I shop for my job as well as personal shopping at the NSB location. Well, I used to shop at the NSB location. After the non-customer service I had today, I will not shop there again. I was in there for my job shopping today and needed help with an item, one particular employee refused to help me multiple times while in the store. At first I figured that this employee was helping another person but then help avoiding me to find someone else to help. Finally decided to refund the item I was looking for and went to cash out...same employee decided to leave the store with a customer (supposedly helping that customer) and left me to wait to cash out with another cashier who already had a customer. The original employee cost my company money and cost pet supermarket money on a non-sale. I will also never go to this store again for personal shopping (I spend a lot of money there regularly on fish tank stuff). Not again. I will purposely drive 20 miles away for fish tank supplies from now on. This employee should never alienate a customer whether the customer working or personal. Lost a customer permanently and I have also reported bad service to the company I work for also.

wish they had more inventory.was looking for a doggie backpack to carry my dog safely on bicycle to dog park just down the road.even a doggie papoose would have worked. How does Pet SUPERMARKET not have a few options for doggie carriers that aren't strollers etc.this is new smyrna beach..we have a dog beach and parks..it would be nice to safely bring dog on beach cruiser or mtn/electric bicycle to destination.

My boyfriend and I adopted a dog at the adoption event held here! We got a few goodies for our new dog and your employee Ty was super helpful in finding the right sizes for our new fur baby! You could tell he shared the same love for the animals! Thank you Ty! 🐾

It was my first time there. I was greeted by one of the cashier's. I was just checking it out and see if they carry my dog's brand of food and other items I would need which I was happy to find out they do. The prices seems decent but food I buy for me dogs was more expensive than i am currently paying for right now but all in all it was very nice store.

They carry Merrick and that’s all my Lab would eat. Texas Beef w/ Sweet Potato. Now we have a Lab puppy and they helped me last night find all the puppy things we really need. So helpful and much better prices than a lot of the other guys. Thank U!

So let me tell you about my friend's at Pet Supermarket. Chelsea is one of the managers there and she is excellent always helpful told me about the price match always tells me if I have points I can use, love her very helpful! Isabelle has a lot of dog knowledge she helped me find an really yummy treat for my little Gaupo he's a Maltese mix with no teeth and loves the soft peanut butter treats Isabelle recommend! Thanks Ladies!

PET Supermarket does a fantastic job with inventory selection always! I would love to see a noticable improvement with the live feed for reptiles.

Clean and well kept. The fish section is beautiful, the fish look healthy and tanks are clean. Staff is knowledgeable and kind. Had a very pleasant experience shopping there. Thank you to Stella and Audrey! (I apologize if I'm mistaken about your names)

Always a great place to shop! I was hoping to find an XL harness for my friends dog so we could take walks, unfortunately I couldn't find one in NSB anywhere I went this day lol I guess perhaps there are many very large dogs in town this week, smiles! I will be back in for one very soon 😊🐕and treats too!! Also on a note I had purchased two of the sweetest parakeets ever from Pet Supermarket they were both young from different broods the male beautiful blue and the female white with neon lavender just gorgeous!💕

Second time I have been in layely and couldn't get help in aquarium section. But, they came right up to a man immediately after I had been in there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. Guess they don't wait on women. Too bad, the guy bought a single guppy. I was waiting to buy quite a few plants. Not busy either.

Unfortunately, Pet Supermarket is hit or miss. Prices have gone up, but half the time we can't even get our dog food there. Most employees are helpful, but there are times they seem more worried about talking with each other.

Just purchased a nice fish in a nice store. But the associates chose to ‘exercise their right’ not to sanitize on their own, physically distance on their own, or wear a mask for my safety even though I was wearing one for theirs. They were clear on the matter that they were interested only in themselves and not at all for me. So if you are of that like mind then this is maybe the store for you. But I’ll never go again to where there is such an attitude during a pandemic. I have so many other choices.

When I went to Pet Supermarket with a very specific need for an unusual medication in a dog shampoo. There were dozens of dog shampoos, and I was reading ingredients on each one, trying to find what I needed. Angie, who works there, came over to ask if she could help and immediately found what I needed, due to her knowledge of products at the store. Kudos and huge thank you to Angie and Pet Supermarket.

The staff here used to be friendly and helpful, not so much anymore. No problem for me, Tractor Supply opened up down the street. They greet me with a smile and know how to treat a customer, unlike Chelsea in your NSB location.

Very helpful and caring with pets and people. Got an appointment within 24 hours for our sick cat. We purchased the antibiotic and they showed us how to administer it. Happy with the service. Wish the bill and medicine was less, but what can you do with raising price and cost. 😊❤❤

Was out burning the calories, and duck dodgered into Pet Supermarket to check out what they had, Team P.S. was hard at restocking but i got asked three or four times if I needed any help. The air conditioning is pretty cool in there, i saw a lady in the parking lot who had set her 🐕 on the hot asphalt remember to think about your dogs paws in this sunshine.Lots of cool stuff to be found. Thanks Aaron for you help.
