I bought my first lottery scratch off ticket. I am 58. I scratched off a few things on my ticket and saw I won like $80 on a $20 ticket! I was excited to get my money back right!I was standing in a line with many people behind me too. So I hand the cashier the ticket and tell her this is my first ticket.She said I won $500 on my first scratch off and the whole line behind me congratulated me! It felt awesome. People were so nice! I love Publix! I'll probably never play again but wow!

I went to get a sandwich from the deli and like always no one was there and when finally an employee named Ona showed up with a bad attitude. The sandwich was prepared in a rude way. If the employee is mad for any reason it should not unleash the frustration against the customers.

Kind employees, nice safe area. I take my toddler each week, and she loves the race car shopping carts for kids there. I feel like family there. Easy to shop and get in and out.

I drove all the way to this location to avoid your unpleasent group of new "riches" owning fractions of stocks as employees.However, the manager, someone I never saw before Made sure to prioritize someone else, when I wanted to ask about an item.And, he screamed the information I asked him. He tried to appeared nice at the end, but, he was giving kudos to the man with white hair that was there at the same time with a thumbs up.No more Publix for me, I prefer winn Dixie's service. And, I'll request a formal letter asking me to stay away from any location and stating the reason why I'm unwelcome in the stores anymore.Hopefully, we'll get some good competence for you in Miami very soon.🙈🙉🙊. And by that I mean, another clean supermarket with good attitude people. That knows that👆 is a disgusting way to refer to somebody in non verbal communication, it means "Do it, or else"👇. And I don't have to take that from your team of your LEP ( limited english profficiency creme de la creme clientele....😆

I hate this store. Today a large employee squeezed herself behind me while I was paying. She didn’t say “right behind you” or anything to make me aware she moved directly behind me. When I turned to leave she bumped into me and aggravated injuries I have in my neck and back from a car crash. My contempt for this store and all of its employees is boundless. I spent three months in physical therapy to relieve pain from my injuries and the big employee who bumped into me brought back all that pain in my neck and back.

Visited here yesterday and was able to find many items I needed to get on bogo or on sale. They have a wine section and yesterday they had a rep from a winery giving out samples. A decent selection of wines. They have a great variety of frozen food, meats and snacks. The soda isle always has stock of Mtn Dew that is constantly out of stock in other Publix locations I’ve visited in the past weeks. I made one of the mangers aware of a broken glass jar and he seemed relay appreciative of the notice. Will be back

Got in line to check out. Nobody in front of me Jackie the checkout teller spent 2 minutes cleaning up around the area. Didn't even look at us or say hello. And then she mess with the machine and made us type in my phone number six times to get the deals and the card was not accepted four times even though I did everything right. So Jackie was messing things up. She needs to be talked to by Management.

Terrible service. The cashiers are very rude and so are the customer service ones. Last week I went to return a product that I bought, and the date of the product was expire and I did not notice, and the customer service lady treated me badly. Today I went shopping and spent over $200 and paid with the Publix app and when I told the cashier that I needed the printed receipt she told me no! I told her but in the other Publix's they give it to me, she told me we are not supposed to do it in bad form! Helloooo! I am the customer and if I ask for a printed receipt even if I have spent $2, they have to give it to me. I'm not going to this Publix anymore! and you need to check expiration dates because some of the products doesn't have expiration date or are already expired and Publix still selling these products.

This Publix is overall fine I just have one complaint, the deli I understand that it will get busy during certain times of the day but I order subs here online for pick up like 5 times already waited half an hour just to get there and they say it’s not even made yet or we don’t see the order in the system so I have to wait an additional 20-30 mins again which doesn’t make sense to me idk if it’s the system they have is slow but you gotta fix it :(

Publix stores are all around the same. The training of the staff before employment must be great as the staff are all well mannered and will stop what they are doing (stocking shelves ext) and not only tell you where a specific item is. They will literally walk you to where the item is and ask if that's all I need help with. Publix is a standup store as they are all the same. I go into any Publix stores and I know what to expect. The food there is always fresh and stocked up.

Today I had a bad experience at the pharmacy. I left my prescription at 11 am, they told me it would be ready in 1 hour. I arrived at 1;15pm and they didn't have it ready. I was in the drive thru waiting for 25 minutes.The Pharmacist (female) treated me with bad aptitude and was unable to say sorry or apologize.And at the end of this, they made me late for my job.

Corey from the bakery saved the day!!!!! I stopped at another Publix as I was heading south on Biscayne and was told they couldn't write Happy Birthday on a cake so I came to this Publix. Corey was so helpful, friendly and happy to do what I asked. On top of that, he sent birthday wishes to the birthday boy. Thank you Corey for being helpful, saving the day and doing it with such awesome energy!!!!!!!! Also, huge thank you to the manager from the deli dept. that brought me the grocery cart while I was in line at the deli! 😊

This Publix is fine mostly but I’ve never ordered anything from the deli for pickup and had it been ready at the time it says or sitting in the pickup area.Why tell me that the order will be ready when it never is. Why have the pickup area if it isn’t getting used? Kind of an inconvenient location to get a sandwich.

This Publix is fully stocked. I was amazed at the wide variety of items that are not found in other Publix's. If you like a big Publix with lots to choose from this is your stop.

The worse customer service, and the worst Publix I've ever gone to. The employees and the majority of the managers needs to be replaced. Rude unprofessional and Unethical. Some employees doesn't even help you place your groceries inside the bags. Overall, deplorable Customer Service.

There has not been 1 time that i’ve come to this publix and the eggs aren’t completely broken. It’s very upsetting and whoever handles the eggs needs to handle them with more care. I’m tired of having to go to whole foods and spend $11 on eggs because all your eggs are broken. Even the expensive eggs in your store are broken. Every week i go to publix hoping to buy eggs and end up going home with nothing because why would i purchase eggs that i can’t even use? Today i bought some eggs that looked perfectly fine, only to get home and they are opening when i boil them because they were already cracked. This is ridiculous and not the first time this happens to me. Please get it together. There is no reason EVERY carton of eggs has at least ONE broken egg. That’s unacceptable. The staff is very kind, no complaints about them but i’m about to go back and ask for my money back. 2 of the 4 eggs i just boiled were already cracked.

Ok so it’s Miami, right? Well you would not know you were in the rat race here. Staff here is super friendly and helpful. Especially the ladies in the deli. And they are working together like teammates. I love it. Go here.
