Very spacious plenty of parking. They offer shoes and clothing and ironing boards and foods and containers and cleaning supplies and toys and stuffed animals Also birthday party supplies and birthday cards and greeting cards. There are a lot of self checkout spots but many are missing the scanning guns. If you can find an assistant, they are helpful when they come. Also hair salon and even a glasses optometrist. Really offers so many things. Towels, sheets, bedding and more.

This store went from ghetto to boujie lol. I used to avoid going to this store because of their long, ridiculous lines, and you can never find anything. But now I was actually shocked at how much it changed. Everything was organized, and the fitting room was open. The quality has gone up, and prices are still great. I also went inside to pick up my online order, and they attended me quickly. I forgot I was in a Walmart and felt like I was in a department store in a mall. I also loved the different displays they had. I literally felt like I was somewhere else 😆. Also i went on a Friday night at 8pm and no lines!!! I will definitely go back more. So, thanks for stepping it up.

It's always a jungle in here tons of people a bit overwhelming at times. You always find what you though. As long as cashiers are available the line is smooth. Better than the one on 79th.

I noticed of lately that the crowd of shoppers have decreased at the deli meal counter at this Walmart store. After buying an all chicken meal, I realized why. The overly floured tough skin was ladened with oil and fried to the bones with snippets of dried-out meat left. In doing the recent renovations, the store could have also used some of that money to hire competent cooks. Shoppers should not spend their money to get poorly prepared meals at the Walmart at 1425 NE 163rd Street, North Miami, FL

Thanks to good signage, I usually can find what I am looking for. However, it's difficult to get waited on at the deli counter. Displays are well maintained and help from employees has improved, even though they often take their breaks on benches in different departments while on their phones.

A visit to this Walmart can be pleasant if you come in the morning. There are pretty much no lineups. However afternoon and onwards can leave you waiting in line for over an hour and sometimes even more!The checkout cashiers are quite slow, and sometimes the line is so long that only when you wait and pull up to the cash - you realize it's 20 items or less, so be careful. Also make sure if you have a case of water - they actually scan it when you tell them, otherwise the receipt checking staff at the entrance will make you go back to the long line!The store is generally well stocked, somewhat clean with ok prices.

I assume the 5 people I asked for help were employees because they wore the uniform. They act like you're beneath them. "Excuse me can you help me..." Seems respectful enough, no? I'd add a photo of one of the eye rolls I got if they had spent enough time for me to capture it.

Repeatedly one of the worst experiences I have at a Walmart. after years of complaints above the delivery service, no one every answering their phone, to horrible customer serivce. Buyer beware and go to another Walmart.

The prices are low, but the cost is fewer selections. It is a micro-mall without a McDonald's, etc. Great hours. P. S. It is NOT legally in North Miami Beach, but in Miami-Dade County, to avoid local taxes, a common practice, as seen in the documentary THE HIGH COST OF LOW PRICES. (12/23'17)

I went to send money to my mother who is sick..The person helping the customers had a terrible attitude, I said good morning, she answered good morning in a bad way. I gave the information to whom the money was going and she made a mistake, understandable anyone can make a mistake, I told her that she had the wrong name and changed it and gave me to me for review the amount was wrong this time, that was not a problem it can be corrected. The problem was that when my son called me I answered the phone, she got upset and said that I could not answer the phone because I was in a federal protected area 🤣🤣🤣. I said if it is Walmart’s policy it needs to be displayed. There was no sign anywhere around the area, she refused to help me even after I hung up the phone. I asked her to call the supervisor which she did. Supervisor came and said the same thing. That it was a federal protected area 🤣🤣🤣 and they refused to provide me service, I asked the supervisor to call the manager and said that she was the manager🤣🤣🤣. I called Walmart headquarters for complaints and they told me that they were wrong NO FEDERAL PROTECTED AREA and that the supervisor was not the manager. Poor Trainining, poor manners, poor customer service, on top of it liars!

Regular walmart. Good availability of basic stuff and acceptable availability of specific items. Good option for Brazilian people looking for American stuff, like candies and a variety of of snacks.

I tried to pay in the self scanner area and started to scanning my third item and one of the employee came to check on me like I not scanned and item. She checked on my bag like I stole something she didn't found anything was wrong; never said sorry about. Always trying to do right thing any where. Walmart management training your employees to be sure to do the right ways to not offend your honest costumers.

They had several types of wood pellets on clearance, all rang up full price. Was told I have to go in back and take a photo and go to customer service to take care of it. I said forget it. Take the whole cart. I’m only buying the eggs and other items. Then they have no plastic bags. I ask for some. Sorry we have none. When lanes that have an attendant are full of bag.Terrible location and customer service. Walmart is at the bottom. Walked out with my $. Not going back

I don't frequent this walmart often, only when my car is being worked on at the Honday Dealership down the streets. This Saturday I was horrified with the service that I received. I walked up to the customer service with eight items, and there wasn't a cashier in sight, so I waited a few mintues, and a young girl under the age of 25 walked behind the counter, and she immediately noticed that I had over five items, so when I walked up to the registered I began grabbing my returns, and she didn't say good morning, hello. She said"maam you only allowed five items." And my response was that I was just here on last week Friday, and I had over ten items, and items to return. The older cashier did her job like we should all do when interacting with customers. She didn't say anything about having too many items,so I thanked her twice, and I appreciated the service that she render to me. So while I was shopping, I asked a cashier where is the spray starch, because it was moved to anothe isle, so her response was in such a degratory tone of voice."What, and I don't know what that is." Thank God for a male employee that was walking buy, and heard the whole thing, so he asked me to follow him to where the spray starch was. I then continued to shop, so I was looking for the seafood area, so I apporached another casher, and asked where is the seafood, and her respond was."What." I then said where is the fish, and she pointed me to the area. After I didn't like the young girl's demeanor on Saturday, I asked to speak to a manager, and I waited ten mintues before I called customer service, and while I was on the phone explaining what had transpired the manager showed up, she walked up to me, and didn't say good morning, or how can I help you her response to me was can I help you." and I reponded."I don't want to talk to you anymore, because you took to long to come see about me, and that I am on the phone with customer service. She got up said, and in front of customer she went on a tirade, and said."You don't have to get an attitude with me, because I was with another customer, and you not the only one in the store, maam you don't have to be rude to me." And I responded that"You work for walmart not me, and if I'm being rude to you, I am the customer, and you supposed to professional at all times. The representative heard the back, and forth between the manager, and myself, and asked me their names. The young cashier complied, but the manager said."I'm not giving you my name." I was horrifed with the manger's behavior in front of the customer, She needs some interpersonal skills, because she dosen't know the first thing about great customer service. If I was of haitian decent, or white asian, I would not be writing this review, but becuse I am an african american, I feel as thought why she didn't handle my situation in a more professional manner.My favorite walmart to shop is 17601 nw 2nd ave, the cashiers, and the manager are the best, they are always professional, but I can't say that about some of those females in the deli. I don't visiting the deli, because I always have to repeat myself with them when I want to order, and it's very frustrating, because it makes me feel asthought they are not listening, and they are alway talking, and moving slow as if I don't have anything else to do, but to wait on them. I will be shoping at this walmart on Saturday, because I have to take my Honda back to the dealership, and I pray that I will have a better experience, and the manager have a better understanding that she must always be professional, because she represent walmart.A manager called me on Tuesday in reference to the incident on Saturday, I could talk to her at that time because I was listening to my assistance principle talking on the PA, so therefore, I asked her if I could call her back, and she resplied yes, but I have been calling for the last four days, and the number on my phone, no never picked it up.

This review is for the tech dept. I came in a couple days before Thanksgiving unsure of which product I needed. DWAYNE was extremely friendly and helpful. He chatted with me to try and see if he could help me pick a product. He went to the back to bring me multiple options. And even at the end of my purchase, he ran up to the register “wait! This one’s cheaper!” I’ve never had service like this at a Walmart and was so surprised and happy he was helping me that day!

I don't know why I bother doing an online delivery order because every time I do a Walmart order from the 1603 Street Walmart in North Miami Beach Florida I always have a problem getting a delivery to my house cause they can never find a driver to deliver items to o people house I had to I rescheduled my order to be delivered to my house because they don't know how tohave people there to do delivery

This Walmart is actually okay to shop at. My go to Walmart usually has a line that hits the clothing isle. I gave this one a chance and it really is not that bad. They usually are not stocked up all the way sometimes. But the lines are bearable. They have a self checkout part that the line moves pretty fast and the workers are pretty on point. The prices have gone up but you still find somethings that are close to the old price.

Purchased my order online. Next day I receive an email that it is ready to be picked up. I drove 1+ hr in traffic to pick up my order only to find out they had sold my item to somebody else. This company and their logistics are an absolute joke! Consider yourself warned

Walmart as a whole has to do better especially the one in nmb, FL. I entered the store around 8:00 pm to purchase a shower curtain rod. Im not sure if it's normal protocol to restock 3 hours before closing by pulling out the entire inventory and completely blocking all access to the bath section. I try my best to avoid walmart and today reminded me why. Target would never!!!!

2 hours to check out...not enough employees and a poorly managed store. Also, much of the common items were not on shelves. Many bare shelves that were difficult to manage due to the main areas being blocked by pallets of stuff. Just chaos...

Try to get someone to answer the phone. Is a joke. Trying to help a girl that is in trouble and I am in different state. Picked every number and let it ring until it disconnected then called the pharmacy to ask for help to get me to talk to a manager of the store and hung up on me then called back several times and they just picked up the phone and hung up. Told the girl I was try to get help for a girl and all she could do was hang up ….. so much for human kindness

There needs to be more personnel at the cashiers.. self checkouts is enforceable. Perhaps the exception; the holidays I see more humans assissting humans. In overall low prices.
