I live in Michigan, but here to visit my Son and his Family. I loved this store, it's clean ad the employees are very friendly and helpful in finding thing you need. Prices are manageable with the inflation.

I was in thier . friday August 14 2020. And when I walked in the cashier was on her phone .come to find out shes a assistant manager Ashley. She has no customer service . never said hi or by and when I got to the counter she said "what do you want" . and on top of that she had music playing behind the counter that was very inappropriate for a buisness. She is the only one I have a issue with. All the others are nice and inviting when I walk in and ask if I need help.. Someone has to do something..

I had a bad experience and another store I reported it got no response it was the family Dollar on cr25 in summerfield Florida so I tried the one on maricamp today and the cashier is hitting people up for sympathy I think trying to get money she didn't exactly say it but she's telling people her personal problems and selling them she has no help I know a lot of people have problems and I am a sympathetic person however I don't think it's appropriate to tell perfect strangers while you're working your personal problems at the other store the manager was very disrespectful I don't know his name because he wouldn't give it to me and I just wanted a question answered about gift cards then I purchased there that were not working so I haven't had very many good experiences at family Dollar lately 😢

EXTREMELY POOR Customer Service!! Did NOT greet customers, did not greet ME, as they came in store or as they came to the register! Employees walking through the store eating and playing EXTREMELY profane rap music with multiple customers INSIDE The Store. Rushing to close store just to go outside, BY THE FRONT DOOR, to smoke! Items were out of place as well as on the floor, which was REPULSIVE! Placed my HOUSEHOLD CHEMICALS in the SAME bag as MY FOOD ITEMS! This by far is THE WORST experience I've ever had inside any store!! "If i could this rating would be ZERO STARS!!"

Family Dollar has a variety of common household items that can usually be purchased for less than most department stores. It is often difficult to get assistance from employees at these stores but if you know what you're looking for it is worth the trip
