Hello,I loved this place the moment I walked in. The atmosphere and layout is great and very cute for a Boarding Spa. Jessica was so professional and sweet to myself and my Fur baby " Rumor.I'm rating 3 Stars because my dog has been having diarrhea every night while sleeping since he's been home since Saturday 😕. Jessica assured that he was given his food only and that he was good boy the whole time for 2 Nights, 3 Days. I'm not sure why this is happening.? Rumor is a 9 year old Chihuahua , very well housebroken. He doesn't Board alot and normally is with Dog sitter. I'm not sure what to think at this point. He's been boarded in the past and never did this after returning home. This is so weird. I'll have to call his Vet back and I guess have him evaluated. I rescued a dog who had not been treated right. He was supposed to be 30lbs, but is now almost 70lbs at 10 months. He has double dew claws and until they they can be removed they have to be trimmed. I used to be able to do it, but I am 60+ years old and cannot hold him long enough to do so. Groomer at Dog Gone Cute was extremely patient as he tried to bite and scratch. My dog had been scraching me up and digging due to long nails. I was afraid he would dig out and run away. She was patient and completed the nail trim. I am extremely grateful. We need more wonderful people in the world like her!!!THANK YOU!

It’s been almost a year since I’ve been going to Susie for my doodles’ grooming and I can’t say enough about how much they respond to her and what a fantastic job she does!! The staff is super friendly and they are well organized along with being clean and well maintained! So happy to have found Susie and Dog Gone Cute!!!

They totally changed. They did not follow any of our request and charged 40% more than last year. So disappointed. Photo2 today I still have last years picture photo 1..and showed it to Zach. Read last year review here..This is the best grooming my 12 year old schnoodle has ever had. And they accommodated our walkin status after 6weeks camping and beach hair. Price very reasonable. Thank you

Been bringing my dogs here for three years and never once had an issue. Yesterday I brought one of my three dogs in for a bath and a nail trim, and they did neither! His nails were not trimmed, and he still had dirt on his stomach. It's like locked him in a cage for two hours, then put perfume on him, charged me $80, and gave him back to me. I'm so disappointed. I called the manager and she was indifferent, she basically said "whatever" and she never once apologized. I don't know what they did with him for the two hours they had him, they certainly didn't bathe him or trim his nails. It breaks my heart. I've been brining my dogs here since they were 12wks old, and I always trusted them and they did a great job! Something has changed with this groomer. I'll never trust them and leave my dogs with them again. The manager said she'd credit me for the bath they never gave my dog, but that hardly matters at this point. I don't know what they did to my dog during the time they had him.I am so upset because they used to be so good with my dogs and I really trusted them. Something is different with this groomer now, and I won't be back. I do not recommend.

I tried out this salon after hearing lots of great reviews from friends. I met with the groomer April and she understood what my pets needs were and did the best job anyone has ever done on her haircut!! My entire family has said how beautiful she looks! I HIGHLY recommend this business and trust April 100% with my pup. Thanks April, I will definitely be back!

The absolute best groomer!!! He made my scruffy puppy into a handsome little man. This was my 7 month old cocker spaniel's first haircut ever and he absolutely adored the staff here. You can tell they took time and care to make sure he felt comfortable and loved. I was even able to get him his new favorite toy from their front shop and a treat for the ride home! We will definitely be back.

The grooming was fine. What I don't like is them determining AND adding a 15% tip on the bill. Last I remembered was it's the customer who determines the tip amount. Very, very unprofessional! Probably find a professional groomer next time.

Just relocated to the Niceville area. Stopped in to visit Dog Gone Grooming before scheduling appointments for my two Yorkies. The receptionist was very friendly and was able to assist me with my inquries. The shop was very clean and well organized. I scheduled them both for Express appointments a couple of weeks out. I received a follow up text reminder for their appointments. At drop off, I spoke with the groomers confirming their cuts. I received a call and text just as soon as they were finished. BOTH groomers did an AWESOME job!!! I would highly recommend them for your pet Grooming needs.

I'm honestly so upset. This was the first time I've ever gotten my dog groomed, as she's still under a year old. I did my research, and the reviews sounded great. I have an Australian Shepherd, who HAD beautiful long hair. I got a full grooming done, that included a hair cut. I was asked how short, I specifically said I want a light trim. She even wrote it down on the card. My dog is completely shaved down. Not just cut, but SHAVED. What Australian Shepherd has shaved hair? They're known for their luscious locks. I will never, ever take my dog here again. I will be investing in my own grooming tools, and doing it myself.

I’m giving a one star because I have to rate it in order to leave a review. I have been going here for over a year and I live in Bluewater Bay. They have always done an amazing job on our Bella. My friends who evacuated from Tampa (hurricane Ian) asked me to recommend a good groomer so of course I said Dog Gone Cute. They brought in their longhair Shitzu to be groomed asking for a trim and bath. We accidentally said blade #3 out of ignorance and misunderstanding. Was completely in shock when picking him up and he was shaved down to the skin. The lady in the front went over to the groomers and instead of bringing the lady that groomed him, she brought out Susie. She asked what the problem was, with an attitude. She asked if we had a before picture and I showed her and she was in shock. She said “let me go get his card”, came back and said that “it is labeled for number three with the teddy bear round face, what do you expect?!!” Mind you she said that with a very mean attitude. She showed me the lengths and I told her “well that is even longer than what he’s cut” and she said “no that’s what you asked for, in a yelling voice. My friend said to her you don’t have to be rude and talk to her like that. At that point it heard me talking louder than her. so I said “No, I asked for a trim and what blade number, I picked number 3 not knowing the difference. Sorry I’ve never had a Shitzu cut before or needed to pick a blade”. She told me “well apparently you don’t belong here!” So I said “fine I’ll never bring my dog here again or my friends and will leave a honest review”. As I’m walking out the door she yells “don’t you ever come back again”. I am devastated that it came to this all because of the groomer Susie having to scream at me in with terrible customer service in the store. I have made a call to the Grooming manager Amber and will report Susie. She’s clearly in the wrong business. I will also tell my military friends not to bring their dog there. This is not how you treat a customer.

Great service. I called after petsmart said I needed to make an appointment to get my dogs nails cut even though you can’t and they weren’t busy. The owner was so nice, told me when I could come and grinded my dogs nails amazingly. I highly recommend. I’d I lived in Florida I would use their service all the time.

They did a great job with my standard poodle, at a very reasonable price for a full bath and haircut ($85 before tip). I'm pretty particular about her grooming, and especially after this last time her ears and top knot are a great shape and the paws are perfection. It's so hard to get good shaved feet on webbed poodle toes, but if her feet aren't done right she gets burrs stuck in the hair between her toes. It's also the one thing I just can't manage to do at home with my own clippers. Just tickled by her beauty, as well as the customer service!

I've been bringing my Shepherd mix, Jaxs, here for several months now. He loves going to the groomer! They always tell me he is such a good boy, and he comes out looking fantastic. Highly recommend these folks to anyone that asks.

I would not take my fur babies any where else! They are treated so well and they always do such a great job!!! The staff are so kind and pleasant!I have two small dogs and one of my babies has seizures from strong anxiety, they take such great care of her and she is not put in crate like other places! She loves going there to see everyone!We are very happy here! They are prices are great too!

I usually don't write reviews but I'm beyond upset with the way they treated my dog at this location. We usually use Pet Smart but since our move, the closest Pet Smart is too far away. A friend recommended Dog Gone Cute and due to the good reviews, I decided to give them a try. I don't even feel like they deserve any star but unfortunately, that is not an option.The first visit was pretty good, they said they couldn't get Pixie's face because she was started to fuss and offered for me to bring her back another day to finish the cut. When I got there to pick her up, they managed to finish the cut which was great because they are 30 minutes away from me. Second time the cut was perfect and didn't have any issues. Third time, I was in a bit of a hurry and was hoping to pick Pixie up as soon as she was done. Dropped by at the time they said they should be done but the lady told me they need another 45 minutes and would call me. I sat an the parking lot and waited a whole hour and a half but no call came though so I decided to go in and see what is taking so long. Asked the counter lady if pixie was ready and she said yes and proceed to charge me. As she bought my dog out she told me Pixie lost one of her nail because it got stuck on the muzzle they put on her. I was so upset when I found out I was lost of words. She had no problem charging me full price of course and made sure that happened before I found out my dog was hurt. I can't believe they muzzled my dog. She is a small 12 lb dog that has never been muzzled before, of course she would freak out. They were able to stop the bleeding but there was a few blood spots on Pixie's fur. They didn't finish cutting Pixie's ears or her tail. It has only been about a month and her ears and tail is already getting matted. Pixie has been itching herself none stop since she came back from that place so I had to get her groomed again.The counter lady's explanation is that Pixie was biting which is why they decided to put a muzzle on her. They knew to let the dog calm down the first time we went but this time that idea never crossed their mind instead let's muzzle a 12 lb dog. Absolutely no consideration for how the pets feel. I don't know if other people muzzle a small dog as I've never seen anyone do it with the exception of larger dogs. I am never taking Pixie back to this place again. Especially for them to charge me a full $50 like nothing was wrong and they did a full cut like they were supposed to. How disappointing for a place with such high rating. I don't recommend anyone with sensitive dogs to go to that location because clearly, they don't know how to calmly handle the dog or know how to calm the dogs down to give them a proper cut.

My favorite groom after trying a few in the Area for our standard poodle. Detail oriented, which matters for us crazy poodle people! Book early since they are busy.My only complaint is that I’m still looking for a groomer who will do a “in between” poodle cleanup and shave just her face tail and feet for us. Too many poky weeds in this area for me to let her feet get hairy!
