We were extremely annoyed with this Lowes location. In four different aisles had to turn around because they had machinery in the way. These are very long aisles and the cart full of bulky items is very heavy, so this makes my usually happy go lucky attitude go sour after realizing that these workers are abandoning equipment in odd places without a thought to how their customers are going to pass. We did encounter one worker who noticed us and our frustration and he came and moved the machinery to another aisle.I remember when Lowe's first came into business and it was so pleasant to shop there. There were staff who frequently engaged with you and asked if you needed help. Now, it's quite difficult to find staff and when it's difficult to find things it's easy to get frustrated. We went in there with a list of about 15 items, but left without most of them because we had questions and never bumped into anyone who could help us in the aisles where the merchandise was.The folks at the door department were very helpful. I wish there were more desks like that where you can count on going to ask for help and finding someone there.

I had a very nice experience here today because of 2 associates. Alyssa was very helpful in directing us to a product and took it upon herself to bring us a cart when she saw us struggling to carry it. We then had a kind gentleman named Michael from Haiti help us cut some boards. Although he was shy about his English we had no trouble communicating and he was so eager to do a good job it was very much appreciated. I hope the store management will see this review recognize these 2 employees for their excellent service.

NASTASSIAN (original name 👍) helped me out with the paint. Very polite and patient.. this is why I come to Lowe’s and stay away from Home Depot. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!! Thank you 🙏. Give her a raise!!

Lowe’s versus Home Depot since these two go head to head it’s best to know exactly where you’ll find the better items. Lowe’s fantastic for interior decorating design features elements, such as moldings fixtures and Home Depot is better for the more utilitarian items like pipes and rails

Tried calling store to see why my order had not been delivered after being rescheduled twice. I was left on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I hope it was just a new employee and not just an incompetent one. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was at your location on Tuesday April 24th 2024 @ 10:30. Your customer service lady is very unprofessional and does not care about customer unless she knows you. I had one thing to ruin and there was 4 people behind me. The person up first had a huge return order so the gentleman told the associate to take the bunch of us first since he had no where to be and your employee had no and I will not call someone to help. Knowing she needed back up.

No one acknowledges you when you walk in.I was Standing there in front of customer service representative at the actual booth and no one said anything. Manager looking dead at me and didn’t say anything. Until I announced my presence by saying hello hello !Thank God the gentleman actually came and helped me!Then the person who helped me at the checkout didnt even say anything when I asked . She came and took my phone and put in the number without even saying anything. Rude ! Do not go there !!

I bought a microwave for my mom. They had great service there. Latisha help me out to pick the best one with the best price. She search and made sure l had the one l needed. Lowes on Powerline Rd and Oakland Park Blvd is very professional.

Brought a water heater , had a pick up person on file and they were denied the right to pick up items. I have a home in Florida that I do repairs to .I have a lowes card I will be closing out due to the way we were treated,cancelling due to lack of customer service. Manager on duty at 8pm decided that she needed to go on breK at 8pm.

Had to return a door lock that didn't work and the person at tht returns desk couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We didn't have the box because the workers who installed our new doors had thrown everything out. She offered to help me find a replacement and when I declined (I felt sure I could find it) she gave me a model number and later checked to make sure I had picked the exact match to the one I returned before I bought it.As for the store, it's a convenient location just off I-95 and has plenty of parking. Not sure if one can trust their in-stock figures. When I bought the replacement lock, she said I had gotten the last one but there were five, six and maybe even more of them on the shelf.

Excellent đź‘Ť found an older gentleman in the bathroom faucet lane he was busy stocking the shelf around 5pm today, I was lucky he's a former plumber and was able to help guide me with a very rare and unique problem and was able to save me hours of research or having to pay a professional plumber, I happily purchased what I needed and it's working perfectly.I wish ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE THIS GREAT I CAN REMEMBER WHEN THEY ALL WERE, NOW HE'S A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH.I WISH I KNEW HIS NAME BUT HE'S ABOUT 5'9"SILVER HAIR WITH A GOOD ATTITUDE. HE DESERVES A PROMOTION IN MY OPINION.

Best big box garden center I have ever been to. I frequent many,many garden centers/nurseries. I would not be a stretch to say I have visted well over a hundred. The woman that manages this particular location is by far the best. Hands down. Always stocked. Always orderly. Always neat and tidy. She is always friendly and helpful. She is always busy.Whatever this woman is paid it's not near enough. Whatever her bonus is it's not near enoughLowes corporate should spend a week and take notes. They should implement all that she does. She should be the standard by which all others are held to.Here is but one example. Most every Christmas tree seller does very little if anything to make the area the trees are on display attractive.She has installed hardscape, plants and decorations. It is absolutely inviting and beautiful. My guess is her sales increase exponentially over the competition.Attention Lowes! I drive from Central West Hollywood to Oakland Park because of her efforts. Do you grasp how many big box stores I choose not to purchase from?

I went there to get some cleaning supplies, although they have a fairly good selection they were out of any lysol products. I also wanted to buy a swifter wet/dry mop, but they didn't have any wet pads in stock. The sales person was stocking the isle, and didn't even greet me or say anything. That's considered a failure in customer service. The cashier howeve was extremely helpful and the departure from the store was a pleasure besides helpful, he was uplifting, knowledgeable, and greeted the customers with kindness.

Had a great experience at this Lowe's. Stopped early in the morning at Lowe's for soil for my garden. Lori and Joan were working there that morning and the store just opened for the day. They were very pleasant and helpful. Customer service was great! I will continue to shop at this Lowe's.

On August 18, 2022, Placed Order #757858466. Lowe's shipped me a completely different item. I went to the store to return the (rather bulky) items on my time and gas, and now Lowe's refuses to refund me $63.13 for shipping, based on "policy".Long story short, I am being penalized with $63.13 for shipping me the wrong items and having to drive back to the physical store due to Lowe's mistake. I called HQ and opened a case for this order. Furthermore, the items I ordered are no longer in stock at any Lowe's locations, or online. One of the boxes was ripped open upon arrival.The person doing the refund was very nice and polite, the supervisor she called had a very impolite and "I could care less" attitude.Message to management:Please consider to not promote people to supervisory positions when they lack customer services skills, rather that copying and pasting automated answers when you get a poor review.

Staff was amazing. Have to say Lowe's employees are one of the best thing they offer. Very pleasant, helpful,, quick,, and the staff was right on the ball with item I couldn't locate. I use tk be a home depot girl cause its a little cheaper but you just can't bet great experience. They all deserve a lot more credit then they are given. They are always had at work even with this epidemic in high risk. Thanks guys

Absolutely fantastic. Bought some flowers and pavers to improve my garden. Literally got an entire pallet of stones. The young man that helped me was wonderful and gave me great customer service. Will definitely be back.

I really like this Lowe's. They have a big selection of plants, and even some rare finds! (Philodendron Prince of orange, Moonlight, variegated Elephant ear, etc.) Inside it's always well stocked, and whenever I have needed assistance the employees have been helpful.I went in throughout the Covid lockdown and thereafter, I never felt unsafe, they have hand sanitizers and the employees always wearing masks. Even the costumers have their masks on! I recommend it

Update: March Manager are rude to customers who have old gif card from other states. My wife had a gift card that you needed you license for but she has moved to Florida since she received it and it was given to her in PA so it was assigned to her PA license she went to use it a few years later and the so call manger on duty at the register was so rude telling her she could not use it since she no longer had her PA license. Now how can A manger be so rude and not understand that people move and have to get a new license. That is the BAD part on getting gift cards by license not Name.On 12/23/18 @11:22:12Sad to say but on the weekend before Christmas staff at Lowe’s are NOT in the Christmas mood. When my wife was trying to check out at Terminal 18 which is outside with some Heavy items and I was unable able to help her since I am disabled and was in the car waiting. She had ask the lady and she got a very rude response “ I don’t know how to call for someone.” My wife saw a person outside the gate and say “what about him, he loading items. Can’t he help me?” The lady in her rude response goes “ja I guess” but she never calls over to the coworker. While checking out my wife see a price is wrong it’s supposed to be 50% off and informs her, she tells my wife she would have to talk to the manager inside about the price. (which means my wife would have to pull everything inside the store over a price) (Where is the customer service here!)By the time the checkout is done, the guy is gone. My wife tells her the guy is gone. She said, hold on “I will call some one.” (A few minutes she didn’t know how to use the phone but now she knows.)So let’s see.1. Rude staff2 No customers Service3 A person asks for help, gets told to *** themself (other words used but same meaning) by staff.

I wish when you ask for help from customer service that someone would actually help you. I waited 30 mins. For someone to come help me with window AC and No one ever came over. Needless to say I figured it out on my own, but had to lift a heavy box by myself. Their customer service is poor. Makes me wonder what happen to good work ethics. Because there are surely non there. Maybe management will see this and do something. But I doubt it

I walked around the store for a good hour figuring out what parts and pieces I needed. Made my decisions and made it to the registers, I had cash in my pocket and intended on using that, nope not a single cash register open at all. I set my stuff down and walked out. Have to love a place that doesn't accept cash. I'm sure I could have made a fuss or asked around, I shouldn't have to ask to be able to pay with cash, I'm not going to beg to shop at this store and I'm not going to use my card when I had all intention of using cash. Guess I'll go spend my money at home depot, never had a problem paying with cash there aside from the line sometimes. What a waste of time that I'll never get back.Edit after lowes reply. It wasn't just self checkout, they have actual registers next to the self checkout they just had all of them closed. Maybe I could have gone to customer service or maybe I could have gone out the garden center, but where all the registers are at the front of the store, not just self checkout were incapable of a cash transaction.If you want to make it sound like I'm too dumb to use something besides self checkout then you should make sure that something is available besides self checkout at the front of the store where you're supposed to check out. If you have to use customer service or the garden center their should be signs that you have to use a different part of the store than the normal checkout section to check out with cash.

No one to help BUT when I found ppl they were nice and helpfulJr. In flooring was above and beyond helpfulHe was supposed to leave but wanted to finish with a customer and then went out of his way to help me cut carpet and found another associate to help - which I couldn’t even findHe has a great work ethic and should be a role model for othersAnd Marquis outside helped me load the carpet BUT he went out of his way and crossed the parking lot to come help and came back to get the cart all the way at the furthest endEveryone to our cashier was outstanding once we were able to get assistance
