Highly recommend this location, the staff is helpful and friendly. Jenny helped me find everything I needed. I can’t overstate how great she was, excellent customer service. There was an older gentleman too (whose name I didn’t catch) who gave me advice on how to keep my dog calm while using the self grooming service. I will definitely go back.

I fell absolutely in love with this bunny at first sight. I could not help myself. I thank the wonderful and happy staff that I often encounter when coming here. (I have been in the area for 20 years) I'm wondering if maybe pet supermarket, as one of the remaining stores selling rabbits here, could start selling rabbits from the rescue! Surely a lot of people are probably looking for a rabbit and the adoption process from fosters themselves can be quite tedious, and the wait times (some are 3-6 months) a bit extended. Especially for families who have been ready to make the big step! And! I'm sure all the bunnies in the rescue would love the 2nd shot at finding that forever home.This little girl stole my heart and now runs her room. I was going to spend about $200 $300 at the store. You know what? Manager said there is no public restroom in the store. I wish the is really not Is qualified. The owner, pay attention. The employee was Unrespectful. The name of manager is Ivan. He was looking dress like homeless. Where is dress code?

We were super pleased with Pet SuperMarket because they had what we needed for our 2 little Chihuahuas!We found a carrier that hangs from our shoulders and keeps our pet next to us. We checked a couple other pet stores but they didn't have them.Mission accomplished the day before our road trip! The dogs will be happy and so are we!

I used to love this location because of the amazing staff. That's now over because the only one who works here now is a guy who boasts about how long he's been there while being completely unhelpful.

Store ran an ad for guinea pigs in November for $39 but didn't have any on my 4 attempts to buy one during the sale period. I asked the manager if they would be getting any in and was told they would but it would be after the sale ended and they wouldn't honor the sale price even after I told them I had been trying for over a week to stop in when they had some. The associate that was assisting me the first time stopped mid-interaction when another customer interrupted and left me standing there while they went on to assist them. Overall I wouldn't recommend this location when there are better pet stores in the area that actually care about keeping your business.

This place is so clean and the live animals are well taken care of in clean cages. Whoever manages this place, bravo! I've been to several pet stores and this by far is the cleanest I've ever seen. Keep up the good work y'all!

The customer service in this place is wonderful. There is a young African-American lady who I think might be a manager. She is consistently sweet, helpful and always eager to help. I appreciate her so much.

The staff at this location are soooo friendly and they have the best deals ever!! They have a new self serve grooming station that they are doing a 50% off promotion for and a premium bath cost $9!!!!! I bathed my 60 pound dog with ease and he was silky smooth and smelled amazing for days afterwards. They also gave me a free portable water bowl, a tennis ball, a ball thrower and a sticker as part of the promotion! It was amazing. Yesterday I went and got two Primal Raw bones for the price of one! The staff always remembers my dog by name when I bring him in. They are so friendly and have such a great selection

I like coming here because when I do I bring my blue and gold macaw with me and she really gets a kick out of it! She likes interacting with the staff, the other animals etc.

I want to give this store 4 out of 5 stars. It's a great store. But you have to stop buying plastic tubs for turtles. It's a misleading product. Every turtle will outgrow it. Even mud and musk turtles, not to mention red ear sliders. I just saw today an employee recomending it to a lady who had no idea...Update: I will bump it to 3 stars just because they got themselves a very decent set up for their bettas. Much better than other pet stores around the area, with much healthier bettas.

This message is to Denis Klad.. I was waiting to see if you were going to post a review as you said you would when you were at the store. I witness what happened as I was shopping at the time you were there, and you probably didn't notice but I was on the isle close to the door when you approached the manager asking for his name and even you took a picture of him without his consent. When you told him that you were going to put a review on google and the manager Ivan said OK have a good night you said in front to his employees and the customers F--- you! That's very rude, immature and inappropriate. Why don't you put on the review that you said that to him because the bathroom was out of service? Let's be clear here. If you were complaining because he said that the bathroom was out of service, then why you came back to the store? To insult the manager? Why people like you that are arrogant don't stayed at home and buy online instead of going to a store to make the life of the people that are dealing with customers all day so difficult? I'm a customer for that store for a long time and I know everyone there and when I see people like you that are very unfair makes me mad. Grow up and put you on his shoes.

Petsmart has everything you need for every pet. From hamster's, bunny's, ferrets, birds , guinea pigs , rats , snakes , spiders etc. I love the icecream you can make for your dog. Recently bought this bowl and gravel at petsmart. Staff are super sweet and helpful. Thanks!

Pet supermarket is the best I have been going here for over 6 years best staff ,best products,for cats,fish,birds,and puppy's I have all of the above ,the staff goes above and beyond and really cares,helpful ,and they have alot of knowledge I bought my cat from there when he was a kitten he is beautiful and he is the best cat ,also the vet is so nice and the best vet techs they are amazing so is pet supermarket you should go to both they also have the best pets ,best pet store ever

My little girl recently persuaded me to get a new tenant, a cute little hamster. She said that the hamster needed fresh bedding, chewing toys so she can be happy she said. I have probably drove by a hundred times but never stopped for some reasons. I'm glad I did. Not only I found exactly what I needed but the staff is super super friendly. Especially, Robin. She is amazing. You can tell that she loves what she is doing and probably works in a great business too. Great business= Happy employees= happy customers=happy business.
