Awesome, staff was informative and helpful. They had the dog food we wanted when no one else had it. I seen quality items for pets at reasonable prices ( remember that if you buy cheap you buy twice , buy quality pay once ).Highly recommend this store.

Super helpful and knowledgeable employees. We go here for specialty dog food and have gone for specialty cat food as well. The staff are always willing to help and are eager to answer any questions you might have concerning dietary needs of your animals. They offer a loyalty program and on Tuesday’s they offer a military discount. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

The staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. This isn’t Walmart so don’t expect Walmart prices. That said don’t expect Walmart quality either. I was shopping for dog food and didn’t want to feed man’s best friend junk food. This store carries some of the highest quality pet food out there. Summary, great store for quality at a higher price. Is what it is.

The only place that sells English riding clothes in the area. If they don’t have your size they are happy to order. Surprisingly good size selection for not a lot of riding stables in the area. Very thankful it is here.

Different feel than most pet supply shops. They offer more supplies for birds and horses than most pet stores. I did feel they still had a large selection of products for household pets

The store was super cute. A bit on the pricey side but they had lots knick knacks, toys and trinkets. Good selection of high-quality dog food. I do wish they had a better variety of chicken feed, toys and snacks.

I've been to a lot of farm + pet stores, but this place has it all. A better selection then big box pet stores for cats and dogs even- things I've only seen on websites or in mail order catalogs. It's so nice to know if your pet needs something urgently, you'll likely be able to get it here instead of waiting for a delivery.

Great little local shop. The staff are very helpful and can help find most anything you could possibly need. They let you know about shipments and timing when they run out of things so you can swing by later to get anything that was out. Glad to have this shop in our area.

Been in here twice now. First time had a good experience, staff was really friendly and helpful. Went back today, and had a bad experience. I had a couple of questions about one of their products, the lady working was rude and kind of condescending. She never answered the questions and then just walked away part way through.

They have a very good selection of grain free dog foods. Every Tuesday is military appreciation day, 10% off! The staff may seem standoff-ish at first but give them a chance and they come around. Super selection for the horse enthusiast.

These girls are friendly, strong and helpful! Love the hay though it's quite pricey. The variety of horse feeds, dog, cat food and animal people gifts as well as riding gear is impressive for a small town like Niceville. Also one of a few within a 40 mile radius that sells horse feed and hay.

I Love this pet store. It has the the nicest employees it's the best pet store I've been to in this area and I've lived here my whole life. Pet land sucks compared to Laura's pet and horse store they have the nicest customer service and way more products to help. It's not just for horses. They have everything for any pet : )

Worst experience of my life. This lady kept following me and asking me if i found what i was looking for or if i was intent on buying certain things like i was thief or something. Every part of the store we went through she kept poping up and asking if what we were looking at, was what we were going to buy. She was weird and kept giving us dirty looks. It was only my second time in the store. But i guess this lady never heard of browsing before.I would of probably bought something but after her 5th time of poping up at us i was ready to go. I felt so uncomforable
