Never had a problem with the place. Regarding the lady who wanted to wash her dog with flea in the baths, I'm glad they turned her away. It's a shame when you have the motivation to leave a bad Google review, but not to check your poor suffering animal for fleas before taking them to a public area where other dogs also take baths. Be better.

I absolutely love their groomers- my dog loves them too! They are kind and patient and great with my high maintenance girl! I feel really lucky to have them and appreciate how excited my dog is to see them- it tells me that she is treated well there. She comes home beautiful, happy and smelling fantastic!

We have used this store for a year and have always been very happy ....until now. I was told by a male associate to use sand in our leopard gecko tank. I had read conflicting articles online regarding using it or not. He assured me it was good for it. I talked with him about it for about 15 minutes and finally decided to go ahead with it because my son was convinced that it would be better, per the advice of the employee. Within a week I had to take my leopard gecko (that we have had for almost 18 months) to the vet because she was impacted. The X-ray showed where she was completely filled with sand. Even after meds and following instructions of the vet, our poor Leo has died. She was my son's pet, he loved her dearly and took amazing care of her. Shame on me for not doing better research on my own and just taking his word, and believing he would know what he was talking about about better than me. I will never shop there again and I will never trust what a pet store employee tells me.

I wasn't sure if they could help me, but the Purina food that I had purchased there was contaminated with insect feces prior to packaging. It was not the fault of the distributor at PSP, however, they were most excellent in reference to resolving my issue even though I did not have all the necessary documentation of proof that I had purchased the product there. John is without a doubt one of the most excellent representatives that I have encountered in my life. He definitely deserves Kudos for his understanding and appreciation for helping me and my doggo. I would recommend this place without a doubt.

Usually I absolutely love this place and never have a problem with staff but when I called this time asking about a fish policy and the women on the phone wasn’t understanding what I was asking for which was totally okay so I took the time to explain what information I needed about their policy and she continued to laugh at me and say “are you really going to kill your fish to get a refund”. I was really disappointed with the way she laughed at me and wasn’t taking me seriously when all I wanted was an explination on their fish policy due to the fact I bought a fish from there and I noticed there was fin rot on the fish. Other than this the quality of their fish are usually great, they are the only pet store I go to purchase fish.EDIT: due to Reply from the Business. I said over the phone that my fish was looking and behaving sickly after I had literally just bought it and I was worried it could get the other fish in my tank sick and wipe out my whole aquarium, never did I say I didn’t like the way the fish looked. I was mainly upset with the way the women on the phone replied to me and was being rude and snappy and would not give me a straight answer about their fish policy.

Arrived at 7pm and had two dogs I desperately needed to wash. Had mixed up which store I called but one said if I arrived at 7, I would be able to wash my dogs. Arrived at this store at 7 and they would not allow me to wash my dogs. It could have been a really simple thing for them to do. No interest from workers/management in the store that evening to go above and beyond in the customer service department. Disappointed.

My friend bought a fish from here and got home it wasn’t looking healthy. She called to ask about the fish policy and the lady on the phone was completed rude about it. Yes we get it the fish was cheap but it’s still a pet. Seeing the reply from the business with completely opposite information from the phone call I had to give my opinion as well.

I like to get my kitty supplies here. The prices are comparable to the big box stores. They will deliver to my house, which is a bonus for me! They always let me know if something I order is out of stock and offer another option.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent variety of products for every kind of animal. The owner even guessed that I was shopping for a rescue squirrel and had knowledge of their care which I did not expect since not many do. Definitely not your cookie cutter pet store!

Shopped here for the first time the other day and it was a great experience. Both people who assisted me were very helpful. Lots of selection for supplies and pets themselves. And most importantly, the fish tanks were beautifully maintained.

The employees there were so rude and not helpful at all I asked where the fish tanks were and the girl just rolled her eyes and shrugged and went back to looking at Facebook on her phone!! Then I asked another employee he just pointed never even said one word to me this was by far the worst pet store experience I’ve ever had will not be going back!! They should really consider firing there crew and hiring some different characters!!!!

I love Pet Supplies plus as they always have several different flavors of my cats favorite canned food. I went in the store as they had sent me a free gift of 5.00 for a toy for my cats birthday which I appreciated and she loved. I bought her younger mini panther Malachi a toy too but he loves hers. Great people!!!

Rude staff member working tonight male 7pm 8/31/23. Rude to me and my 4 year old child, we came in for pup treats for my work and my daughter had been asking to go to the restroom for the whole drive from Venice, we immediately went for the restroom when we arrived, while exiting a male staff member was standing outside the door, questioning me about using the restroom and stating its not for the public only customers.. he assumed I wasn't a customer? Very rude tone, my child was confused. Management needs to address this young man on how to approach a woman and child respectfully.

I brought my dogs to use self serve dog wash that I had previously paid for but I was informed that due to my dogs breed I am not allowed to use the self serv dog wash. Got my 20 dollars( I guess )back for the dog wash card that I had left and left the store. I started coming here and even getting my dogs food here because of convenience and location compared to my house. I guess tractor supply will again have my business because they do not discriminate against dogs breeds.
