I had never been here before, but stopped in for some Christmas, wrapping paper. Lester the cashier helped me and went above and beyond in the level of service that he provided. I literally felt like I was at a Ritz Hotel. It’s so nice to see such a polite young man who takes pride in his job.

One line has 20+ people and only 1 registere open. The manager was cheerful and quick. When backup help (Katherine) wandered out and took her time. She is always nasty and worthless

For as long as I can remember, the dollar store was 1 dollar. Now, they increased their prices 25%. And they also have articles that are not a dollar. So why calle it dollar tree??? Its sneaky...not happy about any of those things.

I think it may need to be renamed the $1.25 Tree. But with inflation and the economy, I was not overly suprprised.Being the Holiday season, they did not have one of the two things I was looking for. But they did have the other and the clerk at the register was able to tell me exactly where I would find it.I was on achedule, but there could easily been more things added, if I took my time. There ared always finds you did not know you wanted.

I arrived at the store and all the aisles were blocked and there was no product on the shelves. Not one employee even said anything to me. I had to say good morning to the employee that was at the front before was even spoken to. As a person who works in retail I would not recommend this store to anyone!

Very nice clean store , Staff is polite . But No really as fully stocked as I would have liked , The Northlake store was very well stocked . And seems to have been renovated, Will come back again

Wish I could give 0 stars. “Sidney” the nasty MAN with the false eyelashes was at the check out. He was rude and disrespectful not just to me but to other customers in the store as well. I expect better service and respectable employees at this location.

This dollar tree always has long lines because only one register open. Store is always full of empty selves. Sometimes it looks like there is only one employee working and that is the one cashier. Not inviting at all.

The attendant who fixed my purchase was so nice! She is the one with the long beautiful lashes! The store was clean and i believe the best Dollar Tree I've been for the neighborhood, products offer and employees.

I think if you guys are short staffed or maybe just to lazy to go get the carts from the parking lot you should put poles on them so no one can take them out of the store!

Many decent diamonds in the rough. It's surprising to see what can be bought for a dollar, especially these days. I enjoy browsing through the store and finding something I could use or that is a littke unique. This happens more frequently than one would think.

This is your standard small to medium-sized Dollar Tree. It does not have a refrigerator or freezer section. I found the staff to be very congenial and quite helpful.
