My visit at family Dollar has always been great. Don’t come too often, unless I really need something quick. But the Employees are chill and helpful. I just do not like the presentation of the store from the outside going in. Could be a little cleaner. So far haven’t had anything major happen. It’s ok

Family Dollar has a lot of what you need at a great price. I gave it a 3 because the staff is horrible. I live in the neighborhood and frequently shop here. If they are not on their phones ignoring you....they are just hanging around the store. I don't usually give reviews like this but this behavior has become a issue. I now go elsewhere if I want to go to family Dollar. I'm great full for the store here but the staff has something to be desired. Two exceptions..a young woman with a short crop hair style and a young man with dreads. They make shopping there bearable. Good employees.Update....I stopped by to pick up something I needed real quick. Unfortunately nothing has changed! Stores a mess, staff really needs training they have 2 speeds.. slow and stop! Smh

This is one of the better Family Dollars that I've been to. The staff is actually attempted and knowledgeable and polite that is a huge Plus in my book. Everything's decent and organized in the store and they always keep stalking so you'll always find something that they had out of stock yesterday.

This is the worst family dollar I ever went to I went to go buy a box of diaper for my daughter and when I was done getting the diaper I went in line I waited for my turn to get check out the Haitian woman with the blonde dreads and the skinny lady blame me for breaking the cashier thing and she told me nobody told me to go have a baby

this store is horrible!! The staff is rude !! I live not even a block away , and need some things because I have a very bad flu . I arrive to this store at 9:45 , the door was already locked and the girl was mopping the floor. I knocked on the door , she looked up at me and put her head down . Once she seen I wouldn't just walk away she came to the door . I asked for a manage , she said the manager was counting the register! This means the store had to be closed by 9:30 for her to be almost done mopping and the manager counting the register . I worked for family dollar and the register is the last thing that's done once the manager helps the employees get the store tidy .The manager wouldn't come to the door and the worker looked at me and told me to go else were. I've been living in the community for over 10 years, and this is the only family dollar j go to , so imagine how much money I have put into this store . While I stood there they just laughed in my face!Very distasteful for them to treat me and the other cisntomers that were standing at that door like we didn't matter.

This family dollar was just a quick stop. Service is ok. Even though it is right by my house, I always feel depressed when I am there so I rarely go sorry. I really don't like this one in particular.

Hopefully soon they will stock more products that are essential for cleaning and sanitizing. Very nice staff; very efficient at the check out line.

It is now 7:19am on Saturday, August 10, 2019. And the doors are still closed. No one is here. Who do you people pay? .... update it is now 7:21 and she pulled up with a coffee in her hand & attitude on her face.

As a customer I like going in and grabbing what I see and I expect for the prices to ring up as they say on the shelf or isle. But not here. All is mixed, need better management.

The worst place to shop...supposedly the Mgr.Fatima is very rude,and takes things personal,makes her own rules..Last time I check I walked into Family Dollar not Fatima Dollar..She needs to humble herself and go back and get training on treating customers with respect.She has no customer service skills.Store#9238...Needs to be reported.Sending email to cooperate office.She doesn't de-escalate issues she actually escalates the issue.Not an effective Manager.She doesn't follow policy and protocols.

From my perspective, the manager at this location doesn't order the merchandise correctly. Some merchandise are not on the shelves, nor in the refrigerated area either. Also, the cashiers drag. Personally, I was standing for a long period of time before, I was assisted.

I had a really bad experience yesterday at this store, the store manager was completely out of line with a customer, he was daring the customer to go out side the store to fight with him, he was saying bad words in front of a bunch of kids, i had my 2yr crying from all the yelling, this store manager really needs to get fired...

Bought Hawaiian Punch for 2.00 and total was 3.51 which includes drink and taxes. Something not adding up

The prices are low, whether DVDs or lawn furniture or stationary, in a convenient location. It is a barebones operation, with frozen groceries but no fresh produce.
