20231207 My hotel has a cat that lives outside and the hotel staff got him a carrier to sleep in and water and food daily. I stopped here to get him some treats. The lasy at the register was friendly. It's Xmas time and you can donate a Petsmart stuffed animal for $5, which will go to Toys for Tots. I love this cause.

The store is always nice and clean and fully stocked with the dog food I buy. The employees are so nice and professional. When my dog tags along to visit his 2nd favorite place (the dog park is his first) they always receive him with love!

This weighed in my mind for a while but during a trip back in February through Florida to visit a friend living there. We made a stop in your store and....OMG. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR MANAGER BRITTNEY? As we were checking out she had the worst treatment towards one of your employees. So bad, we had to ask for this awful manager's name.At first I thought it was me possibly overreacting but my more laid back friend was even mortified by it. Why did you hire such a terrible person? I even thought she was having a terrible day or something but the employee's response just gave us the impression this is an ongoing thing.Fire her and do better with your hiring!! This literally could be grounds for harassment and bullying that I'm amazed this is the quality of leadership you condone. Definitely not spending another dime with you all just for the principle of it.

Terrible management. Heard a lot of trash talking about employees and making personal jokes about them. I will never give a place my business that thinks these types of is okay to promote. She needs to get off her high horse and treat the employees with respect and PetSmart needs to do better.

Went to get my 2 dogs groomed. The grooming staff was not the friendliest. I pre checked in online, but they still made me stand there while they printed the same forms and made me sign them. The area to drop off your pets is about 3 feet deep, and it smelled like dirty dogs. I have been to other locations and never experienced the dirty smell. Told me it would be 4 hours. I came back 5 hours later and they weren't done. They were working on 1 of them and rudely told me I needed to leave because my dog was too excited due to my presence. I then asked if I could get my other dog while they finished and they really didn't even answer me.

The help came quickly a young women trying remember her name. After my stepfather asked for assistance of getting two algea eating fish out of the aquarium also the women told me how hearty the fish were when I went back and asked her for my mother.

They always seem to be busy when I go there for something, but this time, someone was available and happy to answer all of my questions. The staff always seem to be friendly and knowledgeable, but they are usually overwhelmed and understaffed.

Severely understaffed. Customer service leaves something to be desired. Store was bright, clean and well stocked. Fish tanks were clean and the fish looked healthy and lively. There was a fair selection of freshwater fish. My fish buying experience wasn't pleasant but the store manager did contact me and addressed the problem. I would recommend to visit during less busy hours. It IS a nice store.

Steer clear of Petco, so unfriendly, unhelpful, plus groomer made fun of my dog with customers.Petsmart is always friendly, courteous and helpful, quick to assist. They are always nice to my dogs.

The older woman who was working at check-out is so rude and unhelpful. She has no customer care experience. My husband pulled up the PetSmart website to price match the items we were buying. She insisted that we had to click on each individual item, which would not load, regardless of it already listing the item and price. It would not load on their WiFi or when he stepped outside, she said “WELL I CAN’T HELP YOU”, I asked her if she could pull it up for us on their system or their service and she refused. She said we can take a screen shot, she has told my husband in the past that she will not accept a screen shot, so which one is it? We have never struggled with any other employee there the way that we do with her and on more than one occasion. Also, is there a reason that not one of your birds had access to water?

My first trip to this store since before Covid. Was hoping to save on cat food but the price was higher than I pay at Winn Dixie or WalMart. Dry food and cat litter were too expensive for me to buy it there. But they do offer fish and birds and have the adoptions so I recommend them if price isn't a big problem for you.

The website says 30lb bag of meow mix cat food is $18.51we live 23miles away so I called the store to confirm and the person I spoke with said yes they had the 30 lb bags for $18.51 I sent my wife to get a couple of bags only to find they $28.91 so as she waited i called the store back to confirm the $18.51 price again he said yes he wouldn't find her and take care of her long story short they did not take of her no such sale price pet smart sucks

Really disappointed. First time bringing my boy here. I paid for the full top plus service and when I took him I notice the ears where not clean. And did not really smell like the top service I paid for. When I brought him back the lady reply that she did clean them and just used a paper towel to clean them again. Mind as well I do it my self.. No bow or bandana and wonder what else they did not do. Since I dont trust them anymore with my boy I just left and not coming back. Best I can do is warn others so they don't fall for it..

I have to come to PetSmart to buy my Bulldogs food since is prescribed. It's so sad to come and see this. Is not fair. 80% of the fishes were dead or almost dying. You could tell they weren't taking care of them. Tell me how is this ok?

We took our dog to the store to trim his hair, we bought a complete set, the young woman who helped us was a disaster, she didn't touch the dog's hair, she only cleaned his eyes, she didn't cut his nails, they didn't even bathe him, and they charged us $48 and the style of dog is a Shitsu breed nor does it look like a Shitsu I think they should take matters into their own hands and not play with the client's money that way

Management needs replaced immediately a cashier called for assistance and was ignored. Than when customers called out for a manager to come help the worker, the manager threatened with calling the police.. don't shop here until it's under new management

Petgrooming area is sooo crowded and small with lots of dogs being groomed at the same time. My dog had severe itchiness related to shampoo or soap used during the process since scratching occurred right after the grooming session there which never happened in Petsmart Palm Coast. My dog might have contracted fleas or allergies to the solution used for her bathing. Hope it’s not the fleas infestation. I’m skeptical of having my dog groomed again in Petsmart Ocala. Not again. 😩

Excellent. I adopted a sr. pup Friday through an event at another location. The coupons I received for petsmart with my pup have been very helpful.
