This store is located in a big plaza and there’s plenty of parking. Because I use their APP, I rack up the savings on items such as cat food, bathroom tissue, laundry detergent and bottled water. It is a little tight in Family Dollar stores so if someone else is in the aisle, somebody has to turn sideways. This situation makes the experience more calm with their limited rows to search for things. I like Family Dollar, it’s like the small town of shopping. The prices are reasonable and there is the routine $5 off of a purchase of $25 or more.

It’s sad the isle area are always cluttered Why bring the stuff out of it can’t be put up . Why do they have to smoke right at the door!!! Everyone doesn’t wanna smell like ASHTRAY

This store down to the workers or ghetto. They have people eating at the register, begging customers have the wrong price on the items and refuse to honor

EVERY single time I walk in , there is NEVER any greeting or help. Do you guys not know how to provide customer service? Place is always stink, dirty, and run down looking. Definitely needs new employees and better management.

This Family Dollar is quit small and empty and crowded with store furniture in the floor because when you first gets in and you turn right by the home section there’s a bunch of stuff there they still unpacking, when you turn left going to detergent section it’s quit empty and when going through the sections it’s small since two people can’t go at the same time w/the shopping charts. Overall it’s seems a busy store despite all and there’s a young man with braided hair his really helpful 😊even though there’s not much of shopping charts as well

Went there Today 02/16/22 @ 6:04pm and I had The worst customer service experience every. First off Every worker is on there phone no one greeted and make you feel comfortable while shopping. The cashier the rung me up acted like she was mad because I had to check out. She didn’t speak she was to busy talking on the phone and was mad that I interrupted her conversation. Workers in the aisle mad because I’m lookin for items. I need the district manager to get involved and the workers need to understand that customer service skills and cashier is in the same category. I mean every single worker that I say/heard was on there phone and what type of business is that. They had like 5-7 workers there and only had 1 register open. It’s said because I would never go back to this family dollar and it’s closest to my home.

One thing I can't deny how this store came through when I really needed something to whip up real quick. Some of their prices are a good deal lower than the same or comparable product at Dollar Tree just down West Oakland.

They keep the place too junky , the frames and decorative images needs to be organized and not smooched and thrown on each other. There are sliding decorative images on the grown I almost slid on them. Plus the cashiers are horrible the way she handed me the receipt didn't say thank you , stopped a million times to have side conversation with the other agent , no respect for my time, didn't greet me I'm not happy , work on store appearance and customer service

The most dirtiest store I have been too. Unorganized, dark, expired food can't wait until they turn it to a dollar tree. Cashiers lazy, rude and unhappy.Left all my items in line went to a gas station instead.

5/27/2020 @ 8:11am I purchase a pack of 4t boys pull ups with a $20 bill . then asked associate for change for another $20 . associate with Jamaican flag covering face responds “the draw is closed” I give her a pack of tic tacs in order to make change via a sale. She says “I don’t have change it’s too early we just open” . why is the store open if sales associates cannot make sales ? this store is near a laundry mat so I understand people ask for change in access but how dare you deny a sale because you don’t want to give change ? NEVER SHOPPING HER AGAIN . the BBB & corporate will receive the same review

You have 3 associates behind the register on Christmas Eve !! 1 is actually working at the register. 2 associate is sitting behind the register on her phone not even assisting her co worker (sad) 3rd one is talking to the other girl sitting down. So unprofessional. Then when you ask if they can open up a second line as the line is at the back of the store the associate rolls her eyes and ignores the customer !I will not be supporting family dollar anymore this is the second location I been to today and nothing but terrible service!

👎🏾 👎🏾👎🏾The manager for this store so disrespectful and disgusting she gave me a hard time to return Motrin for children that my son is allergic to after explaining to her this she mumbled I should have known that my son was allergic to it. Definitely don’t waste your time shopping here their customer service is horrible .

Slow slow slow I forgot the reason why I stopped going there and started going to Dollar General a half a mile east of that location. Place is always dirty and the staff don't really care for the store

I was told by the cashiers no pets allowed, but on a previous visit (with my chiweenie) no one said a thing about my dog. I just needed a few items, because I was walking. Didn't plan on spinning a day in the store I felt it shouldn't have bother anyone at the time. I have spent several visits at Family Dollar, but as of today I will no longer spend another dime at this Establishment.

Just left this location one of the workers accused me of stealing reported tag number of family member to authorities won’t allow me to re enter the store asked why they assume I stole really bad judgment m o d said am on camera won’t show me and store manager won’t answer any calls left voicemail still waiting on call back please avoid this location at all cost

Store had stock all over the places, blocking aisles. Store attendants were not helpful. But what do you expect from a Family Dollar?
