I have a golden retriever who is 8 years old and have tried to find a groomer who could do a good job and treated her with love. After many disappointing groomers we sort of gave up. Until today! I found Ryan and the Dog Empire on line with great reviews. Our dog, Abby, went today for her first visit and she came back looking and smelling great. And her fur is the softest I have ever felt on her. You could tell she was treated like royalty. I have already booked her next visit. Thank you Ryan!!

We couldn’t be more pleased with Ryan and The Dog Empire. We have been to several other groomers in the past and never pleased with the service. We just moved to North Port and needed a new groomer. We found Ryan and The Dog Empire on Google. Ryan is amazing! Our 2 yr old golden doodle has never looked so good and her hair has never been this soft! We couldn’t be more pleased with the attention to detail Ryan showed our dog. 5 star!! We highly recommend THE DOG EMPIRE!

You are an angel brought to us. I have tried many groomer when i used to leave in Sarasota and since i move to North Port i haven't find a groomer that treated my dogs so good. Is the best hair cut that they have ever had. They are beautiful. And let’s talk about the smell they smell so good. I am so happy with his service. Ryan is amazing! Right from our first contact he was upfront and explanatory of his process, he welcomed our dog with open arms and did an amazing job! The location is clean and decorated really cute, and his love for dogs and knowledge of the grooming process is evident. I love that he only does one dog at a time so I know our boy isn’t stuck in a cage for long periods of time and is being looked after the whole time he’s there. Our puppy’s first grooming session went amazing, he looks adorable. Ryan is definitely our groomer moving forward. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a high qualitygroomer!

Unbelievable experience. Ryan was and is amazing with my dog Carter. Had huge pet store chain tell me they couldn’t do his nails. Obviously no problem for Dog Empire and Ryan. They were done perfectly. Already on Ryan’s schedule for a return.

We highly recommend Ryan at The Dog Empire. He is very professional and does a great job with our Miniature Long Haired Dacshund. Ryan takes the time to listen and answer any questions we have. His gentle and calm demeanor is very helpful to soothe Layla's anxiety. Ryan takes 1 dog at a time, which is also extremely helpful to soothe our dog's nerves. Ryan did an awesome job with our golden retriever! Loved that he only grooms one dog at a time - very personal service with a great result! We found the Dog Empire through a Google search based on recent reviews as we are new in the area. We were not disappointed! Our “not so” mini Australian Shepherd is quite nervous about being groomed and we are always concerned about how someone new will address her timidness. Ryan took the initiative right away to assure us he was used to working with dogs who may be timid and he clearly had. He was no-nonsense with her but gentle at the same time which is just what she (and we) needed. Ryan was excellent about communicating with us throughout the appointment and when we picked her up she was happy and beautiful… and smelled good too! The grooming was one of the best she’s had and Ryan did exactly what we asked for. I would highly recommend Ryan!

Ryan is amazing at what he does! Chloe our English lab was so happy when she was done! Her coat was so soft and bright! It hasn’t felt like that in years! I highly recommend! We definitely are planning on coming back!

Our first time using a groomer in Florida and Ryan at The Dog Empire knocked it out of the park! She not only looks and smells amazing, but was happy when she got home! 100% 5 stars! Setting up the appointment was very straightforward, with Ryan providing excellent instructions for what is expected pre-appointment, drop-off and pickup. When I picked up my pups they weren't at all stressed as they had been with previous grooming experiences. Ryan takes one dog at a time (to reduce stress on the dogs) and his studio is very calming with low lighting, soft music, and other touches that make the space calm and inviting. My two pups have been to several groomers searching for their 'forever groomer'. We finally found him! Thanks Ryan!

Great experience! Our dog has had bad experiences with getting his nails trimmed! Ryan was very calm and patient with our dog! He did an amazing job on Tyson’s nails! So glad we found him!

Ryan treated our Lily girl so good at her “spa day” (I’m sure she was excited for her facial 🙃 lol)She felt comfortable with him from the beginning and she was still happy when I got there. That says a lot about a groomer! You can tell Ryan cares and takes his time. Also, his grooming office is adorable! I thought I was at a hair salon :)
