Great vet! I just moved down with my pup and the vet took his time and explained everything and anything to me and answered my million and one questions. I love that he didn’t just dictate what my dogs treatment plan would be but rather have us options and told us not just the cost but the pros and cons of each treatment.

What a great experience! All of the staff are so friendly and accommodating.My dog Grace had a great experience too. After she was seen by Dr Jack she was so relaxed and just layed down in the lobby while he chatted with me.The effort to social distance was also notable. The staff was great at communicating when to arrive and how to proceed.

We absolutely love Nokomis Vet Clinic! I have been using them for four years with my little terrier and my doxie and have never had a bad experience. Incredibly accommodating and understanding-I work retail management and my schedule changes often and I’ve had to miss appointments and reschedule and they are always incredibly understanding. We see them every few weeks for tech appointments and they take phenomenal care of my boys. The front office is kind and knowledgeable and the vet is amazing. Absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a primary care vet-they treat your babies like their own!

Dr. Jack is an awesome vet, however his front desk help is far from acceptable. They " dismissed" my 14 yr. old dog from the practice with no explanation. We never had any trouble there of any kind. The prices are great there. The main gal at the front treated me unfairly . Never gave us any notice. Incredible. Extremely disrespectful. I wrote Dr. Jack a very kind letter. Never received a response nor my pets records. Something has changed there and its not good.

I can not say enough great things about this vet. Everyone in the staff are amazing. I took a glider I rescued from a horrible situation there and they treated her like she was their own. They tried their best to make her better but unfortunately she was too far gone to be saved but they did give me a little extra time with my baby. Even upon calling to let them know she passed away yesterday they were extremely kind and caring. I would recommend this vet to anyone looking for a caring vet and extremely reasonable prices.

If I could give no stars I would. It is not even the doctor himself it is his front office staff. I called multiple times last weekend trying to get my dog in who has severe allergies and other issues. All I was told from the front desk was to change his diet. I insisted that he was losing weight and not himself. They said they would call me back and never did… I had to call them and again was told to try this new food. I went to the office and showed them a video of how bad my dog looked and how he was not breathing correctly. The front desk dismissed me saying try the food. As soon as I got home I had to take my dog to the emergency vet where I was informed, he had congestive heart failure and his lungs were so full of fluid my only option was to euthanize him. I will advise anyone to go to any other vet but this one.

The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Landess was great with walking me through what was wrong with my rat, and what the next step needed to be. They squeezed me in on a very busy Saturday (today 2/4/17) without charging extra. Actually, they gave me a break on a lot of the prices and really helped me out. If you're looking for a friendly vet clinic with a warm staff and a great vet, this is it.

Completely top notch. Dr. Landess was so thorough and kind with our special needs dog. I love that he took the time to play with him outside to see the "real" dog and not the nervous dog. Would highly recommend.

I LOVE NOKOMIS VETERINARY CLINIC!!!!!!!! Dr Jack is exceptional! I would have lost my very young 2 year old dog had it not been for Dr Jack and his knowledge, skill and care. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to find new and better treatments. He calls to follow up on conditions. The staff in so friendly and always able to take the time for questions. I trust them all with my furry kids life. My furry kid had his 5th birthday thanks to ALL of them. I Very Strongly Recommend Them!!!!!!

Best Veterinary service around! They take the time to talk with you. To find out exactly what is going on with your pet. You feel as if you are a part of their family. My dog has complicated issues and they are the reason he is still alive and happy. I highly recommend them.

This has been a great vet for my dog. The service is friendly and the facilities are nice. The front desk staff can answer most questions easily. A lot of procedures are handled with a tech visit, which is cheaper.
