The service is bad at CVS pharmacy located at 3090 w oakland park blvd. After waiting 2 days the medications were not ready. Also the system sent out wrong notification that one of them could not be filled until 2022 and it's now 2024. I have not been to the Dr for over a year so that was strange. At the drive thru I was told to return 20 mins, because I asked the reason for the delay I was chased out of the drive thru.I felt so demeaned I had to request that I picked up the meds at another pharmacy location.

Every time I visit this location, I ALWAYS receive world-class customer service from both the Manager, Mr. Carl, and his Assistant Manager, Mr. Sketch. It truly is a pleasure to shop there and get all my questions answered honestly and quickly!!!!!

If you want to go to the best CVS Pharmacy in the United States you need to visit this CVS Pharmacy. Carol and Christy are wonderful people they make you feel so happy and not scared about getting vaccinated and make it so easy that you will not even understand what happened.

I was there 20 minutes before my appointment, I had no cars in front of me, they could help me, but the lady “this lady for my opinion has a racist attitude“who was at the window was very rude and told me that I couldn't come back. I have a sick 4-month-old baby and gasoline is not cheap, they should understand more Current situation.Thanks

This CVS houses the worse pharmacy in the history of Broward county. No matter , what day or time you arrive here, there will be a line. Not just a line but one at least 6 people long. There is no sense of urgency from any tech or the physicians. It’s gross . Don’t use this unless you have atleast a hour of waiting time. You’ve been warned.

The cashier tried to give me $15 change, but $5 had a bedbug on it. I don't know if this is normal at this location but ughh! Disgusting 🤢. I was there a couple months ago and they accused a man of stealing, that wasn't called police and everything. They must deal with a lot of junkies.

The medicine shelves were empty and unorganized. Either this place sells a lot of cold medicine or they do not stock enough. Either way it’s a waste of my time. I had to leave that store and go to Walgreens for the medicine I needed. The staff is very dismissive and always on their phones. I asked for assistance the other night while sketch was playing around in the aisle pretending to restock the shelves while he was on his phone having a nice conversation and he acted like I was bothering him. Very dismissive. The same issue with trying to get a passport size picture. They had over three cashiers at the time I went serving the customers in line and I stood at the passport desk which was right beside the cashiers and no one attending me until 15 min after standing. I’m not satisfied with the service at this location. They pretend as if you are bothering them when you visit and ask for help. The location in sawgrass customer service is always easy to deal with friendly and I can always find what I need.

The pharmacist Mark Joseph was very rude today. Waiting over 45 minutes told by one of the technicians that the system was down but may come up. Only to find out it has been down for over 2 hours. My son needed a rx to help him breathe. I explained this and was not given any solution. When the pharmacist finally came to the drive through window he was very nasty in the degrading manner he spoke. I had to speak with the store manager and he gave me the solution to calling another cvs to transfer. Why couldn’t the pharmacist explain this? He never did and stated “There is nothing that can be done and it can wait until tomorrow. While I have a 7 month old with a face rash & wheezing crackles bilateral. I will be following up with the department of health as they should be able to pull the com conversation and my husband has the conversation recorded. Steer clear.

I’ve been coming here for awhile because it’s convenient to my home, and I can pick up.. but, it is always something. Now, I’m out of my meds for three days because they never sent the refill request last month… even though they said they were putting in the request last month. I’m done here! The staff is incompetent or choosing to mess up because they underpaid and overworked and that ain’t nobody but their own fault. They work slow, I’ve worked as a CVS pharmacy tech for three years, and I know for a fact .. they sit up in there playing around, working half a—ed. YOU WILL BE MAD

The level of incompetence at this location is mind-boggling. After telling me they lost my daughter's medication (which was filled incorrectly), they tell me I'll have to wait to get the correct dosage filled. When I asked how long that would take, they couldn't give me an answer. So they thought I'd just wait some indiscriminate amount of time, for a life-saving medication, until they found what they lost in their own store. Then they wanted to charge me for medicine that's covered by two insurance companies. Something I've never had to pay in the past two years. They claimed I had to pay because they didn't take my insurance. Well, the medicine costs over 2,000 dollars so if they didn't take my insurance why is my cost 10 dollars? Apparently, my insurance is covering it!! I have to move my child's medication from this place before their incompetence lands her in the hospital.

I had surgery Thursday and dropped of my prescriptions at 5pm and they said it will be ready by 9am Friday . Friday at 9am not ready and now I’m here again at 3pm and it’s not ready. I had to beg and said I had no antibiotics ,pain pills, or anti nausea medications. This makes no sense and it’s not safe practice for patients with urgent needs. They are always behind and never on time. Need to hire more staff!! I’ve gone more than 24 hours without medications after my surgery!

I give them one starts because of this one helpful pharmacist Courtney who was helpful.I am 31weeks pregnant recently diagnosed with gestation diabetes was discharged from the hospital and given prescriptions to fill ASAP went straight to cvs who told me to come back the following day ,after explaining the importance of having to take this medication the very disrespectful manager says I should come back at 945 as they close at 10🤨When I got home within five mins I was contacted saying that out of the 6 prescription two was not covered under my insurance and one was pending approval from my doctor who’s the one who signed and prescribed the very same meds.I provided them with an adjoining insurance that i share with my husband and they say they would be in contact.I receive a text Monday saying some of my items are ready. I went to the store and two items are missing I called my doctor who was frustrated and didn’t understand why he had to approve something further when he’s the one who prescribed it.I called Tuesday spoke with Courtney she saw that both insurance was on file ran both one covered the item and it was ready for pick up within five mins.She said one would be delivered later that evening,I asked if there is another cvs where I could pick this item up from without having to wait and she made some calls and contacted me.Medication are needed for the aid of peoples health conditions. CVS is more concerned about their time to clock out rather than helping customers.Peoples life matters more…and thank you Courtney I was able to be helped after four days smh.

If I could give 0 stars ⭐️ I would...This is by far the worst pharmacy I ever been to. They drive thru pharmacy is terrible 😞 the wait is horrible an hour in line is unbelievable. They move slow even inside at the pharmacy it’s terrible. The pace is here is horrible. I been to other CVS and it moves descent never an hour wait . People be having kid’s, babies, elders, in the car , etc.... The service is borderline not everyone has the same attitude or personality but they need to be customer service oriented. They will let the phone ring , ring , etc.... They may need to hire more pharmacy technicians with experience and can handle pressure. You got to be fast and up beat working at places like this . 🤷🏽♀️

Every time I go in to the pharmacy it's 20 minutes or longer to pick up a Rx. The people there are nice, but seem really uninformed in how their systems work and if you every try to place an order for something on the website or the app they are unable to see it. Some of the pharmacists don't pay ad much detail to the scripts as they should as they've missed dosage information before and I had to correct them.If you need to use this pharmacy, be prepared to wait and do everything face to face, NEVER THE APP.

Go to Walgreens. You always have to come several days after to get one or more medications filled. Calling ahead does nothing to help. They do not have meds ready when promised consistently. Always, check that you get 90 day supplies if that is what you need before leaving. Budget an hour or so extra to be served and wait for the "almost" finished preparation, which was supposed to be ready 2 hours before you arrived.

First! Opening hours are at 7AM. This store is never open at 7AM. Why doesn't corporate know about this???Pharmacy staff, all of them are of the highest levels of unprofessional.Again, why doesn't corporate know about this??? The store associates are without any life. Just ring up customers like they're zombies; maybe they are. 🤔I work for the state and having to go here to encounter the pharmacy is such a drag and lag. I will make a formal complaint about this location and CVS overall. For them to have the worst sales and the highest prices amongst other competitors, the service should be a lot better than that mediocre service they offer now.

I usually don’t waste time writing negative reviews but the few times I was in this store the coupons for my vitamins did not scan. The product clearly was the same as the coupons an I was told they can’t override the transaction. Although the cashier was patient he seemed very incompetent.He later asked his coworker to ring me up and she had no clue what so ever!!

The staff, at this location, are some of the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered. They have consistently provided me with inaccurate information regarding prescriptions that were submitted. I will never use this location, or any CVS, again.

I truly hate coming to this store now every time i need my son's medication they never have it. They tell you a certain day to come and pick up meds but when you get there they don't have it. 7 days without ADHD meds because people fail to do their job.

This place is horrible!! I'm going to transfer back to Wilton manors. I only transferred here because it was close to my house but every time I order my meds its always a problem!! They don't want to work! Will be calling corporate in the morning!
