I have been going here for 20 years. You can't walk five feet without being helped. They have most everything you need. I always feel like I got the better deal when I walk away from this store, because even though I only paid the same price I would have at Homeless Despot for most things, the service and convenience of their staff is always an HUGE value added. I recognize the same faces I have seen for years, and take solace in knowing these pros are dedicated to their job. I hope they never change.

My fo to place for when I need to do some work at the house , Albert has a wonderful staff that is always able to help find what I need and offer instructions and help when I have questions, Tom is a jack of all trades that has been instrumental in helping me figure out a lot of things that I sometimes can't on my own

I love the simple fact that you get assistance when you really need it. I also love the fact that if you ask questions they’re not rude on giving you an answer they will help you out the best way they possibly can I come in this business they have great, and it’s clean. Very good work environment.

Probably the best local hardware store. Not nearly as big as something like Hall's in Milton FL, but a great selection of true hardware for repairs and building/crafting stuff. Much better selection than Lowes or Home Depot for fasteners, bolts, screws, brackets, copper/brass rods, and the like. Good selection of plumbing and electrical accessories and yard tools. Fair selection of paints and hand tools. Rare that I can't find what I need here. Also some unexpected things like one of the best selection of frisbee golf equipment around. My son and I have always found the staff to be very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful

This store is always clean and organized. The staff is what makes the difference between this Ace Hardware versus a big box chain. They are very helpful in helping you locate what you need so you can get back on the project you're working on in a timely manner. Keep up the good work. You all are an asset to the community.

Small Ace Hardware that always seems to have what I'm looking for. The friendly staff or store cat are always a charm and very helpful if asked. Difficult to get to if your heading east bound on John Sims Parkway. Try turning around in the middle lane when possible.

I definitely like going to this Ace location, especially out of the 2 in Niceville. The one up town after the Waffle House right before it turns into Valparaiso has an excellent manager! He is so nice and actually that store began carrying Milwaukee tools because of him. The other employees are all great as well. Very nice and helpful!

Giving 2 because they are helpful BUT...I left $5 on the rack while getting bolts and called them after I left and they said they found it and would hold it. The next week when I went in to get other items and I inquired about it, I was told they spent it on pizza and was not offered to get it back. If they knowingly take others money, what else are they doing? Will take my business somewhere else.

Their selection isn't bad for a local store, but their prices are high and the workers have very little knowledge but will try to lead you to believe they know what they're talking about. I've gone in with exactly the item I need to replace and they'll try to tell me I need something else. Or I sent my wife for a masonry screws and drill bit and they gave her a philips head drive bit. It's the closest hardware store, but make sure you know exactly what you need and then ignore what they tell you.

Although Chris is great the cashiers are extremely rude and give you the impression that they have somewhere better to be. I have waited on doing a review thinking that maybe they are just having a particularly bad day on that day but it has been for the most part consistent.

Staff is always friendly here. Always very helpful. They are adding a garden center, which will be wonderful!! I won't have to go all the way to Lowe's any more. They are the only place around that carries firewood year round.

No wait service..The people knew Their Store and Buisness VERY WELL! Even though I didn't know the names of all the things I was looking for because I'm trying to MacGyver a few things LOL, I gave a description of what I thought I might need and they took me right to it. And even if they didn't think what I needed where to help my scaled engineering haha oh, they said feel free to browse around and maybe you'll find something that might work for you. I'm at the dentist at work feel free to keep the receipt or be included in our registry in the computer and we will gladly accept a return. I highly suggest this business over Walmart or anywhere else because of the hospitality and it is a smaller store so there aren't a million things to look for or forget what you were even looking for to begin with

The employees hovered over us in an intimidating manner as if to imply that my friend and I were going to steal something, from a family owned store that I have been going to for 30 years.2nd, we were rushed to make a decision on certain products whether we wanted buy or not!.We had to get the clerk to make us some keys to leave us alone for 3 minutes so as we could finish up our business and leave...It was a, horrible experience.If there was a any other hardware store in town "I" would never go to that ACE Hardware store again.I can forgive someone who has made me feel bad, But I can't forgive the way that they made me feel bad spending my time and money in their store!!!..

The elderly man employee who tried to help us was very rude and pushy. He insulted us and threatened us. We were trying to buy an adapter plug for our generator and he immediately started accusing us of bad intentions in using our generator for our house if we lose power. But our house is set up with a transfer switch and is completely safe and legal to use. He told us he would be reporting us when he doesn’t even know our name or situation. Very offensive. He should be reprimanded for this.
