Store is always clean, well stocked, with agreeable employees who seem genuinely pleased to help. Good donuts; even though it was later in the afternoon, they had a decent supply. Good BOGO on Twinings English tea and Thomas' Bagels.

Awesome at times and others not . Especially when they don't have it in. Always a smile and a friendly hello when you go, which I love it just for that reason. The corner community grocery store is always wonderful because you can speak to the employees whom is a hands on place who are willing to ring your groceries in at register instead of having to do it yourself.

This store is our main Publix we shop at. We get our prescriptions filled and always done in a timely manner. The personnel are always friendly and a pleasure to work with. Never have I had any problems with anyone who works fir Publix. It's always clean and well stocked !!

It was about 3pm and I stop to get some food in the deli section. I bought some fried chicken dinners with corn and potato wedges. It was the worse dinner. It tasted like it had some stuff in the corn and in the potatoes too. The potatoes were cold and the corn had a bad taste to it. The chicken also had a funny taste. More like Clorox or antifreeze with that sweet taste like. Hopefully my wife and I don't get sick from what ever it was. Never again will I buy food at that publix. Please check your deli food products department for any contaminations of any cleaning products exposed to food.

Friendly staff, Clean store love the selection of foods. Our favorite is the subs and chicken tenders. The salads are delicious too. I get the pre-made pizza dough. Love that they have items other stores don't.

I always choose Publix. The store is always clean, and the wide aisles ensure that you don't run into other customers. Produce is fresh, and you can always get a free cup of ice.

Went in at around 5:30 to get fried chicken for dinner and they were completely out. Then went to get some hot soup from the deli, the one I wanted was dried up and burnt and the rest looked gross. You think they would make sure that stuff was stocked around that time for ppl wanting dinner.

Publix in Silver Spring Shores gives amazing service. The deli works exceedingly well considering the demand. My favorite store. You don’t get Walmart prices but you don’t have to deal with Walmart issues either.

The lady in charge of making hogies at that Publix should be paid more money and in charge of going store to store and showing everyone on how to make a Sub she was excellent I'm going back in tomorrow and I will get her name she had a personality that exceeded everyone I've ever met thank you, she makes your subs like she making it for herself excellent,fried chicken wasn't that great

Got here at 8:20 when they close at 9 and Megan at the deli was so patient and sweet to us. She didn’t rush us or get frustrated and that is greatly appreciated. We had just came from Walmart and the lady there was super rude to us without going into detail. She made our night better ! Megan should get a raise shout out to deshaun too he’s always so sweet and attentive

This particular location is lacking in something I believe could be in management. It's not quite clean enough, I noticed the employee turnover is huge, the employees there are just on the brink of rudeness in most departments. There are a few exceptions in the bakery and the front end. There is never enough staff in the deli department. Now I wonder, Is this a new America or just employees working under bad conditions. Honestly I don't see this in other Publix locations so you judge for yourself.

Love the service compared to Walmart. Prices are higher but it's a price to pay for the employees to treat us with respect and do their job properly. I ask for tobacco products and within seconds not minutes they had the product in hand. Walmart let my ice cream melt so I left EVERYTHING and came back to Publix to spend $80 vs the $40-60 I would of spent but worth while in the end for that moment

Publix has really gone downhill, in my opinion. This Publix offers VERY LIMITED organic options. Make sure you tell the cashier that you want all of your groceries bagged because they stopped asking. There are a lot of out of stock items, but there are high-priced substitute options on the shelves. Make sure to ask an employee to go to the stockroom to get the items that are out of stock because most times, it's back there. We have had multiple cases of the deli staff slacking, including a rude employee who was later fired. Management is definitely not on their game at this location. There are plenty of other publix locations within comfortable driving distance to be able to skip this location completely.
