My review is for the grooming department specifically (though this pet sense is great to shop at and the employees are always kind and helpful too) I brought my teacup schnauzer puppy here for her first groom by a licensed groomer. She looked stunning and so smart when I picked her up. I could tell she had a good time too cause she ran under the doorway to go back to the grooming ladies.My pup had been spayed a month ago and due to her small veins she had two shave marks on both front legs making it appear she has boots on- lol the groomers worked around the shave marks and made her coat flow nicely. Thank you so much! Will drop off my other pooch here in the future for a bath and brush out for sure! (I added before and after photos- maybe should have taken more without her harness on but she looks fantastic!)

Searched the website first for my dogs food. It was instock and easy to find. The store is clean and organized. Employee was courteous.

Love the management at this store and the employees. They do have their cashiers doing side work and stocking but they are always on point when customers need help. Bigger chain pet stores have minimal customer service as a way to cut labor, you can't get a fish or live food when you go into those places. And I love that I can always find a bag or can of pet food on sale! I volunteer at shelters and love being able to bring in extra food.

The staff is wonderful there. It is more condense than PetSmart, but has a great selection at lower prices. Always have cats or kittens for adoption too!

I came in really defeated thinking i would not find my dog anything "birthday themed". The young lady behind the counter took me all over the store helping this dog momma spoil her pup. Not only did i find everything i needed, but the customer service was top tier.

The store is great. The grooming dept is awful. I have been trying to get my dog an appt for a week. Either dont pick up the phone or leave a message and never get a call back. Ever since the new groomer has been there, she isn't very good, wanting regular customers to come back.

Brand new store in Niceville! They have all of your pet needs. Fast and friendly service. They also have a grooming salon and some kittens for adoption.

I really want to give this location a 5, but I can’t specifically to warn customers of one specific employee that changes the environment of the work area. I have been going to this location since it opened prior to them opening grooming services (assuming due to the needs of qualified groomers unavailable). Just to get my beautiful Chloe her essential needs and wants of course (toys). Once they opened their bathing services only, not yet grooming. I said why not and gave it a try, that’s when we met CAMERON!!! ABSOLUTELY amazing, enthusiastic, and most of all you can tell she really cares. Chloe gets super excited the moment she sees her (maybe even over excited, which might not be so well figuring she isn’t as little as she was when she first went). To sum up the story they hired a groomer LILLY who is the opposite since day one. Very rude and seemed very bothered each time I come in. All to say why hire people that don’t have great customer service and don’t seem to enjoy what they do. Great store, great customer service from other members. People that you bring onboard to a team to just fill a position can take away from the whole stores potential. I’m sure there are many great loving caring groomers around that would love to fill that position. I really hate to stop going to this location and spending my money elsewhere due to one person, but I also don’t want to go to an hostile work environment that takes the frustration out on customers. Again all the members have always been amazing and have went above and beyond since my girl was a baby and greatly appreciate them and will not take that from this location. I will be reaching out to corporate in regards to this one concern to go more in depth of her saying aggressively to my face that Chloe can not come here anymore since I rather only have Cameron work with her. Which I believe wasn’t wrong for me to request since she only receives baths and I was willing to work around times best for Cameron’s availability. Again the customer service piece is lacking within one member of the team. I hope corporate and down the chain take the time to listen to the customers feedback to protect the integrity of the stores that they continue to build.

Just took my two dachshunds to Petsense’s Pet Salon in Niceville. I am beyond pleased with the service I received today! My dogs DESPISE getting their nails trimmed. I have taken them to almost every groomer in the area, including their own veterinarian. I felt defeated because no matter where we went, they were constantly flailing around. One of my dogs even had her nail cut so short at the vet that she was bleeding. Then I tried Petsense. I am SO relieved to finally have found a pet salon that won’t completely botch my dog’s nails, while keeping them A LOT more still than any other place has. I wish I got the girls’ names who took care of my pups today, but I just want to emphasize how amazing they both were! They were so gentle and patient with my dogs. Thank you times a million! I cannot recommend this place enough for nail trims!! We will be back!

My family has been coming to this location since it first opened! They love it and I recently went today and it’s my favorite pet store I’ve been to since I moved to Niceville. The employees were super helpful and nice, especially Austin, who checked me out.

I took my dog, Cooper, to the groomers at the new PetSense in Niceville. This is our new favorite place! It only took an hour! I highly recommend Cameron! She was so sweet and detailed about the entire process and the kind of treats she would be giving Cooper. He even received a little report card! 🐾🐶

More training is definitely needed here!!! The guy watched me walk in grab something and head to the counter...he then proceeds to go take the trash out as I'm standing at the counter. I'm looking at a little girl counting money who will not come help me said I have to wait on him! Needless to say, I will not be buying my pet products here!!!

Love having a decent pet store in the area that has grooming options and the prices are about the same as most! Love the adoption area as more people need to be aware of animals in the area in need!

I was not very impressed with selection of bird items, but the basics are there. Although the staff was very friendly and eager to help, most items seemed 2x the price I would pay for online. In my opinion, the space between aisles was also too much as compared to other pet shops I've been to. I would return to support this local shop however, I hope to see more inventory and a wider variety ofproducts.

My store never has the speciality food for my dog, called here and a nice young man put back some for me to pick up the next morning. It's a 25 minute drive but worth it. Store was clean and product in stock.

The lady who does my puppys nails is great, we are always bragging on her. However the woman who has now checked us out twice, has had some sort of comment each time. Appears being peed on isnt something she finds acceptable. Will not be going back.

Elizabeth at the Niceville Petsense location was so helpful. She helped me with a proper dog kennel size and offered to carry it for me to the register and then to my car. She had no idea I had a medical condition where I can’t carry over a certain weight so the fact that I didn’t have to ask was amazing. I also needed a no-pull harness they were out of but they got my name and number down to give me a call. I had been a retail manager for 16 years so I know great service when I see it. Thank you again, Elizabeth!!
