This was my first time going to Central Bark, Miguel did a great job with the full grooming package and even sent pictures to show us how the grooming looked before we picked up our schnauzer. I would definitely recommend and will be returning soon!

All the staff is professional and sweet and you can tell they love dogs!My puppy loves to go for day care and she is always excited when going there.Miguel the groomer, he is very delicate and sweet to the dogs to make their grooming experience as relaxed and good to them.Definitely we love Central Bark!

We've been going here for almost a decade. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. Our groomer (Miguel) is great because he loves what he does and the pups left in his care. I took my pup Za in for grooming, but after seeing the facility and interacting with the staff I will be trying out all the other services they have to offer!

I have found a comfortable place for my new puppy here. Starting with the free puppy play hour and then on to puppy school and now having graduated to some day care and additional training, I have found the staff to be friendly, competent and very helpful. The place is very clean and they take great pains to make sure my baby is safe and comfortable, while helping to train mom along the way. Suzanne and Amber, both trainers I have worked with have been wonderful to work with!!7/17/2023 update I continue to trust Central Bark with my beloved little girl. She loves to go and comes home happy and tired. The staff know her and her wants/ needs and I feel they make sure she is watched and happy thru the day.

Squeaky clean, safety oriented and perfect is the best way to describe Central Bark. I'm super attached to my pup and I feel like this is the ONLY place I could truly leave her overnight if something were to happen to me. I feel completely comfortable with my pup just socializing here. There really needs to be more Central Bark facilities

I haven't used Central Bark as a daycare or boarding but I'd go anywhere for my baby's Groomer, Miguel. No other Groomer has ever been so calm and peaceful with my nearly blind, nearly deaf 15 yr old Yorkie, Sophie. I can't say enough about how ADORABLE she looks and the peace of mind knowing she's with someone who REALLY cares for her. If I ever DO need daycare or boarding, I will but it would ALL be because of Miguel!

This review is really all about Amber Correa our personal trainer who has provided outstanding training for our Pacè (a crazy brilliant adorable Jack Russell puppy). Amber is not only knowledgeable about dog behavior, but is patient and kind and gives us clear training guidance that WORKS. She has taught us that we are actually the ones being trained. Amber introduced us to puppy hour and puppy classes and I feel 100% confident to start bringing Pacè to day care once a week. The facility is impeccably clean, well staffed, well structured and safe. There are several other places that friends have recommended for us to take Pacè in Wilton Manors or Pompano but only Central Bark has Amber and that’s why we won’t go anywhere else.

I brought my little guy in for a bath one morning and was encouraged by the cleanliness and attitude the staff. About 90 minutes later, I came to get him and I could barely tell they'd touched him. He was a little fluffier, but he didn't look or smell like he'd had a bath or been properly brushed at all. I asked what they'd done and they explained that they had used Dawn dish soap on him 'because he seemed greasy'. And they hadn't brushed him out fully because he had 'some tangles behind his ears'.Checking online, a major chain pet store nearby charges $34 for "shampoo pH-balanced for dogs, full blow dry, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, paw pad trim to neaten the feet & sanitary trim." I had just paid $55 (plus a $10 tip, which I immediately regretted) for basically what I could have done at home in 30 minutes.With so many great reviews, I believe Central Bark is probably a terrific place for day care, boarding and classes. The grooming is provided by an outside vendor, so I don't know about that. But this experience was so disappointing, I will think twice before going back there for anything.

My dog Finley started going to Central Bark about 8 months ago. He loves it there so much that it has come to the point that he throws a temper tantrum, screams and cries, and refuses to leave when I pick him up! It is quite embarrassing! As I walk out with him on a leash, he pulls me back in the door and he only weighs 24 pounds. Even though my feelings are hurt that he could care less about me, it warms my heart to see how much he enjoys his time at Central Bark Fort Lauderdale. Everyone knows his name and the staff are so good with him. Love all the staff members and it is evident they are very good with dog behavior and body language and love working there. Love the fact that they take a bunch of photos and post them on Facebook. The dogs always look like they are having a great time. I also like the fact that the staff watching them are actually interacting and playing with them -not totally ignoring them like at other places. Chris, Trysch, Mary, Sophia and all the staff will take great care of your dog!

We have two Havanese pups that require grooming every few months and I have to say that Miguel is the best groomer that we've ever had. The care in which he takes care of our fur babies is amazing. Not only do they look great on the day that they've been washed and groomed, but they continue to look great weeks later. Kudos to Miguel on always doing a fantastic job.

I have been doing to Central Bark FL since my GSD was a puppy. We met Amber in Puppy Class, and immediately felt like we were in the right place! We attended puppy class each week and when our dog was big enough, started her in day care. Amber has gone ABOVE and beyond to work with our dog, which she continues to do! Central Bark has been SUCH a blessing for us, as our dog usually goes 2 days a week. When we are in a pinch, we use the shuttle cab which picks her up from the house. As an ER vet, my schedule is very sporadic and they are always willing to be accommodating. Amber, Andrew, and Tristan have been so great to us!

10/10! Took Spencer to get groomed and discuss training options. I must say Miguel and Anna are a great team in grooming! We sat and spoke about how my mini labradoodle should be groomed and I appreciated that. It did not feel rushed. I then met with Amber to discuss training for my dood. I am excited for him to start attending Central Bark day care and continue getting groomed.

Miguel does an awesome job grooming my dog. I have been to so many groomers. Sometimes my dog is matted and she's not in the best shape. He doesn't chastise me for it. He just takes care of it and makes her look great. Call in advance cause his schedule is busy but he's worth it.

Gucci goes to doggy day care twice a week, and he is always excited to get there. The staff is great and very friendly. Gucci also gets groomed by Miguel, and he always takes care of Gucci. Gucci comes out smelling great and looking so clean. It's even better that he can go for a day of play and also receive a bath/grooming without having to go to a different place! It is so convenient! My favorite thing about central bark is that they require a behavior assessment, so I feel safe sending him with other dogs that have been approved of being just as friendly as Gucci. Great job Central Bark Staff!

While I have never had my dog use the day care at Central Bark, my ferocious 10-pound poodle has been groomed there by Miguel for several years. I'm only half-joking about my poodle being ferocious. If someone doesn't approach him right, he will bite. I've had groomers "fire" my dog before. :) However, Miguel is truly a dog whisperer. Not only is he kind and patient with me and my neurosis about my dog, he is great with Frisco. He has a gentle yet firm touch. Frisco always looks super handsome when he leaves Central Bark after a spa day with Miguel. It is easy to get appointments and the cost is reasonable. I cannot recommend getting your dog groomed by Miguel more, no matter the size or temperment of your pet.
