This is the cutest ice cream shop with the BEST ice cream flavors. I had the gator tracks and midnight espresso one day and that was so good I went back and got the snickers and the kahlua crunch the following day! Charming owners! You’ll love this place!

Great. All around great.On vacation and wanted ice cream. Was in the area so gave it a try. The variety will have you staring and asking questions, still unable to choose.Just pick something. We had three flavors and all were good. Hoping to return again before going home.Also if 1 scoop seems expensive just know they are giant scoops. You won't be disappointed

The ice cream and milk shakes here are absolutely amazing! The service is great as well. Super friendly staff. Nice rocking chairs outside to sit in and relax and enjoy your tasty treat. Conveniently located near Nikomis Beach. Definitely worth checking out if you live in the area or are visiting.

Been staying at Casey Key for years, and my husbands parents live in Venice.. needless to say we’ve tried a lot Ice cream! Hands down this is THE VERY BEST! I have many allergies, so when dairy came up.. I thought my ice cream days were over- NOT SO!!! I absolutely can’t say enough about the strawberry lactose free or the gelato! Just left the area & headed home to KY, craving it now!!! Great staff, environment, price absolutely reflects the quality, and they give such large portions! 5 Stars isn’t enough in my book! We’ll see ya next yr!

This place is awesome! Anna and Charlotte are great. Wonderful customer service. The Ice Cream is to die for, many flavors to choose from and ill be back. Clean restrooms and handicap accessible ramp. Dine in or take out, or chill out front while you enjoy your homemade ice cream. They have hotdogs as well. Tell em Sony sent ya.

Great local ice cream shop made me feel very welcome. The young gentleman with the blondish brown hair was extremely courteous and customer service was on point with Chick-fil-A. Very accommodating anything to please the customer. The gentleman with the bowl cut dark hair on the other hand was very rude. Pumpkin swirl Milkshake was very good.

I purchased ice cream here on Saturday 6/24. I wasn't impressed. I ordered 2 flavors and neither one had very many nuts. Flavor was good and service was great. I would not recommend butter pecan or coconut almond. My friend got a Sunday with peanut butter sauce and they were here scimpy with the sauce. Not a good value for the price!

Just moved to the area in February and already have been here several times . Asked my fiance why after we have been dating almost 6 years am I finally finding out about this place .He said he saved all the great places for when I eventually moved here.What a gem for vacationers and snowbirds that stay near this ice cream shop . They can walk from most of the Airbnbs and rentals in the area, there are quite a few rocking chairs to sit and relax and enjoy your frozen treat .What a huge selection of amazing flavors. So far the Banana crunch, Kailua Krunch, Rum Raisin , Blue Berry Cheesecake are a few of our favorites. I think I saw take home sizes as well. But that takes the fun out of going for ice cream .They are dog friendly outside and don't forget to ask for a pup cup.Friendly staff every visit and very clean..

Customer service is important and I just experienced the 2 most rude little girls at probably their first job. No smile, curt, and flat out annoyed at having to serve me getting 2 cups to go for my grandsons. Do me a favor, teach them how to serve with a smile. You’ll be doing yourself and them a favor. I’ve cream was great and my kids were happy.

Very generous portions for a fair price. Delicious! I had chocolate brownie ice cream and bought extra walnuts. I highly recommend this place if you want delectable ice cream in large portion sizes. Employees were nice, and the restaurant was clean.

My entire family has been visiting Casey Key for a few summers now and always enjoy our time. We normally end each evening with a cup of ice cream from Sweet Melissa’s while enjoying the rocking chairs out front. Unfortunately, we were very turned off by one of our visits during this past week of June 5th. One evening there were 2 young ladies working behind the counter and one of them was wearing a very inappropriate outfit for serving a family oriented ice cream shop. The young lady had on a pair of cut off denim shorts that were so short, her buttocks cheeks were showing. So as she turned around to make a sundae or milkshake, at the back counter, she was giving everyone a full view. It definitely became uncomfortable when a group of teen boys came in and were very thrilled by the young girls outfit. There’s a time and place but not at a family ice cream shop.

This place is easy to miss if you didn't know about it. It's along a busy thoroughfare to the beach in a nondescript building. Fortunately, we were with locals who insisted we stop for a scoop or two. So very glad we did. With more delicious flavors than a B&R 21 flavors, Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream was wonderful. The 2 ladies dishing out the goods were friendly and generous with their servings and we got to sit ourside and watch passersby pointing at us as we ate our delicious ice creams.

This has got to be one of the best ice cream places I have ever been to. It's an old school ice cream flavors that are real. This place is very clean the prices are very fair for what you get. I would highly recommend swinging in and grabbing some ice cream here.

This is the best ice cream shop I've ever been to...and I've been to a LOT! So many flavors, toppings and options. Friendly staff and the owner was so nice! He made sure my little girl was all set with sprinkles (free of charge) and a pink spoon! Best ice cream ever! I highly recommend the Kalua Crunch!
