Publix has been my ultimate destination for all my needs! It's consistently clean, and the majority of the staff are incredibly friendly. A big shout out to deli staff. Despite the bustling atmosphere, Everyone always greets customers with a smile and ensures they're well taken care of. Attentively listens to and fulfills customer requests. Huge thanks to staff and Publix for their exceptional service!

One of the best shops for fresh groceries. The layout is convenient, prices are a bit higher than the completion however quality is present. The staff is welcoming especially in the bakery. Great shopping experience and clean aisles.

My husband and I have been a Publix Customer for decades. This past month my husband had a small issue with bags w holes and not opening properly. Asked a simple question of the person overseeing the self-check out. "Do you have other bags they are not opening?". The employee ended up showing my husband wet napkin telling him, she put the napkin there to wet the fingers to grab the bag. 1. I dont think this is hygienic 2. Why not get a new set of bags? When my husband had issue with her response. She went on to say "nothing is perfect". 😯 very rude. My hysband left a but upset abd asked for the customer care #. We still decided to not say anything until this week the same lady came to ask for a donation. My hisabnd let hey know she was rude last time and is asking for money this time. Again she was rude. Did not like my husbands response. Still rude my husband went to a manager to let him know the lady was rude and explained the situation. The manager glazed over the "rude" complaint and defended his employee explaining ask8ng for donations is her job. Obviously it would have been cool for him to address the reall issue. We are philanthropists and donate quite a bit. This wouldve been an easy "yes" if not for the employees previous attitude

Manager Ika and cashier Johana humiliated me today at this Publix. I left in tears. Called their CS #. Was in a long waiting customer service line when this woman standing behind, cuts me off & goes in front me saying she was next. She was behind me the whole time. Johana cashier added fire into flame saying she was next and not me. She couldn’t see because she was on the other side helping in Lotto line. Manager Ika came I complained to her on her cashier Johana & she said nothing. No apology. She started assisting me w/return. In a middle of transaction she goes “Do you have another receipt?” I answred “You know we only get 1 purchase receipt not 2 and I gave you my receipt” She goes “You know what I’m just going to call police” I was shocked that on my simple answer she used her power to threaten me with police. Every time cashier doesn’t like your complaint or answer in this Publix they will threaten you customer with police. I told her go ahead and call police this isn’t a police matter but I was shocked, insulted & humiliated. I left the store in tears. Called CS to let district manager know how this store bullies its customers.

Man, I usually love Publix but this one is... just lacking that customer service. The employee who made my sub today looked SO unhappy with life, I don’t even think I got a smile out of them.. they made one of the worst pub subs I think I’ve ever had. It was a chicken tender one too and good lord was I disappointed. All the filling falling out, cut it before wrapping it.. it was just a mess. To top off my disappointment, when I got home and ate the sub.. in my last few bites I found a black hair 😩 I definitely WONT be coming to this Publix again…

I tried every cake from the bakery and my favourite is strawberry Dulce de leche and I always go there every other day for fried chicken . Today I got super lucky with fried chicken because usually at 8 pm they are mostly like sold out and today they had just freshly drumsticks I think it is because of Saturday night , but weekday s fried chicken gets sold out by 8:30 pm . I am always stressed to get there before that time , time to start cooking my own air frier chicken I quess

The area of North Miami Beach has an amazing shopping center as Jerry's on San Diego California ...is call Publix close by one of the biggest Jewish area in Dade County, Publix offers a great costumer service and is divided by different sections making it unique ,I do think that they should extend the KOSHER sections for been nearby the Jewish community

Surprisingly Publix can’t get merchandise to fill the Store right before Christmas 2021! Many sign “ Limited to two item per household” What is going one now? If Publix is unable to get products for their store, is a BIG RED FLAG for all of us. We are living like in a third world country now where pampers and juice for kids are scarce! My favorite store for over 30 years is Publix, and it doesn't matter where I am. I always step into Publix. They do not allow a dog to be seating in their shopping car. Fine. Is the dog allowed in a encage stroller?? we don't know, yeah, but soon we will test how they treat us (as Bruce, my dog is a services dog). Let see. I stepped into the pharmacy at this location with few questions about the Cov-19 vaccine. The attendant was so rude that literally, I was in shock. Is it possible that now because we have a mask and feel psychologically isolated in the pandemic's name, the need for rudeness?? Publix management should address to their employees that "where shopping is a pleasure" begin with kindness and excellent customer service. Enough that we pay few cents more just for the pleasure of shopping at Publix!

Everything was actually good until this day I always order subs me and my family but my son found an object in his sub we were to far away to turn around but I will be getting in contact with the store manger because my son could’ve choked while eating his sub luckily he caught the object in time to spit it out or things would’ve went left.

Came here to rent a carpet cleaner machine. When you come through the door, make sure to go straight to customer services, and tell them you want to rent the carpet cleaner machine. They were very helpful in explaining and answering all my questions. They unlock the machine from its storage place. You wheel the machine back to customer service where they take down your personal info and driver license. You pay for the rental up front ($29.99) and that's it. You got to return it within 24hrs.I bought the 48oz Oxy Carpet Cleaner ($14.99) with it. The 48oz was more than enough for the 3 bedroom carpet I needed to clean. Using the machine is very simple. The steps are also shown on the machine itself. Some really dark spots came out instantly. If not, a few more passes usually does the trick. All said and done this project cost me $29.99 for the machine and $14.99 for the carpet cleaner liquid. Still cheaper than hiring a shady service company. Plus, when you do it yourself you do a better quality job.I brought the machine back the same day, as it only took me a few hours to complete the job, with me even taking my sweet time and not rushing it. When you bring it back, just wheel it back to customer service and they tell you to just leave it there and that's it. Overall happy with this experience, and didn't have to deal with shady companies to get the job done.

Customer service is bad. Even though there are signs on the door, employees still allow customers to come into the store with dogs that aren't service dogs. No one to help a customer that was looking for an item on an aisle.

It was good EXCEPT PEOPLE CONSTANTLY PARKING IN THE DROP OFF CIRCLE!! THEY PARK, LEAVE THEIR CARS TO GO INTO THE ATORE TO SHOP. SOME JUST SIT IN THEIR CARS WAITING FOR PEOPLE AND REFUSE TO MOVE!! THIS ALWAYS CAUSES FRUSTRATION & SOMSTIMES ESCALATED CONFLICT PEOPLE PEOPLE!! I USE IT TO DROP OFF THINGS TO BE RECYCLED... THEY NEED TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM ADDRESSSED WITH AN ON SITE SECURITY GUARD & LOCAL POLICE

Very clean, organized, and well stocked for a very busy store. They need to carry more water, but everything else is stocked properly. If something isn't on the shelves, the staff go out of their way to get it for u from the back. Or let u know when it is arriving the next day.

She replied to bad go to another publix..Usually, Publix has good customer service. But I was shocked and surprised to be treated like this. I will not return to this branch.

The publix in Skylake plaza is my go to publix. . I usually have a big order for the deli people and I usually always have Paul helping me, he is amazing. He always has a smile on his face and something positive to say. Always asks how the family is doing. He definitely goes above and beyond to make my experience amazing. The highlight of my trip to Publix for sure. He keeps me coming back.
