I did not get her name, but the cashier on March 22, at 10:15 AM was the sweetest most delightful employee I've ever encountered here!! She was so friendly and so engaging really makes a big difference! I highly recommend this dollar tree!!

This is a large, clean, organized and well stocked store. The staff here are friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. They had a clearance area in the back far left corner of the store, which reduced even further the Dollar Tree items. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen this in a Dollar Tree store. Usually they just have a few discounted items in a small shopping cart at the front entrance. There was a pretty good selection of discounted items and it was very organized. I will definitely visit this section when I’m shopping in this store. This store carried a large and vast selection of regular items for sale that I also never saw in other Dollar Tree stores. I ended up purchasing more than I went in to buy. That’s good customer service.

the worst costume service I bought something yesterday and when today and I wanted to exchange it for another product she told me what was using and they were a Christmas arrangement that still had its tag yes they were open but they were still!! That for her was already garbage, she ignored me and left me standing in line!! I left the product 😨😨😨 the worst service

Store manager helped me to get some boxes of product from the back. Manager noticed I was walking with a cane, checked me out and helped me get my purchase to my car. Thank you both. 1/5/24 @ 9 pm.

Wow, as a first time visitor, I was extremely pleasantly surprised at what I found, especially in the holiday section. I walked in to buy a single box of Christmas tree decoration hooks and walked out with a basket overflowing with lots of good fines at a price tag of $20 total. Can’t beat that!I do hope they fix the leak in the ceiling that’s creating the giant disaster in the middle of the store right in front of the checkout lines soon. That was kind of icky…

The people working in this store are so kind, so helpful and so nice! Wow! I was so impressed when going to the store yesterday the whole crew were willing to help me now only with the exchange but locate the items I was looking for. My folks were in the car so I had to make it quick, they helped in every aspect and with a smile.The store is well stocked with so many cool things. Thank you for offering great customer service!!!

The store hours say they are open until 10pm but at 8:45 pm they force everyone out of the store. I called ask for the manager and they hung up on me very rude employees

The manager should be fired immediately she is costing the store money. I was standing in line with a literally 20 people in one line because one register was open and the manager is standing at the front with her phone in her hand telling the poor cashier to tell the people to have their money ready and it will make the line move faster. Then she proceeds to go outside and make a phone call! At that time three people threw their stuff down and walked out! A few minutes later she comes back in and says to the cashier again call for backup and then walks in her office. Two more people walked out. A few minutes later, yes I was in line forever, she comes back out and says oh she never came up to help you shakes her head and walks back into her office. The sad part is I have been coming to this Dollar tree unfortunately for years and it's always been her and she has always been like this but I am done I will go out of my way to find another Dollar tree before I ever get this one money anymore while she is working there. Completely rude and completely worthless. If you have to go because of location be prepared to spend an hour in line and I'm not even exaggerating

This store is such garbage! The manager is always outside smoking. She does a terrible job. All the shelves are empty. She says the store doesn’t order any inventory! Meanwhile, all the other branches are fully stocked! YOU NEED TO SHUT THIS STORE DOWN!!!!!

I like shopping at this store. I asked one of the workers for an item, and she ignored me and gave me a sour face as if she was unhappy to be there.. I went back and asked her again, and she seemed so unhappy I could hardly hear what she said. She is usually in the back stocking items. I guess she doesn't like her job.

Disaster area never clean or organized, not enough staff today I stood on line at the back of the store until another customer yelled can you call for back up, then she did and another came. But this store is always a mess like a 8.0. maybe pay employees better and people could enjoy this store more, meanwhile I won't be Back for a while

Oh Dollar tree they have really good stuff like paper markers and glue magnifying containers laughing witches with sensors fake spider webs Halloween decorations ghosts and a whole bunch of stuff snacks forks spoons and knives and also spaghetti strainers you can also get drinks from the Dollar tree they also sell pretzels and I'm a waffle and sometimes I see Komodo dragons but less not like the Dollar tree on 9th Street pretty good Dollar treeTotally recommend

We were greated by the amazing manager David! The store was easy to walk through, it was organized and categorized. On the register we have David as our cashier, the most jolly, happy and attentive manager I've ever encounter. When you visit a shop, and the employees have great energy, makes you want to go back. I recently moved to FL, have been to shops in Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale, and we have encountered a lot of employees not caring, David cares, thank you! I hope your energy rubs off on everyone! He even deducted that I recently moved, by the items I was purchasing.

Older woman MANGER WAS VERY RUDE,I asked for fresh balloons to be made she instead that ALL THE BALLOONS ARE FRESH however I need them to last a few days so for the 3rd time I asked if she would please make fresh ones, and before I could finish asking she already insisted they didn’t have the balloons.This is not the first time I’ve witnessed this OLDER LADY MANGER being rude, however this is my first experience with her. Needless to say I’ll find another location with bettercustomer service. SMH

Organized, nice staff. The only downside is as we all know that the cashiers are limited. Although, when the manager is on premise, he usually will have a clerk help out when the are more than 6-8 waiting in line

I get it, it’s a holiday and they don’t want to be working but the hostility when I went in after closing hours for the holiday was ridiculous, the doors were still open and there wasn’t a big sign stating they were closed at a specific time. I had to search the door for it. Also, they didn’t have the hours updated on the Google maps which is something they should look at.Another word of advice, don’t make the “extended holiday hours” sign bigger than the hours of operation for the holiday ITSELF! I’m extremely displeased.And perhaps make sure your employees aren’t gossiping and complaint about guests and other employees within our ear shot... 🙄🙄

This location is exactly what it is supposed to be and that is saying a lot! Staff is super friendly, they have a great variety on a lot of things. Love getting my energy drinks here and they sometimes have some great DVDs. Just remember you get what you pay for! #dollartree

I arrived at this Dollar tree a few minutes before closing time and was refused entrance even though they were not supposed to be closed yet! When I made the staff awar if what time it was they yelled out to me WE ARE CLOSED. I asked for managements information in which Kiana (wasn’t wearing a name tag) was very rude and condescending when giving it to me! I work in retail as well and they kind of customer service should NEVER happen

I love the dollar tree stores.. This store had good inventory and the products are organized.. That is hard in these high volume stores.. The parking is secure and they maintain the area well.. It's a great place to shop with some cool stores.. Well check them out..😀🐟🐟🐡

Busy & a bit crowded today, yet only one (1) register open as usual... Very annoying, and unnecessary. Cut corners somewhere else- NOT on cashier's- it pisses your customers off when they have to wait on one(1) very long line!

I was really only there for cleaning materials but why are you easy to find thank God because the rest of the store looked like it had bomb had gone off in it. And with being so busy they were only one cashier working

The older ladies working there are oblivious to the long lines and can't be bothered to help out when the cashier calls for backup. They're always complaining about being overwhelmed or outside taking a smoke break. Geez.

Good selection and price can't be beat... but every time I shop there, regardless of time, there is always 10-15 customers in line and only 1 register is ever open. Makes for a very frustrating shopping experience.

Never a short line, management see the line backed up thu an isle and won't help or call for back-up, the manager always outside leaning against the wall smoking whenever I go there, merchandise always scattered on the store shelves completely in Array

The store was full of closed boxes everywhere It was impossible to shop with a shopping cart .all the shelf are messy .the lady in the cashier was really rude and disrespectful .my 3 years old wanted a balloon 🎈 they didn't have any air tank to fill it. I will never shop there again
