I came to this location at 735 NW 119th St, North Miami, FL 33168; after going to others in which I was dismissed without any help. But here, to my amazement the Manager of this CVS Ms. Marie C and Ms Lorena, assisted me with such kindness and professionalism that only comes from a place of love and willingness to bless everyone who walk thru the doors of this location. I highly recommend this store for their attentive attitude toward it's customers.

Walgreens has 2 people working in their pharmacy. This cvc has 6 and still very slow. Workers always having their own conversations going. Probably if they would take this seriously it wouldn't be like this.

This was a horrible visit. The cashiers were extremely slow. The pharmacist was not very helpful, nor friendly, the store was not very welcoming, very outdated, and not very clean.

I stop by my CVS pharmacy for a prescription, the pharmacist mention that it was not ready that I was going to receive a text message or a call when my medication is ready. According to the app the medication was ready came in today at 2:30 pm and the most rude pharmacist said we don’t have it and is out of stock! He recommended me something else because he said I was never going to get the medication the doctor prescribed. Worst, worst CVS ever. I don’t recommend it.

In the pharmacy they are very friendly and helpful. I think they really try. It is extremely busy here and the store is on the more run down side. Not the employees fault at all.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible, ESPECIALLY over the phone. The only reason why I go there is because the location is convenient for my prescriptions. I don't ever shop here, just grab my prescription and leave asap... even that sometimes seems to be difficult for them to do with a smile.

I called about my prescription which I drop off a week ago here we on TuesdayI called again the young lady said her name is ne-ne gave me adisrespectful answer her tone of voiceLike if she was frustrated like if I’m in the wrong for calling so sad her professionalism went out the door on a simple call to ask for a prescription to help keep you alive very bad choices of customer service. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

It's absolutely insane how horrid this Pharmacy is. I thought the one in North Miami was bad; we'll look no further. The reviews for this pharmacy will continue to stack and make this the worst pharmacy in the entire SoFlo. Get it together CVS. Corporate will definitely need a visit here to have this store get in order. Horrible. Sad. Pathetic. Place your pharmacy pick ups else where!

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE. The phamarcists lack knowledge and are rude. They have no empathy for the clients who are sick. When I call they are rude and don’t listen to what you are telling them. Please avoid this CVS at all COST.

This d*mn place gave me the wrong dosage of medication. When I got home i noticed my pills werent the same as they were usually were.I called my doctor to make sure I hadn't made a mistake and they called in the prescription correctly for me and told me to dispose of the ones I had. When I got there they were very rude and told me they wouldn't dispense the right MG of my prescription bc it had been already marked as picked up. I finally got my correct medicine from another pharmacy but had I taken what was given to me incorrectly from CVS I could have had severe side effects including seizures. Please do NOTTTT go here~~for your health!!!!

I received multiple notification that my medications was ready over the weekend I went Monday morning to pick it up and unlucky me I wake up early doing some painting in my house some paint fall on my hair and I did not notice it mind you I get to the store as always I hand out my ID instead of screaming my name the girl helping me says I don't want to touch your id there's covid and her mask was on her chin. So I questioned that quest what she says I'm sorry your medications are not ready ... she hold my medications y'all this is incredible how they treat people that making their business run . I thank God for having option where my meds can come home to me instead of getting devalued by people that has no idea of who you are...

This is the worst pharmacy you can go to. They are rude and do not know what they are doing. They gave me my prescription 7 times over the dosage I was suppose to get. Thank God I followed up with my doctor before taking it or my unborn child and I would have overdosed. My advice go somewhere else. I will never again go to this place.

So this place is known for the bad customer service in the Pharmacy department, but today they out did themselves. Me and my family arrive right before they closed, they had just finished attending a customer and literally in our face when they were done they pulled the gate down and closed we were the last ones there, I told them I needed a prescription for my daughter who had left the hospital and they told me I couldn’t helped kind you my fighter had Medicaid they didn’t even have to cash me out. I stood there as they ignored me, it would of taken them an extra 2 mins to help me out and they didn’t, didn’t bother to think what if this patients life depends on the medication or nothing in the nature of customer service skills they all proceeded the staff behind the pharmacy register to complain about there 14 hour shift and how they didn’t need to attend to anyone further more, all sarcastic and rude. Then I looked for the store manager Gabriela who was less of a help I explained the situation and stated “ there’s nothing I can do” as she was laughing and playing around at the register. Corporate will hear from me !

There is always a long wait when ever I go to this Pharmacy it doesn't matter if I'm dropping off or picking up a prescription. I won't just say that they are understaffed because it be a lot of workers. But only one person for pick up and one person for dropping off. They need more workers upfront taking care of the customers then in the back.

Today I went to pick up my fathers prescription and I was told the system was down and I can go to a nearby location and they can pull it and fill it. I was going to wait to see if the system was going to come back up but I thought what if it doesn’t and they close and then my dad would have to be in pain until tomorrow. I drove to the next location only to be told that the original CVS had to release it before they can fill it. The very nice lady said I can just call them and have them release it. I said ok. She was on hold about 10 mins and no one answered.I decided to call from my cell phone and the store manager says oh the system is back up. I said I’m already at another location can you just have the pharmacy pick up the phone so they can talk to this location and release the prescription from their system? He said hold on and put me in the same holding que that the lady helping was in. So now I decide to drive back to the original CVS. Now I wasted my time, gas and my dad is still waiting on the medicine. I walked back to the pharmacy where there was a long line but I waited patiently. When it was turn I asked for the medicine and someone in charge. A young lady came out and said how can she help me? I explained what happened and instead of apologizing she went back and forth me about how it’s not their fault and it’s not a training issue and was very defensive. I felt like this was not the way to handle a customer. I work in customer service and have worked in it for over 20 years. This location really needs more training or replace the employees they have. The store manager was of no help and was heard wanting to close the store early. I would NEVER shop at this location or have my dad fill a prescription there ever again. I wonder why someone in their corporate office won’t do something. I’m sure they get all the complaints and won’t do anything about this store. I will be calling them Monday morning! I wish I give zero stars.

This is the worst pharmacy I go to. The lines are ridiculous, and the cashiers are slow. It takes them forever to find prescriptions because they are never in the right place. Totally disorganized. They need better management or a whole new staff!

This CVS is the WORST!The parking is horrible! Your prescriptions are never in stock. They always have to order your meds. And whenever you come inside (because they don't have a Drive Thru), there's always a long line. Doesn't matter what time of day you go, it's always busy!

The worst treatment I have ever got mia yelled at me and told me to take me scripts somewhere else and I asked for a supervisor and she told me do I think her supervisor was gonna spend her and to come Thursday. She spoke to me is such a bad way I felt horrible. I will never fill my scripts there again

Worst Cvs pharmacy ever. I work in the medical field my self.... the customer service is a joke here. "Were a very busy pharmacy " not a legit excuse for screwung up multiple times I switched to Walgreens :) super long lines every time slow service and people with attitudes they dint call you back if something goes wrong bc "they are really busy" lol

I am extremely dissatisfied. customer service for the pharmacy is ridiculously rude. They place you on hold for extremely long periods of time and respond rudely. They need to understand that having a job is privilege and they can be replaced. I am definitely going to contact the BBB for this location on 7th ave and 119st in miami, fl.

Very bad customer service. I called the pharmacy and was on hold for 1 hour. when I got to the store while on hold, Martin told me that they weren't answering the telephone, but yet someone answered me. A pharmacist from another pharmacy requested to talk to one of the pharmacy at this location and neither David or Rosemary came to the counter. Very disorganized, medicine is always missing they have to do duplicates, and medicine is always out of stock.

If I could have not given this store/location any stars I would have. This place is the worst! Customer service is bad, long lines, long wait times & forget about trying to call! They Never answer the phone & when they do they hang up in your face.. Worst Pharmacy Ever!
