The service is great, all of the staff are always so polite and friendly. The prices and I've looked around are great as well as the quality. Even though I'm not a giant in bulk purchasing customer they still help me and order what I want/need just as if I were. You can't go wrong with them! I will never shop anywhere else again

I always get great service here, the staff is friendly. The store has all the horse basics that you need, but sometimes you can also find a one off item you don't see in other places.

It's not the best place to unload large trucks, I arrived at 8 o'clock and now it's already 12 o'clock. They're not even going to unload me like this. I'm disappointed with this place.

But watch out because the shipper that loads you will definately over load u on purpose and the bols are not correctly items does not add up to the total shipped mine was way more bags load ended up being almost 82000lbs also reciever lust kinda laughed when I told them to please reach out to there supplier and make sure it's all correct as far as weight and bols

Switched feed stores to them a few months ago and have never looked back. I will drive 45 minutes to get to them due to the amazing customer service. They also stand behind the product they sell. Thankfully they deliver up to me in Archer now so I don’t have to unload the hay myself but even the drivers are awesome.

I think how they have set up display with all the types of hay and shavings along with the prices in side of the store is a brilliant idea. Saved me a lot of time of walking through each trailer to compare quality and price.

This was our first visit. The store is clean and nicely laid out, with examples of their hay and bedding to see and smell. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were able to get everything we were looking for.

Always excellent quality hay. Their staff are friendly. Their loading staff know how to nicely load grain and hay and will ask how you plan to unload it to make it easy on you. Good deals on products regularly.
