I’m just casually looking for a item & a employee that was a man told me to put my personal bag in the front , I told him “ok” the first time and ignored him but the fact that he actually came back to where I was and told me to put my personal bag in the front because it’s too big and open made me feel so uncomfortable because other customers had their bag but he only came towards me. It was really racial profiling & I will not be coming to this location anymore.

Katy ay KATY what a HORRIBLE person…. She literally threw the bag with the makeup I bought to the point that it almost broke. I am an educated person! I said good afternoon and thank you and she never answered me nor did she collaborate with me with a question I had. Simply despicable, if you don't want to work there, then don't do it because that's how you lose customers and a dollar store is on the corner.

Please do not shop here too many lazy employees who are unprofessional and rude. If I ask you excuse me do you sell bagged ice and you proceed to laugh in my face. I know alot of service employees hate their jobs but do customers a big favor & stay TF home until you find your life's purpose.

Store is organized and cleaner. Like the variety of products for the prices. Staff is getting better happy to see new faces. And the manager i think her name is Nely was very patient helping an older lady to take the bags to the car.

This may be one of the biggest family Dollars I ever been to, there's a lot of merchandise that's not in the other stores. I didn't fully look around just bought some green tea. I was in and out. The store was very clean, the staff was friendly.

A girl name “Barbra” (she refused to let me see her ID tag) who claimed she was a manager refused to honor a manufacturer coupon (that wasn’t expired and that was labeled on all of their liquid detergent inside their store). She has terrible customer service.

I was in there with my family&my two sons needed to use the restroom,so I asked the Cashier with the name tag "LIZA" where is their restroom located?She replied that the restrooms are for employees only!I had to walk next door to "CVS" Iam confused...This establishment is not family oriented what so ever!why is this place called "Family Dollar" again?I will not visit this location again...this cashier was rude&had an attitude.🤔If you don't know how to work with the public,why work customer service?
