Georgia was so wonderful with our girl. She was a very timid pup we rescued from SE Beagle Rescue and she was able to help her build confidence and she loves training. It was worth every minute to get this girl on the right path. She started from ground zero and brought her to a good place. We still practice the things Georgia showed us everyday. We were extremely impressed and very grateful for training all of us!

We are extremely pleased with our dog's trainer, Georgia, at Petco. We have now had several positive training courses at Petco with our young rescue pup, with each one building on the last. Georgia is a very experienced trainer, and our pup is comfortable working with her and is learning and behaving well. The pup looks forward to her training sessions, and we know what to expect with her behavior. I highly recommend the dog training with Georgia at Petco.

I had my puppy in for level 1 obedience training with Georgia. Phenomenal experience. Georgia is so effective and patient with my headstrong shar-pei who was 4 months old. She is not perfect yet, but we will beading back for another class after she turns 6 months. She can’t wait to see her friend again!

They’re really just not helpful and do not have a good attitude most of the time. I’ve never complained before, but they sold me 6 MONTH expired (today being January of 2024) cat treats. Yes I should’ve double checked (learned my lesson) and I understand they can’t catch everything, but six months is absolutely ridiculous. Plus, them being on display by the checkout should’ve meant they were recently moved and should’ve been checked before placed. I know why my cats aren’t eating them now I guess. They also sold my brother a betta fish with literal fungus growing in it gils on one side and ended up rotting the fish to death in the end.

The associate whom handled our purchase took their time to explain and answer all inquiries regarding our new pet. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Professional yet personable. We’ve encountered others whom seem too busy to answer questions. We were grateful for her time and attention. Pleased with our recent experience.

Thank you for grooming our dog, Billy Boy, so nicely. Sorry he pooped in the bath water and you had to bath him again. If we are ever in this area again when he needs a grooming, we will be back.

I love the store. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I bought some fish and the next day they had ick. I treated the tank , but the next day one died. They gave me a refund for that one. Still treating tank and water charges. Hopefully they will survive as well as my 2 eels. I haven't seen them in 2 days. I wish they would quarantine new fish when they get them before selling them.

Came into this store to get several items…after checking the receipt we realized that the price on 1 item was significantly less online and another item rang up differently than the price that was on the tag in store. No big deal, right? It happens, that’s not what we are upset about. When we came back into the store not even 2 minutes after walking out to let the cashier, Robert know that a few items rang up incorrectly, his response was a very snarky “You didn’t think about this before coming to the register?”. How is the customer supposed to know that things will ring up differently than your price tags? That’s not the fault of your customers and such a response was completely uncalled for and beyond rude. He then demanded that we go get the items out of the car, which we did and requested a manager to speak to when we came back in. When we came back into the store with the items, Robert continued to have a nasty attitude and we again asked for a manager. The manager Karen, refunded us the difference however showed very little concern for how Robert is speaking to customers. During our entire interaction with Karen, Robert continued his poor attitude and rudeness with other customers. We will certainly not be back. It’s absolutely disgusting that’s how customers are spoken to and treated.

My favorite Petco. Love their grooming services especially Kirsten. She's been doing my 2 mini dachshund since they were able to. Vitalcare with them is the best thing. Also their Vetco for shots us amazing as well.

It's pouring rain. my dog food is at front of store in a small display, I ask for help from male worker to get 3rd bag down so I don't mess up the pile. He tells me to go out in the rain, get a cart and get a bag from the back of the store. Where is his customer service! A female employee went out and got the cart for me. I "was" shopping there weekly. He's always there... Taking my business to Petsmart

Less than stellar. Odd, you can purchase some items online for store pickup cheaper than walking through the store and picking them out yourself. Actually worked out for me in the long run, but kinda ridiculous.I checked online to make sure they had what I needed before heading to the store. It was an item that you take the empty package to the checkout and they give you the item there. Clerk (maybe brand new) rang it up, roughly 30% higher price in store, and then after looking briefly told me they were all out. 🙄 Went in the parking lot got online ordered for store pickup, and the item I needed was ready in five minutes. And 30% cheaper!!!

Petco has a nice assortment of small pets, foods and supplies. Toys and accessories are sturdy and clever and the end of season sales are fantastic. I also use them for all vaccinations and pet grooming. They have great pricing, do excellent work, and are easily booked when you need them. For the series of puppy shots I just completed I had to travel between two different Ocala locations but, it was worth it to get everything on time for the cheap price.

Only two employees for the whole store helping more than one customer at the time. Somehow they managed to provide excellent customer service. I was happy with my shopping experience. I hope the managers appreciate them. Some of the fish were dying probably due to understaffing which is kind of sad to see. I love fish. But that's common in all pet shops.

I would highly recommend the training classes with Georgia, she is very knowledgeable, patience, and wonderful with dogs. We adopted a recuse dog who had a few issues..... Thank goodness for this class and Georgia, we learned so much, and it changed my relationship with my dog. This class is affordable and well worth it!!!

Georgia was an amazing trainer for both my girls! Penny and Clover loved coming in to learn new things, have fun, get extra belly rubs, and build their confidence! I also learned so much as a dog momma, not only how to positively train them but how to build their skills based on their own personalities. They both have grown so much and even have a better bond as sisters!

I was in the store for over 15 minutes walking around looking at the fish and trying to find some one to help me. No one never came and no one never greeted me or asked did I need help. Horrible customer service.

Mike the mgr. Did a good job but your website is deplorable. You emailed me I was to receive a free bag of cat food. Once on my rewards site it didn't appear.It said I was 7pts away from an award but nothing about the free bag of cat food, after numerous trys mgr. Took care of it. This has been an issue numerous times.

If you have a reptile, don't shop here unless you are prepared to overspend. Two weeks ago I came in and got twelve large crickets for my Gecko. Tell me how my husband went in today and they wouldn't sell him less than 40. We don't have to space for that many crickets. Waste of our money. If it was a new policy they should have said that.

Took my dog in for a grooming. Keto was the tech who helped us and bathed my dog. Very friendly and accommodating. Store was clean and well stocked.

I found that Chewy is cheaper than Petco so I cancelled an order I placed on Petco website. They delivered the item anyway so I had to go all the way to the store to return it. And, they did not refund my shipping charges! Many stores do but not Petco. Last time I ever walk into this place!

Nine is a good number. A 10 is hard to come by because it would have to be perfect. Very hard to get perfection these days. After about an 8-minute wait on the register line (only 1 was open) a guy came from out of an office near the register to take the next customer. Then he disappeared after taking care of the person in front of me (the same one when he came out of the office). I finally got to the register and told the cashier that I had an order ready. I gave my name and collected my purchase and left.

Georgia is a great dog trainer. We have a 1 year old Shiba Inu. If you read on this breed they're very hard breed to train. My husband and I were loosing hope and everything we tried wasn't working. Our dog would be naughty, chew walls, poop in house, he had no respect for us. Georgia taught us obedience, tricks, postive reinforcement, and understanding this breed. Teddy graduated with flying colors with Georgia. We're super happy we went to her she's a life saver. Now we can enjoy our dog.

A young associate named Bella or Bellia (not sure of spelling)..I don't have the receipt with me but...she was rude..rolled her eyes at me because I didn't hear something she said...she then proceeded to say "I'm not doing this" and walked off. The next associate was wonderful.

Went in to get rabbit food, But as an avid snake enthusiast and ball python owner for the last 10 years i was entirely disturbed to find a snake with mountains of stuck shed, and an OBVIOUS respiratory infection on display because this company as a whole lacks the care to even put them on the proper bedding. For reference, Aspen wood does not hold enough humidity in itself to support proper lung health and shedding cycles. Disgusting. This is literally animal abuse and negligence

Yesterday 02/11…I went to Petco and I live close by Inverness. I got to Petco to buy fish and was told not to step on the brown tile because it was wet but it wasn’t and there was no wet floor sign. The fish are surrounded by the brown tiles so I asked the lady “so are you saying I can’t buy any fish and she said “I don’t want to have to tell you again to not step on the brown tiles “ . She was very rude and mean, I’ve been a member since 2020 and never encountered this type of bad customer service.
