The cafeteria has potential the ladies are rather busy talking than helping customers. The attitude of one young lady was so off eye rolling. All I wanted was tomato's with cucumber I never asked for lettuce but that's what she kept adding with a hell of a hate stare .lol gosh it's not hard to listen and follow .. I don't get it they could just serve the one or 5 people your just ignoring. So he extra clear with the younger ones. Too bad it's a cool spot.

Today I went to the market to buy some things and I was mistreated by the store security guards because of my service dog. Upon entering, the security guard asked for the “certificate” which I didn't carry with me at the time, as no business asks me for that. A business is not allowed to ask me for proof or to force me to show a certificate, instead, the business should ask me some questions like “Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?” I was never asked these questions, the security guard threatened to call the police and embarrassed me in public. I started shaking, my vision got blurry, my blood pressure dropped from the stress. It's ridiculous that I have to go through this, the staff should be trained for situations like this and should know that they shouldn't ask what my disability is in public or request a certificate as proof. It's the law!

I have been purchasing a whole roasted pork shoulder (paleta de cerdo rostizada) from this place at NE 125 Street, and frankly I did enjoyed it. But the last 3 times it has been completely burnt in the bottom, so they intentionally hidethe burnt side by flipping downward 👇, so that way it won't be visible. This is a dishonest practice. I'm not buying at this supermarkets anymore.

Love the beautiful clerks and the T bone steaks are very tender. All their meat taste great. Nothing like a Cuban coffee served by a Spanish girl who is more than happy to speak English just for my impairments.

Absolutely disgusted by the manager. She saw me coming in and asked the security guard to close the door at 9:39 pm, even though it says online that they close at 9:45. I only wanted to pick up one item. It’s not professional to close the doors in the face of a customer before closing time, but I’m not shocked because those people don’t know anything about being professional.

This place has improved in many ways. It's very clean and all the isles are very well organized. Also is not as crowded as it used to be. I believe due to the pandemic. Merchandise is well presented. Prices have gone up but still affordable specially in the meats and deli department. Staff could use some customer service improvement. In the overall is a good place to find good items at affordable prices in comparison to other supermarkets.

The cafeteria food needs to be improved. The grilled chicken breast was dry. The plantains are overripe and soggy. The rice was hard and not edible.

The place never look clean and it always have a funny foul smell and there's certain products that have with smaller ounces with higher prices. When I go elsewhere, I see the same products with smaller ounces with a lower prices; so I decided not the purchase items at Presidente. The place needs to be cleaned, organized and eliminate the horrible foul smell every time a customer step inside the store it just not professional in my opinion. 😐

The closest to a European supermarket that you will find in Miami. Very good quality fresh produce at a Fraction of Publix and Aldi and SIGNIFICANTLY better quality! Reading the ingredients list of products is also encouraging, less rubbish processed into the foods.Also, if you like Wine from outside the US, this is the place! The difference in quality and price is night and day compared to the competitors! Would highly recommend people to check this store out!

Great place to shop if you're from the Caribbean, Latin and Africa. We need something like that in Concord, Harrisburg Charlotte, Monroe, Mooresville, Greensboro north Carolina.

Very clean store well stocked the only cons I have is the employees are not friendly at all when you walk up to the register they don't speak to you say hello or anything I think that is terrible that's why I give them two stars if you own a business and you want repeat customers it starts with your employees when you know you're dealing with friendly pleasant people that is one of the factors that pretty much draws you back... just my opinion word of advice...

worst supermarker I ever visited, and I know supermarkets like no one ( I design supermarkets for several decades!) first the staf is the rudest I ever seen, second the overall cleanness is terrible, third in 2021 it is probably the ONLY supermarket in the civilized world where you cannot bring your own bag. I f you are looking for meat or fish or any fresh product ... good luck just the smell should make you run away!

Presidente Supermarket needs to step up cleaning in this store. First impression the floor needs to be buffed and polish. The meat station needs a face lift. Replace all the display windows and inspect the meat. Some of the meat doesn't look appealing in fact they look expired. Do a deep cleaning of this place. The only pro is that the fruits and vegetables look fresh and are reasonably priced.

This is the ultimate Caribbean products supermarket. But, it's always mayhem in there. It looks dirty and unmaintained. Lines are long and disorganized. Prices are good. Parking is nightmarish. Staff is helpful. It's really a love-hate thing: you love the products, but hate the place.

The lines were slow because of the cashiers....i'll give it that's almost Christmas but they need better coordination then. What disturbed me the most is someone left meat in a cart and while I waited to be cashed out and then cashed out...the meat was never put somewhere refrigerated after I told the cashier. Disturbing. But they were fully stocked so I'll give them that

Busy busy busy. You need to know what you are looking for. Four stars for the prices, not for cleanliness. One of the best but not the best deli-hot food spots a supermarket can muster here in Southeast Florida. I refuse to believe whole foods can cook with this kind of flavor. Do they even know how to marinade with ingredients that work well? I’ve been to traumatized by their bs prices to remember. They’re trying though. I like it, bc people don’t give you bad looks here. - A good place to listen to what diversity sounds like in their hungry state.

Great prices very crowded the isle are very narrow boxes of items everywhere. However they have a cafeteria that's amazing fresh food many options to choose from price is on point. Great customer service! Highly recommend 🤗

We were on vacation and ran into this gem of a Supermarket. The prices are phenomenal. They serve hot food. Great lunch and dinner. Good hot fresh cuban bread. The deli had great cold cuts specials. I wish i could bring this store to New York. lol
