They said a full groom included ear plucking and nail trimming but wasn’t done. My doodle’s face was cut uneven and ears were cut short. They said because of matting. They should have called to ask before they cut them. $207 for a standard doodle. I was going to give them another chance but the groomer never called me back, like she said she would to schedule the next appointment.

Took my Golden doodle there three times and it was the quickest most rudest encounters I’ve had with a dog groomer. They want to get your dog in and out quick, not thorough. They do not clean out their ears or trim the nails properly. Each time my dog came back with uneven hair as well. I would not recommend!

They don't really know how to groom large dogs that need a professional groomer. They can however give your dog a haircut but that level of expertise is not worth $170. Our Old English Sheepdog was butchered even for a summer cut. It's one thing to claim he was matted, which he wasn't going in, it's another to shear him so unevenly it will take months to grow out. I recommend them if you have a short haired dog that needs an expensive bath. This is our 4th OES by the way.

This was our first groom for our Wire Hair Fox Terrier puppy and what a wonderful experience for her! Finding a groomer with the knowledge and patience to care for a wire is a feat in itself! Nicole came highly recommended by another groomer in the area and we are so grateful for the referral. I highly recommend PrisSea Paws. It is worth the 90 minute drive down that dreaded I75!

I’ve been going every 6 weeks for a few months for both my dog and my mother’s dog, the owner texts me last minute that she can only see one dog for the scheduled date that we booked long in advance. her prices are way to expensive for the quality of work and what is asked. Let me also add that at the latest visit there was a price increase with no notice at all. Very unprofessional and sad.

Sam is the best. She does a wonderful job on our boy Ruben. He has never liked getting a bath but doesn't mind going to see Sam, when he comes home he looks and smells so good. They always run on time and you don't have to leave your pet for long periods of time. Highly recommend.

First of all, Callie is a bichon...and a puppy. It adds up to a lot of work to keep her looking good, but Nicole understands the dog and the client and finds the best cut for each of her dogs. She has the professional background and experience combined to bring Callie into her best "look!" Callie is groomed regularly and is happy to come for her spa days! SaraLee, our yorkie, is pretty easy in comparison but she, too, is a beautiful example of Nicole's work!

Prices are way out of line , double what good groomers charge in Englewood Fla $140 a dog vs $70 a dog.We needed them done as we had to miss our appointment in Canada due to storm damage , unfortunately, we went there.Our regular groomer had us in December for grooming we couldn’t wait till then.2 dogs the same breed , one had her ears trimmed the other , one was left long and shaggy!The reason for the high price I was told was that they weren’t left there all day , that’s their excuse .The other groomers only take 3 hours , not the whole day also.Not impressed , will NEVER go back or recommend them!

Nicole is extremely passionate about what she does and her talent for grooming is unmatched. She has been grooming my dogs for the past 15 years and people have always stopped to ask me who my groomer is. My standard poodle leaves her shop looking absolutely impeccable as if he’s ready to be shown. Her facilities are clean and her staff is always polite. She is a consummate professional and her fees match her services. She is worth every penny!!! Your dog will be in a stress free environment and leave looking like a show dog!

Took our 3 month old maltipoo in for her 1st cut. I know she was probably a handful but the cut was not even and almost none off her neck and face. When I took her home my wife was not happy and called back in to see if they would let us bring her back in to touch up the uneven areas. After paying $70 bucks for a puppy trim and then being told NO you can't bring her back in for a touch up the next day I will will not be going back. I have never had a groomer not willing to touch up a dog after a cut. Very disappointed in the customer service. Girls were nice in person, place was clean.

Nikki Cecil is the most talented and patient groomer I have ever met! Lol she loves animals like they're her own children and her love makes her job 10x better. I loved my experienc here. She did such a great shop deshedding my dog two weeks out and he still doesnt have much hair coming off him usually I get a bunny size fluff ball a week with my old groomer. Cant wait take my dog back!

Worst groomer i've ever been too !!! Stay away from this overpriced groomer per charging me $180.00 and not completing the grooming job !!! She couldn't groom my Airedale's legs nor clip his nails !!! Disgrace !!!
