So grateful to have found this place! Marshall didn't have the best experience boarding in the past and was very scared. They made him feel safe & he gets to play with other pups and learn how to be a dog. He gets excited now to go there. Very knowledgeable & caring staff. Family owned vibe, very accommodating & keeps up with communication on how your fur baby is doing. Absolutely recommend! I'm an anxious mama bear and I feel relaxed now knowing he's having fun and in good hands.

Pawfect experience and Pawsome associates!Our Luna is a timid girl but we needed her to have care while we were away, unable to take her with us. This team circled around her and showed love from beginning to end and we are grateful.Fining Pawsh opens up a lot of Pawsubilities for us to travel a little more - we've had Luna for a year and a half, but hadn't traveled until now because we were afraid of leaving her with anyone.Grateful, Blessed, Pawpreciative!

My dog has been going to doggie daycare here a few days a week for over 2 years. The owner is nice and the staff is friendly. I've never had any issues, and my pup always comes home happy and tired. I was paying almost the same amount to have a dog walker take her out once a day, but it was worth the extra cost to let her play and socialize all day.

I do not recommend Pawsh Pets. I had been taking my dog twice week for daycare for the past 2 months. I received a very rude call from the manager last week telling that I could not bring my dog back until the shots were updated, they had just expired the day before and I was not aware. So rather than give me a couple of days to arrange (I work full time) they just told me I could not bring her back. So I made sure to find a mobil vet who could take care of it on my only day off from work so my dog could go back on her regular day this week. I also called the office to let them know she would be there Tuesday with shot records updated. I called during business hours but had to leave a message. The next day I took my dog as normal to Pawsh Pets which is about 30 mins from my house on the way to work. I was told I could not leave her that I did not have an appt. I told them about the voice message bringing her to her regular day but they said they did not get the message, they had recent trouble with their phones. So rather than helping me even though it was their mistake they turned me away. I then had to take my dog home, 30 mins back, arrange for a dog walker for the day then drive the hour to work, very late.My dog enjoyed her time at Pawsh Pets but we will not be back. The manager was Very rude and only cared about her schedule and money, not the client or the dog. It is a shame.Update- In reply to the reply. The person I spoke with was Ashley (i think) I assumed she was the manager. She was the one that I dealt with. I totally agree that shots need to be updated. I have been a responsable pet mom for over 40 years. My issue is the way this was relayed to me by Ashley. I was informed by her the day after the shot expiration and did not allow anytime for me to get it taken care of. She is was rude, period. I told her I would have it done that weekend since i am a fulltime working professional monday-friday ( thus the reason for daycare).

I was super nervous dropping my dogs off to board for the first time but ive already scheduled their next trip! The staff was really welcoming and made me feel a lot better. The back is like a kennel, so my rescue was really anxious when we first arrived but on pick up they were both perfectly fine. That facility is clean and full of playful pups, and the staff seemes to know most dogs very well. Great find.

I have to start out with saying every time my dogs stayed there was great until this last time. I received a call that one of my dogs was not doing well and they asked what I wanted them to do (continue watching them or get the vet involved). With what they told me I asked that they watch them and let me know if it is a fluke or continues. Later I received a different call from someone at the front desk saying that one of the dogs wasn’t doing any better so I said take them to the vet. It was then that I said please take her to the vet.This is where the story turns, first the girl couldn’t tell me which dog was sick and then informed me that they don’t take dogs to the vet, you have to get your emergency contact to do it. (Which is absolutely not what it says in the legal paperwork that you sign with them.) Then she called one of the dogs by the others name. I know that they have a lot of dogs but one of my dogs is much older than the other so knowing is important. Once I was done talking to the “front desk” girl. I called my emergency contact. She went to get the pups and then was handed stuff that wasn’t theirs. They then asked for it back saying it belonged to a dog that had died. Needless to say I don’t necessarily blame them for my dog getting sick but I blame them for not knowing which dog is which and not being clear in any of the conversations I had with them.After a day of displaying symptoms, we are now spending half a day at the emergency veterinary clinic. Needless to say we won’t be going back after this incident and would advise you don’t as well.

We boarded our dog here for 12 days while on a trip, and they did a great job! We would definitely recommend to our friends, and will use them again in the future for our dog!

I thought this place was going to be a winner for doggie daycare but boy was I wrong.This week I took my Boxer to Pawsh for pet daycare and it seemed like a reputable place based on the reviews. The staff was nice and inviting; However, by Friday I noticed a significant change in my dog’s behavior. My dog is usually very energetic, loves to jump on you lick you, and play. He has been coming home exhausted, he doesn’t make eye contact anymore and when you call him he looks down as if he is intimidated. Before when I would grab his collar and leash he would run to the front door eager to go out, now he runs away in fear and hides. He came home with a scratch on his leg and a scab on his lip, and to add insult to injury he also has kennel cough.I noticed my dog to have a runny nose with what appeared to be snot, he was warm to the touch as if he was running a fever, had runny eyes, and then he started making a hackling coughing sounds as if something was lodged in his throat. I started to research and saw that he was exhibiting the symptoms of kennel cough. I took him to the vet and sure enough he was diagnosed with kennel cough.I read a review from 2 days ago on Google, where another owner’s dog came home with kennel cough and spoke with the staff at Pawsh and they confirmed an outbreak was going on in the facility. I’m so upset with the resort because they knew it was an outbreak in their facility and they continued to encourage me to bring my pet without making me or other owners privy to this outbreak. They attempt to defend themselves through a note they posted on the door about a virus going around in the area that dogs were contracting. This post does not say the virus is kennel cough or that it is in their facility.

We took our 90 lb. Labrador mix to Pawsh Pet yesterday for boarding for the first time. The owner, Holly, was great on the phone and very generous when there was an issue with finding our initial reservation. Our pup is in a luxury suite with a webcam which is great because it is very reassuring to be able to see him when we want to check in (we had a horrible experience at our last kennel). The girls up front and in the back are all very nice, the facility is very clean and well-kept and all the employees seem to be very affectionate and loving towards the pets. Our pup has separation anxiety and isn't too great with other dogs and they have been willing to work with him and accommodate his needs so he is comfortable which we appreciated! Definitely highly recommend Pawsh Pets if you are looking for a kennel close to the Disney parks or Orlando area and want to make sure your pet is taken care of!

I just love this place. My dog, Hera was treated with such respect and gentleness while being groomed and when she was done, came out with red bows on her ears. Too cute. The cost was reasonable and the staff were friendly and caring. The facilities were clean and upscale. I have recommended Pawsh Pets to anyone who has pets.

Excellent staff and facilities. Could tell us everything our dog did and how she interacted with the other dogs. Our dog was wagging her tail as they were leading her out to the front. Highly recommend this place. Our puppy is also a rescue but they are great with rescues who are scared.

This facility has a very strong smell of urine as you open the door. It appears very dirty inside. Against my better judgment I left my dog for a few hours in their care. My dog now has kennel cough. I called the place and reported this to them and they told me that they have had many calls with others having the same with their dogs. Then she asked me if I saw the notes posted on their door saying there was a new virus that looks like kennel cough going around. The sign did not state that their facility had this issue. Clearly it is not being taken seriously as they have told me that several others have reported it, yet they remain open and spreading it. Very unorganized place with clearly little concern for our pets.

I have been taking my toy poodle to Pawsh Pet's for years for both grooming and boarding. We have always had a wonderful experience. It is comforting for me to know that my dog enjoys going there. Holly and the staff are a wonderful team and I am confident they do everything they can to keep my pet happy and safe. A+++++ service!

We have been taking our black miniature poodle here for years now and they do not do a perfect groom every time but we aren't looking for a show ready groom. They do a really nice job and take care of the animals there. They are very nice and the price is much better than the other stuffier places. They never give us weird looks when we bring in our over due scruffy poodle!

Great local place to take care of your pet. Our dog loves coming here for daycare and overnight boarding. The staff is so kind and excited every time we bring in our puppy. They have helped her become a social, friendly dog with every person and dog she meets. When we first brought her in, she was shy and a bit afraid due to a previous experience when she was very young. She comes home happy and tired every day. They also do a good job with grooming. We had given up trying to maintain her nails ourselves because it was always such a struggle. They always manage to get her nails short without hitting her quick.

We have taken our dog, who is part of the family, to Pawsh Pet for a very long time. Everyone there works hard to keep the place looking nice and such a happy environment to keep all their "visitors" calm and enjoying their Resort or Spa stay ;-). When we take our dog she always looks so nice afterwards and they really do a professional job. I would not trust our sweet girl with just anyone but do not hesitate to bring her here

I bring my dog here for boarding and she loves it. Everyone who works here is amazing. We have recently been taking our dog for grooming as well, nails, bath, ears. She hates getting her nails clipped but they are so great with her.

They REALLY take good care of your pet!My dog is a Service Dog. She is very calm and doesn't like to be around rambunctious animals. Pawsh Pet paired her up with very serene dogs for playtime and she had a blast. I also liked that they have a very thorough questionnaire. As if that were not enough, you could tell they REALLY are very aware of your pet's wellbeing, because upon handing her back to us (all clean and smelling divine!) they alerted us to the fact that they saw blood in her urine, something we rarely would have noticed because she squats down very low to pee. And because she has had recurring UTIs all her life, we immediately made an appointment to go to the vet. Thank you, Pawsh Pet for looking after our girl SO well!

It has now been 3 times that I have left my dog here and every time I’ve had an issue with picking up my dog and he’s dirty and paws full of urine. Even when I have requested for him to get a bath. I’m sure my dog is not easy to take care of and I’m aware that he does urinating in the kennel from his anxiety, but if I show up to pick up my dog, the least they could do is at least wipe his paws before returning him to me. Today I went to get him and I got charged more for the boarding fee which they decided to upgrade his room and not inform me, charged me for his bath which he did not get and a fee for daycare which I do not put my dog in since he doesn’t get along with other dogs and their excuse was supposedly cause I pick up after 12, which I always do and I have never paid for this nor ever been informed of It. I am sure they do take care of him cause he physically doesn’t have any scratches or cuts of any kind. My main issue is with him being dirty when I pick him up and not getting charged for things I did not want or want. Be aware of what services you are asking for and what they’re charging you for. I will not be taking my dog here anymore, which I’m sure they won’t care either way.

This was our first time bringing out dog to a place for stay over. She enjoyed it and also, the webcam was cool to check in on her once in a while on our trip. I would highly recommend it, with the large play area they have.
