We have had prescriptions filled at countless pharmacies over the years. Typically we don't give much thought about the overall experience. It seems like pharmacists and techs have demanding jobs - juggling a lot tasks with little time to take a breath, smile, and engage with the customers on a personal level. Such is not the case at this Walgreens Pharmacy. It is obvious that this is a hard working team - working at a fast pace with a keen eye on doing things the right way. The difference is that this team exudes kindness, concern for the customer, and a 'go the extra mile' mentality. The pharmacist, Kendra, is really a special person. Today she took the time to help my spouse, Michael, find a coupon to lower the cost of his prescription. She consistently has a positive, helpful demeanor. This modeling sets the tone for her entire team. We are so impressed with two of the pharmacy techs, Alex and Milan. They also are superstars in our opinion and our guess is that the others we have not met on the team are also exemplary employees. I went to the store and needed help with a Passport Photo. There was a young lady there who was SO helpful and friendly! Also there was a young man named Vladimir who was about to leave for the day, but assisted the young lady AND myself before he left. I was SUPER IMPRESSED. They were FAST! AND they KNEW what they were doing, which is RARE these days! I just had to take a moment to compliment them both.

Honestly I’m so disappointed at the experience I had at this Walgreens in the pharmacy department. Kendra has terrible customer service, I was waiting in the lobby for my prescription and I could hear her telling the other employees that I should wait even longer to get the medication. It was very uncomfortable to hear that especially since I have the flu. Someone like this obviously isn’t sympathetic to the needs of customers that need medication.

The pharmacy staff here are incredible. It is always busy here but despite how busy it gets they go out of their way to help you. Every single person who works at the pharmacy has been kind and patient. Medications can be very expensive, especially when insurance doesn’t cover them. The staff were able to get a coupon that made the medication affordable for me. I want to thank the team for everything they do, I appreciate all of you!

Best Walgreens in this area of town, very well sorted. I drove to 3 Walgreens looking for unflavored Pedialyte and this store was the only one that had plenty on stock! The Daytime Manager was very informative and highly customer service-oriented greeted me with a smile and remembered our phone conversation regarding the product. Bonnie another great employee who also remembered when I called. This is my "go to" Walgreens Pharmacy from now on saved on my Favorite stores! Cheers 😁

This is one of the worst, unprofessional, unorganized Walgreens I have ever been to. A female pharmacist/tech was completely rude and intentionally made sure I had to wait for over 3 hours when I politely told her I was in a slight rush to get on the road and head home for the holidays. And I am always very polite btw so this was completely unnecessary for her to treat me like this. She initially told me it was going to be 45 min and then I waited over 3 hours for one medication with a quantity of 30. I am very frustrated and disappointed in this Walgreens and I will NEVER come back here specifically because of this miserable, unfriendly, rude, immature, and 100% unprofessional woman I had to deal with today. If customer service/being friendly is part of the job description, she failed miserably. They should just keep her way back in the back to count pills and not talk to customers. Apparently she missed the course on how to treat people politely and with respect. Karma always come back full circle. The second tech I spoke with was friendly, but had no idea what they were doing and kept telling me different things. This Walgreens is a joke.

Went in on monday night june fifth Picked out a few items and proceeded to check out however a guy in front of me was trying to check out or something with his phone he messed with. His phone and the clerk messed with this phone and they kept on messing with his phone after about 5 minutes. I left did not buy anything was never acknowledged by the clerk. Went to public across the street? What great service? Had no trouble spending my money there.

Worst photo experience ever. Ordered online in advance. The estimated pick-up time was 6.45pm. Got at the store 7.50pm, and the photos were not ready. It took them ONE HOUR to print my pics. And the place was empty. Never again!

Careful! Been here twice. 1st time they had checkout issues and it took 10 minutes to buy a soda. 2nd time I came across a couple expired drinks and food. I snagged a photo once I realized it was a recurring problem.

A staff member named Alexander saved the day if it was not for him I would be leaving Walgreens permanently and I’ve been going to this Walgreens for 6 1/2 years and Mike and Athena were great but then Athena left with no pharmacist put in place so my prescription got all messed up and if it honestly wasn’t for this gentleman I would never use Walgreens again so you need to give him a RAISE or some kind of praise because he saved this Walgreens reputation. I would like a response from corporate or the store manager to make sure that you acknowledge this gentlemen for going above and beyond his responsibilities. There is no reason to get rid of your primary pharmacist without having one ready to take over it’s just bad business

I visited the pharmacy on 3/13. The poor staff were absolutely slammed but they were helpful, polite, and professional despite handling rude, inconsiderate customers who chastised them for things outside their control. I also want to personally recognize Nicole (I believe) for going above and beyond, she was very nice and I will continue to use this location because of the staff.

I love Walgreens. This location is amazing because you have so many different shops and restaurants in the area that is in walking distance. The staff at this location is very friendly. The pharmacy assistant went above and beyond his means to help me find something that was over the counter. Also there Halloween candy was 40% off. Love the deals after every holiday.

I visited Walgreens in August 2022 and was assisted by Jacy and Lugo. They were both very pleasant and helpful. It's so nice to go to any store these days where people are nice. It really makes a big difference!

This is my to go store. The manager Kevin and asst manager Miranda are always there to help and if I can’t find an item they immediately try to go to their stockroom and find it. If they don’t have it they will next time I go. They are very professional and nice to the customers. The cashier Bonnie is efficient and very professional. Very clean and well organized.

There is a pharmacy tech or cashier, whatever he is, Paul, at the N Andrews location that is rude, arrogant and by far the most disrespectful person that I’ve ever come across in any retail store. The management is well aware of the issues with him. He stands behind the counter and gossips about other employees while there is a line of customers waiting. Totally inappropriate !!!

I visited this location and I was very pleased with the level of personalized assistance I received from Denise. She was very knowledgable in regards to the different Covergirl products. She also showed a great deal of patience, while helping to make my purchase. The location itself was clean, well stocked and the employees were polite and helpful.

The line at the drive-thru is interminably slow. Would it not be possible to ask someone whose script is going to take a while to instead come into the store so as to not hold up the line?

Great...I have always like to come to any Walgreens store. They have so many different products to offer. Even print your own photos. I also saw a new selection of perfumes of different top brands. Even good to catch some snacks. Recommended

Nicole the pharmacy tech is rude and doesn't know a thing about being polite. She told me to let her finish her statement with an attitude an without a please. Nicole is not made for positions dealing with the public. Then she blamed me for saying she basically asked me to shut up and refused to take care of me. I actually refused to deal with someone that doesn't know how to ask politely. Athena the pharmacist was great and took care of me.

The top manager is Kevin and very RUDE, CONDESCENDING and ARGUMENTATIVE. Kicked me out of the store. Does not listen to customer. It’s either HIS WAY of get out. Threaten me with cameras recording me without doing any wrong. He does not follow up with issues and concerns. He keeps making up excuses for not delivering service about.my medication

ALWAYS an issue with this place. I have a prescription on auto refill and they are continually out of stock. This month I got a message there was an insurance issue, no need to contact them, they are working on it. I called several days later and they said "let me reprocess it and see what happens." and it went through. So I "didn't need to do anything" yet I had to call to remind them to reprocess it. One time they said they would give me $20 in points for an issue I had, they only gave me $10. They can't do anything right at this place!UPDATE 10/10/2019Just transferred all prescriptions to Publix. This place can't keep a prescription I get every month in stock!

No stars!!! Went to this location to exchange an item , I had just purchased at your Oakland and A1A location a half an hour earlier. The cashier Nicholas tried for 20 minutes to do the exchange but couldn't get it done. Finally he calls his manager to come up. Gilmar comes and after five minutes he says "I can't do the exchange this item is discontinued at this location you will have to go back where you bought it " I said to him that the receipt and the SKU number matched and I shouldn't be inconvenienced because he didn't know what he was doing. He maintained that he was not taking the item back cause it was no longer in his store. Needless to say I drove down to my regular Walgreens at prospect and Andrews and got my item exchanged with no issue . The fact that Gilmar handled my situation so unprofessionally was quite disconcerting, I will never come back to that location again and make sure you train Gilmar in the correct customer service procedures!!!!!

Pharmacy Manager is rude and thinks she can overrule a doctor's orders. Pharmacy staff have no manners and Store manager has no control of store. The pharmacist named Michael should be the pharmacy Manager, as he is the only one who shows empathy to patient/ customers. The others are all rude and dismissive; a direct result of the current pharmacy manager's mindset.
