Everyone is always helpful in this Walgreens and most especially the pharmacist, Mark! He's very kind, and works hard to answer my questions and fill my prescriptions. I wish there were more pharmacists and pharmacies like this!February 2024 - I had to take time to update my review. I have been dealing with Laurinda, a pharmacy technician, and can't say enough great things about her! Like the pharmacist, Mark, she takes time to answer the questions, explain new prescriptions that I have received and always does so with a smile. Huge shout out to Laurinda!

We have tried for 30 minutes to talk with a real human being about a product and it would not allow us. This is terrible that someone won’t just pick up the phone. Not even worth a 1 star rating.

I see that there are reviews complaining about customer service. Maybe I just haven't been a patron here long enough but my experience has been great. My husband, kids, and I started coming here a few months back and this place is WAYYYY BETTER than our previous Walgreens in Kearney Nebraska.1. On several occasions now the pharmacist has gone above and beyond to help us get our diabetic meds/supplies located and filled. Even if they couldn't fill it, they still went out of their way to find a place that could. This has happened at least 3x now.2. They have always been quick with filling our bottles. Typically within 20 minutes. Our flu shot appt took a long time but that hasn't been our norm.3. They do not judge or treat you like a criminal for the meds you take. I have two controlled substances that I've taken as directed, with no problems, for 14 years. No matter how consistent I was, my previous WG always treated me horribly. I even caught them in lies about my meds. My doctor did too. But this WG, here in Nokomis has never treated me poorly. No matter which Rx I'm filling, controlled or not, their kindness is never contingent upon which medication I'm filling.Now I did witness one tech yell at a patron one day but only after the patron had screamed at him for not having some 150 pain pills all in stock at once. The customer was furious and treated this tech badly and the tech finally put his foot down. The customer deserved it.I have never worked with a pharmacy with such kind staff. This will keep us returning. It's nice getting my Rx filled without having massive anxiety about it.

Mark the Pharmacist is Awesome and will answer all your questions!! Karl and Becca are always helpful at the Walgreens in Nokomis, FL and greet you with a smile!! I love that place and I take all my guests to that store for everything!!

I had to have pictures done for a memorial service, we went to CVS on 41 and Venice Ave. We were treated with such disrespect from the lady at the cashier is was astounding, needless to say we came in your store greeted by your wonderful employee Natalie , she could not have gone out of her way for us, she was the most kind wonderful person helped us through everything as she waited on other customers the same way. I will only go to Walgreens now , it is important to have employees that represent your business this way. CVS is awful will never shop there again and will tell everyone about our experience.

Clerk was gabbing back by photo area and I had to search for him. There were maybe 2 customers in the store. He rudely told me they do not price match for a $4 difference! With CVS and Publix right across the street, I do not have to tolerate a "cranky franky"

This walgreens wouldn't accept my return even though the item was purchased last week from another walgreens and I had my receipt. No return accepted because they didn't carry the item in that specific store. He told me I had to go back to the original store I made the purchase from. Rediclious.

Chaos. Arguing with patients through the drive thru, rudeness and unprofessional is by young snotty pharmacy techs….. Walgreens is on every corner! I’m choosing another store. What happened to kindness and customer service? Right out the window!

The ladies in the pharmacy really need to smile. They look and act like the most miserable people. They are also rude and uncaring. If you can go to CVS in Osprey. They are great but Florida Blue doesn’t work there. So sad.

Constantly lose prescriptions, claim doctor never called. (Dr. has records of every call). Good location, but if you need prescriptions and don't want to have to call them and your doc multiple times, go somewhere else.

Sold me EXPIRED baby formula then refused to give me a refund when I brought it back. Store manager lied about not being able to find the transaction in her logs from two days ago. Impossible! Expired product on shelves. Lies to customers. Stay away!!

Pharmacy has the worst customer service. I sat in the drive thru for at least ten minutes with two cars behind me and just left after the two women wouldn't even acknowledge my presents

I live just a few blocks from Walgreens,so I go there often.I'm always greeted with a "Hello" by the friendly and helpful staff..One of the employees "Natalie", is one of my favorites..She is like having your own shopping buddy, by your side!!She helps with finding the right make up shades,hair dye,always makes sure I'm aware of the current sales.etc Walgreens did a great job hiring her,she goes above and beyond great customer service & always makes my shopping experience enjoyable!!!;)

The pharmacy did not give me all my medicine. They shorted me some pills on two differnt prescriptions. This happened before, also. Will not be back there ever again.

Josh was most helpful resulting in a much larger sale for Walgreens and my being able to provide my neighbors with Covid items that have been in short supply .
