomer" you'd expect they would have some behavior of dogs understood. So far not the case. When you have a small entry way and a groomer quickly pop around the corner with a mask on....do the dog math on that one. But thats OK, if that didn't happen we wouldn't have found "prefurred" pet grooming in ocala and couldn't be happier.

Our little shihtzue Cocoapuff, is so in love with Laurie, the groomer of this place, that she doesn't want to leave when it's time to go home. Laurie also does boarding and has taken care of Cocoa Puff for ten days. We returned for the first time since vacation, and she very primly pranced out to Laurie's van to go home, instead of our van, Apparently Cocoa is confused because she loves us all. If you want an excellent groomer, who does eyes, nose and mouth perfectly, you must give Laurie a try. Take a peek at our doggie if you don't believe me, she's on REIGNING CATS AND DOGS page. Cocoa gives it fives arfs. ARF, ARF, ARF, ARF, ARF, :)
